The invention provides a sputum aspirator, which comprises a main tube 1 with an inner pipeline 11 and an absorbing ball 2 arranged at one end of the main tube 1, wherein one end of the main tube 1 far away from the absorbing ball 2 is formed into a connecting end 12 so as to be connected with a negative pressure suction device, as shown in figures 1-3. The main tube 1 and the absorption ball 2 are usually made of medical PVC material integrally. Wherein the absorption ball 2 includes a convex portion radially protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the main pipe 1, and the absorption ball 2 is formed with an outer wall surface obliquely extending from the convex portion toward the center direction of the main pipe 1, and the outer wall surface is provided with an absorption hole 21 communicating with the inner pipe 11 of the main pipe 1. It should be noted that, the outer wall surface extending obliquely toward the center of the main pipe 1 means that the outer wall surface extends obliquely away from the center of the main pipe 1, wherein the outer wall surface may extend obliquely linearly or in a curved shape.
When the sputum suction pipe provided by the invention is used, the connecting end 12 of the main body pipe 1 far away from the absorption ball 2 is connected with a negative pressure suction device, and the end of the suction tube having the absorption ball 2 is inserted into the trachea 3, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the side of the absorption ball 2 having the absorption hole 21 is adjusted to correspond to any tracheal wall 31 side having the sputum 4, since the absorption ball 2 protrudes from the main tube 1, a cavity is formed between the obliquely extending outer wall surface of the absorption ball 2 having the absorption holes 21 and the tracheal wall 31, one end of the sputum 4 is located in the cavity, so that, after the negative pressure suction means connected to the main tube 1 is activated, one end of the sputum 4 can be lifted by the suction flow of the absorption hole 21 (as shown in FIG. 6), the space 5 between the sputum 4 and the tracheal wall 31 will then be filled with gas 6, and the sputum 4 will gradually leave the tracheal wall 31 and enter the absorption hole 21 (as shown in fig. 7).
According to the sputum suction tube provided by the invention, because the mode that the sputum is lifted from one end and then gradually leaves the tracheal wall is adopted, compared with the mode that the sputum is pulled out perpendicular to the tracheal wall in the prior art, the sputum suction tube can absorb the sputum without a larger suction force, so that the risk of injury and bleeding of the tracheal wall caused by the larger suction force can be avoided, and the sputum suction efficiency can be improved.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and accompanying drawings.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an outer wall surface inclined toward the center direction of the main body pipe 1 is formed on the side of the absorption ball 2 facing the main body pipe 1, and as shown in fig. 3 as a first outer wall surface 23, the inclined first outer wall surface 23 is formed in a substantially tapered shape (may be an arc-shaped surface), and the absorption hole 21 is located on the first outer wall surface 23.
One side of the absorption ball 2, which is far away from the main body pipe 1, is formed into a conical structure, so that the absorption ball 2 can easily enter any trachea with sputum, and the problem that the sputum suction pipe in the prior art is difficult to insert downwards is solved.
In the solution provided by the present invention, the absorption holes 21 are not limited to be provided on the first outer wall surface 23 of the absorption ball 2 facing the main body pipe 1, but may be provided on an outer wall surface of the absorption ball 2 facing away from the main body pipe 1, for example, a second outer wall surface 24 shown in fig. 3.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure of the absorption ball 2 is not limited to the structure provided in the present embodiment, and other structures protruding with respect to the main body pipe 1 and having a rounded outer surface may be used. For example, the absorption ball 2 may be provided in a substantially spherical configuration, and the absorption holes 21 may be provided on an outer wall surface of the absorption ball 2 in an arc shape on a side facing the main body pipe 1 or on an outer wall surface of the absorption ball 2 in an arc shape on a side facing away from the main body pipe 1.
Preferably, the included angle between the axis of the absorption hole 21 and the axis of the end of the main tube 1 close to the absorption ball 2 is 20-80 °. This angle setting can make absorption hole 21 lift up the sputum from the one end of sputum better, does benefit to promptly to reduce and adsorbs the required suction of sputum.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the axis of the absorption hole 21 and the axis of the end of the main tube 1 near the absorption ball 2 form an angle of 60 °.
Preferably, the diameter of the absorption hole 21 is smaller than the diameter of the inner pipe 11 of the main pipe 1, and more preferably 1.5 to 5 mm.
