Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the prior ring mould powder beating machine needs to manually break a ring mould into two pieces before the ring mould is beaten, the whole powder beating efficiency is low, the ring mould cannot be quickly closed after the powder beating is finished, so that some impurities enter the ring mould, and the powder beating is uneven.

The invention has the following advantages: (1) according to the invention, through the cooperation of the sliding block, the placing block and the pushing mechanism, the ring moulds which are combined together can be automatically separated before the powder spraying operation is carried out on the ring moulds, and the ring moulds can be quickly closed after the powder spraying operation is finished, so that impurities in the air can be effectively prevented from entering the ring moulds, and the influence of later waxing on the ring moulds is reduced. (2) According to the invention, through the cooperation of the powder spraying mechanism and the air blowing mechanism, the talcum powder in the powder storage tank can uniformly fall into the transverse pipe, and after the two nozzles move downwards and enter the ring die, the talcum powder in the transverse pipe can be uniformly sprayed into the ring die, so that the comprehensive and thorough powder spraying operation on the inner part of the ring die can be realized, the powder spraying efficiency is high, and the powder spraying effect is good.

Before using, a worker needs to put talcum powder used for powder spraying operation into a powder storage tank 78, cover the powder storage tank 78 by a screwing cover 71, put two ring moulds which are combined together into a placing groove 61, a pushing mechanism 8 can separate the two ring moulds which are combined together, and under the auxiliary action of an air blowing mechanism 9, the powder spraying mechanism 7 can simultaneously and uniformly spray powder into the two ring moulds.

a transverse elastic piece 64 is installed in the clamping groove 62, a clamping block 63 which is located in the clamping groove 62 in a sliding mode is installed at one end of the transverse elastic piece 64, and the clamping block 63 is used for clamping and fixing a ring die placed in the placing groove 61.
When the ring mould was put into standing groove 61, fixture block 63 and standing groove 61 cooperation work can carry out the chucking to the ring mould and fix, can prevent effectively that the condition of slope from appearing when being parted in two lamella ring moulds.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the spray nozzle 10 is used for spraying the talcum powder into the ring mold for uniform powder spraying operation, two spray nozzles 10 are arranged on the transverse pipe 77, and a plurality of small pores are formed in the spray nozzles 10, so that the powder can be sprayed out uniformly.

In the use process, after the electric control valve 73 is started, the talcum powder in the powder storage tank 78 falls into the fixed pipe 74 through the thin pipe 72, the electric push rod 76 is started to extend downwards, the transverse connecting rod 79 drives the movable pipe 75 to move downwards, the movable pipe 75 drives the two nozzles 10 to move downwards through the transverse pipe 77, and the two nozzles 10 move downwards and enter the ring die. The electric push rod 76 extends downwards to drive the movable rod 96 to move downwards through the movable block 86, the movable rod 96 drives the piston 94 to move downwards, the piston 94 can extrude air in the air cylinder 95 into the first connecting pipe 711, the air in the first connecting pipe 711 can flow into the fixed pipe 74 to blow the talcum powder, at the moment, the talcum powder in the fixed pipe 74 can enter the transverse pipe 77 through the movable pipe 75, and the talcum powder can be uniformly sprayed into the two-piece finger ring mold through small fine holes in the two nozzles 10 after entering the transverse pipe 77. The two nozzles 10 can perform overall powder spraying operation on the interior of the ring mould in the process of moving downwards, so that the talcum powder can be sprayed on the interior of the ring mould, and the powder spraying efficiency is high and the powder spraying effect is good.
After the powder spraying operation is finished on the ring mould, the staff closes the electric control valve 73 to prevent the talcum powder from continuously falling; then start electric putter 76 and retract upwards, electric putter 76 can drive installation pole 82 rebound through activity piece 86 and vertical elastic component 84 and reset, installation pole 82 can drive two linking arms 81 rebound and reset, at this moment, two linking arms 81 can drive two sliders 5 and remove and be close, drive two detached and place piece 6 and be in the same place, thereby it closes to drive two lamella ring moulds automatic closing of the operation of dusting of having accomplished, can prevent effectively that impurity from entering into in some air ring moulds to glue on the talcum powder, reduce the adverse effect that wax operation was annotated to the ring mould in later stage. The staff can take off the ring mould that has accomplished the operation of dusting, then place the ring mould that next needs to dusty in standing groove 61.
