Description

A Chinese medicinal preparation for external use for preventing and treating neck and waist diseases before and after training, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to an external medicine of a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation for preventing and conditioning neck and waist diseases before and after training and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis are diseases which cause the deformation and stenosis of cervical spinal canal or intervertebral foramen, stimulate and press cervical spinal cord and nerve roots and cause corresponding clinical symptoms due to degenerative changes of the spine.
For example, in the training process in daily life, due to abnormal use of the spine, long-time exertion of the waist is improper, or due to over exertion, or posture, or long-time incorrect posture and the like, the external force action repeated for a long time on the neck and the waist causes muscle fatigue of the neck and the waist, and then a series of pathological changes such as hyperosteogeny, ligament hypertrophy, calcification, intervertebral disc protrusion and the like of the cervical vertebra and the lumbar vertebra of a patient are caused. The following symptoms may result: neck and waist strain; the neck and waist are abnormally sour and swollen and even the neck and waist are expanded and the rotation is not flexible; hyperplasia of the neck and waist; prolapse of intervertebral disc occurs at the neck and waist, even the nerve is pressed, so that the pain of neck and lumbar vertebrae is severe; severe turning or walking difficulties may even occur.
Currently, western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine oral administration treatment or operation treatment of cervical and lumbar diseases are mainly adopted clinically. However, the existing western medicines have large side effects and are easy to produce adverse effects on internal organs of the body; the internal organs are easy to be injured by oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine; the operation treatment is relatively painful, and has certain damage effect on the nervous system of the body and can also damage certain primordial qi of the body.
Disclosure of Invention

1. Case selection: for the external preparations of each example, 192 patients of different degrees of neck and waist at different ages below 70 years old were selected, including 96 male patients and 96 female patients.
2. The degree of the disease of the patient:
(1) mild patients were 48. The external preparations of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were applied to 4 persons in each group of 12 groups, respectively. The results are shown in Table 2.
(2) 48 patients with moderate disease. The external preparations of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were applied to 4 persons in each group of 12 groups, respectively. The results are shown in Table 3.
(3) 48 patients with severe disease. The external preparations of examples 1 to 4 were applied to 12 groups of 4 persons each. The results are shown in Table 4.
(4) Particularly 48 patients with severe symptoms. The external preparations of examples 1 to 4 were applied to 12 groups of 4 persons each. The results are shown in Table 5.
3. The above patients of each degree were half male and half female. Wherein:
the mild patients are patients with neck and waist strain;
the moderate patients are patients with abnormal soreness and swelling of the neck and waist and even inflexible neck and waist rotation expansion;
patients with severe pain are patients with hyperplasia of the neck and waist;
particularly, the patients with severe cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse and even nerve compression, with severe pain of cervical and lumbar vertebrae, may even have difficulty in rotation or walking.
In addition, it should not be applied to patients with skin ulceration and allergic constitution.
4. And (3) judging the curative effect:
the effect is as follows: the affected part of the patient is improved;
and (3) curing: the neck and waist with different degrees of illness are completely cured;
the method has the following advantages: the affected part of the patient is obviously improved;
and (4) invalidation: no change in symptoms after use;
the effective time is as follows: interval ranges of the shortest time and the longest time for the patient to take effect;
the coating days were: the interval range of the shortest time and the longest time for the patient to cure or to have obvious improvement.

(1) Results from mild patients showed that the application of examples 1-4 was effective after 20 minutes and completely cured after 3-5 days of application. Comparative examples 1-8 were effective after 30 minutes of coating, and showed significant improvement after 5-7 days of coating.
(2) The results of patients with moderate neck and waist soreness showed that examples 1-4 were effective after 3 days of application and were all cured after 10-20 days. Example 1 and comparative example 1 were effective after 3 days of coating, and showed significant improvement after 10-20 days. Comparative examples 2-8 showed no significant improvement after 10-20 days of coating.
(3) The results of severe patients show that examples 2-4 are effective 15 days after application and are all cured 30-60 days later. Example 1 was effective after 20 days of coating, with a significant improvement after 30-60 days. Comparative examples 1-8 showed no significant improvement after 60 days of application.
(4) The results for particularly severe patients show that the improvement occurs 30 days after application of examples 1-4. After further coating for 50 days, the healing is incomplete and may take a slightly longer time to heal. Comparative examples 1-8 showed no significant improvement after 80 days of application.
The results show that: comparative examples 1 to 8 compared to examples 1 to 4 were as follows:
(1) comparative example 1 has a low safflower content, a low alcoholic strength, a high vinegar content and a high zanthoxylum piperitum content, and a low alcoholic strength and a low acetic acid content. Has certain relieving effect on mild and moderate patients, but can not be cured; it is not effective for both severe and particularly severe patients.
(2) The centipede and the pericarpium zanthoxyli of the comparative example 2 have higher content, and the alcoholic strength and the content of acetic acid are lower. Has certain relieving effect on mild patients, but can not cure; it is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(3) The content of the kudzuvine root, the dried ginger and the pericarpium zanthoxyli in the comparative example 3 is low; the contents of centipede and borneol are higher; the alcohol content and the acetic acid content are higher. Has certain relieving effect on mild patients, but can not cure; it is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(4) The content of kudzu root, dried ginger, safflower and lycopodium clavatum in the comparative example 4 is lower; the contents of the garden balsam stem and the centipede are higher; the alcohol content and the acetic acid content are higher. Has certain relieving effect on mild patients, but can not cure; it is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(5) Comparative example 5 yellow wine was used instead of white spirit, which has a certain relief effect on mild patients but no cure. It is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(6) The vinegar of comparative example 6 has a high acetic acid content, and has a certain alleviating effect on mild patients, but does not cure them. It is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(7) Comparative example 7 lacks zaocys dhumnade, cimicifugae foetidae and centipedes, has a certain relieving effect on mild patients, but cannot cure the mild patients. It is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
(8) Compared with the comparative example 8, the morinda officinalis and the keel are additionally added, so that the traditional Chinese medicine has a certain relieving effect on mild patients, but cannot cure the mild patients; it is not effective in moderate, severe and particularly severe patients.
