分别称取A相和B相各组分,分别在70~90℃条件下搅拌20~60min,使固形物完全溶解至熔融状态;保持温度在70~90℃,将A相加入B相中,5000~9000r/min均质3~10min,随后降温,降温至40~50℃时,分别加入C相、D相和E相,搅拌至均匀,降温至35℃时停止搅拌,出料,制得鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜。
实施例1:
胶原蛋白多肽面膜的重量配备如下:

鹿油提取过程:对梅花鹿脂肪组织进行称取除杂、搅碎、干燥处理,加入3倍质量pH为7.5的磷酸缓冲溶液,加入2000U/g木瓜蛋白酶和2000U/g胰蛋白酶60℃ 300W下超声辅助酶解3h。室温25℃下静置,待油脂完全凝固后取出上层油脂。真空干燥12h,除去残留的水分,即得粗制鹿油。将粗制鹿油加热至熔融状态,加入重量百分比为5%的活性白土搅拌30min脱色,50℃下0.45μm滤膜过滤。230℃真空脱臭30min,即得精制鹿油,备用。
鹿胶原蛋白多肽制备过程:将梅花鹿鹿皮去毛、去脂、去肉后切块,清洗干净,pH13碱水中浸泡24h。取出鹿皮,蒸馏水反复浸泡清洗,至pH回复7为止,沥干。将处理后的鹿皮加3倍质量pH为7.5的磷酸缓冲溶液,加入5000U/g木瓜蛋白酶和5000U/g胰蛋白酶60℃ 300W条件下超声辅助酶解3h。酶解完全后,100℃下煮沸15min灭活。降至室温25℃后0.45um滤膜过滤除菌除杂,冻干得鹿皮胶原蛋白多肽,备用。
分别称取A相和B相各组分,75℃搅拌30min,使固形物完全溶解,至熔融状态。保持温度在75℃,将A相加入B相中,6000r/min均质5min,随后降温,降温至45℃时,分别加入C相、D相和E相,搅拌至均匀,降温至35℃时停止搅拌,出料,得鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜。

Claims (4)

1.一种鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜,其特征在于:所述眼霜由A相组合物、B相组合物、C相组合物、D相组合物、E相组合物混合而成;
所述A相组合物按质量份配比如下:1~5份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5~3份环二甲基硅氧烷、1~5份C18醇、1~5份碳酸二辛酯、1~5份棕榈酸异丙酯、1~5份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、2~10份鹿油、1~10份乳木果油、1~3份Span60、1~5份GP200;
所述B相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.01~0.1份EDTA-2Na、2~7份甘油、2~7份丁二醇、0.1~3份Tween60、0.1~1份透明质酸钠、1~5份鹿胶原多肽、100份水;
所述C相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~0.5份维生素c乙基酰、0.01~0.1份硫辛酸、0.05~0.2份谷胱甘肽、10份水;
所述D相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~1份维生素E、0.01~0.1份辅酶Q10、0.1~0.5份白藜芦醇;
所述E相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~1份苯氧乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述鹿油提取方法如下:
对梅花鹿脂肪组织进行称取除杂、搅碎、干燥处理,加入3倍于梅花鹿脂肪组织质量的pH为5~8的磷酸缓冲溶液;
加入1000~3000U/g木瓜蛋白酶和1000~3000U/g胰蛋白酶,在40~70℃、200~500W条件下超声辅助酶解1~5h;在室温25℃下静置,待油脂完全凝固后取出上层油脂;
对上层油脂进行真空干燥6~48h,除去残留的水分,制得粗制鹿油;
将粗制鹿油加热至熔融状态,加入3~10质量份的活性白土搅拌20min~60min脱色,40~60℃下0.45μm滤膜过滤;
200~250℃真空脱臭20~60min,制得精制鹿油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述鹿胶原蛋白多肽制备方法如下:
将梅花鹿鹿皮去毛、去脂、去肉后切块,清洗干净,在pH10~13碱水中浸泡12~48h;
取出鹿皮,蒸馏水反复浸泡清洗,至pH回复7为止,沥干;
将处理后的鹿皮加1~5倍质量、pH为6~9的磷酸缓冲溶液,加入3000~6000U/g木瓜蛋白酶和3000~6000U/g胰蛋白酶,在40~80℃、200~500W条件下超声辅助酶解1~5h;
酶解完全后,100℃煮沸15min灭活;
降至室温25℃后0.45μm滤膜过滤除菌除杂,冻干得鹿皮胶原蛋白多肽。
4.一种鹿胶原多肽修复眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述眼霜由A相组合物、B相组合物、C相组合物、D相组合物、E相组合物混合而成;
所述A相组合物按质量份配比如下:1~5份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.5~3份环二甲基硅氧烷、1~5份C18醇、1~5份碳酸二辛酯、1~5份棕榈酸异丙酯、1~5份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、2~10份鹿油、1~10份乳木果油、1~3份Span60、1~5份GP200;
所述B相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.01~0.1份EDTA-2Na、2~7份甘油、2~7份丁二醇、0.1~3份Tween60、0.1~1份透明质酸钠、1~5份鹿胶原多肽、100份水;
所述C相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~0.5份维生素c乙基酰、0.01~0.1份硫辛酸、0.05~0.2份谷胱甘肽、10份水;
所述D相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~1份维生素E、0.01~0.1份辅酶Q10、0.1~0.5份白藜芦醇;
所述E相组合物按质量份配比如下:0.1~1份苯氧乙醇;