In the present embodiment, an inner cavity 22 is formed inside the absorption ball 2, the inner cavity 22 communicates with the absorption hole 21 and the inner tube 11 of the main tube 1, and the sputum absorbed by the absorption hole 21 first enters the inner cavity 22 and then is sucked from the inner cavity 22 along the inner tube 11 of the main tube 1.
Preferably, in order to allow the absorption ball 2 to easily protrude into the trachea, as shown in fig. 3, a solid may be formed at the tapered end 25 of the absorption ball 2 to increase the hardness of the end of the absorption ball 2, thereby facilitating the absorption ball 2 not to be crushed by gas or other substances in the trachea when protruding into the trachea.
In order to avoid a dead space for accumulating sputum in the internal cavity 22 of the absorption ball 2, the inner wall surface of the internal cavity 22 of the absorption ball 2 is formed into a smooth wall surface, which is advantageous for air flow. That is, there is no dead space or angle unfavorable to air flow in the inner cavity 22 of the absorption ball 2, so that the sputum inside the absorption ball 2 can be more thoroughly sucked away by the gas from the inner tube 11 of the main tube 1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main tube 1 is further provided with an air hole 13, and the air hole 13 is preferably located at a position of the main tube 1 away from the absorbent beads 2. When the sputum suction pipe is in a working state, the air hole 13 can be closed, and the negative pressure suction device can suck the gas in the sputum suction pipe; when the sputum suction tube is in a non-working state, the air hole 13 can be opened, and negative pressure cannot be formed inside the sputum suction tube due to the communication effect of the air hole 13.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the central axis of the air hole 13 and the central axis of the absorption hole 21 are located in the same plane, as shown in fig. 2. When the sputum suction tube extends into the trachea, the opening direction of the absorption hole 21 can be judged according to the opening direction of the air hole 13, so that the direction of the absorption hole 21 and the relative position relation of the trachea wall can be conveniently adjusted to face the trachea wall with sputum at will.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a sputum aspirator including a negative pressure suction device connected to an end of the main tube remote from the absorbent balloon to suck gas inside the main tube, and the sputum aspirating tube as described above.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method of sputum aspiration using a sputum aspirator tube, the sputum aspirator tube being as described above, the method comprising:
extending one end of the sputum suction pipe with the absorption ball 2 into the trachea;
adjusting the absorption ball 2 by rotating and/or lifting the main tube 1 so that the side of the absorption ball 2 having the absorption hole 21 is close to any tracheal wall having sputum, and the absorption hole 21 is located at one end of the sputum;
the air in the main tube 1 is sucked, and the sputum gradually leaves the tracheal wall from one end and enters the absorption hole 21.
In order to conveniently adjust the direction of the absorption ball 2, the main tube 1 is provided with an air hole 13, and the central axis of the air hole 13 and the central axis of the absorption hole 21 are positioned on the same plane;
the step of adjusting the absorption balls specifically comprises: the relative position relation between the direction of the absorption hole and the tracheal wall in the sputum suction process is adjusted by rotating and/or lifting the main tube 1 according to the direction of the air hole 13.
The specific process of sputum aspiration using the technical scheme provided by the invention is described below.
As shown in fig. 4, the end of the suction tube having the absorption ball 2 is inserted into the trachea 3, the sputum 4 is located on one tracheal wall 31 of the trachea 3, the suction tube is adjusted so that the absorption hole 21 of the absorption ball 2 faces the tracheal wall 31 having the sputum 4, and the absorption hole 21 is located at one end of the sputum 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the connection end 12 of the sputum suction tube far away from the absorption ball 2 is connected with the negative pressure suction device through the suction tube 7, the negative pressure suction device is started to suck the gas in the sputum suction tube, and the end of the sputum 4 close to the absorption hole 21 is lifted up and moves towards the absorption hole 21 under the action of the airflow of the sputum 4 on the tracheal wall 31. As shown in fig. 6, when one end of the sputum 4 is lifted, the gas 6 enters the gap 5 between the sputum 4 and the tracheal wall 31, and as the sputum 4 gradually leaves the tracheal wall 31, the gas 6 entering the gap 5 increases, and the sputum 4 gradually leaves the tracheal wall 31.
As shown in fig. 7, the sputum 4 leaves the tracheal wall 31 under the action of the airflow, gradually enters the inner cavity 22 from the absorption hole 21 of the absorption ball 2, then enters the inner tube 11 of the main tube 1 from the inner cavity 22, and finally is guided out from the suction tube 7, thereby completing the sputum suction.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
