Abstract
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a medical bed easy for prostrating and sputum excretion: consists of a bed head frame, a bed tail frame, a lower bed assembly, an upper bed cover, a turnover mechanism and an electric control disc; the lower bed assembly consists of a lower bed frame and a lower bed plate; the lower bed frame is arranged between the bed head frame and the bed tail frame through transmission shafts at the front end and the rear end; the turnover mechanism on the bed tail frame can turn the lower bed frame to any angle at the side; the upper bed cover consists of a frame and a concave cushion which is arranged in the frame and is suitable for the body shape of a patient; the cushion is made according to the cavity of the human body shape, the face position of the cushion is designed into a hollow circular ring shape, and the middle position of the cushion is provided with a ureter channel port; the soft cushion is buckled on the human body, so that the artery is prevented from being pressed and difficult to breathe in the overturning process; the bed adopts a worm gear transmission mechanism, runs stably and has self-locking property; the bed saves manpower, and solves the problem that a patient lying in bed cannot turn over for a long time to discharge phlegm in time.

Technical Field

Background
At present, patients who are hospitalized for long-term bed rest have lung lobes which collapse and atelectasis, a large amount of sputum is produced, the sputum cannot be discharged by the patients, and the dropsy lung infection and pneumonia are easily caused. Hospitals generally adopt a manual prone position ventilation method to discharge phlegm, and a plurality of trained professional medical staff must convert a lying patient into a prone position. When in conversion, a patient is translated to one side of the bed and turned to the opposite side of the bed to enable the patient to lie on the side, then the hip and the shoulder are moved to the prone position, the head is fixed by a head ring when being deflected to one side, and various soft pads are padded under the shoulders and the pelvis to enable the abdomen to be suspended; so that the catheter and the drainage tube are smooth.
According to the conditions of the treatment method, the prone position ventilation method has more defects: firstly, the patient needs to be moved by a plurality of people, the abdominal aorta is easy to be pressed, the pipeline is easy to shift and fall off, venous reflux is influenced, and adverse events are caused; secondly, no proper mattress provides powerful support for patients to ventilate in prone position, the patients are easy to shift in vitro, and pressure sores are easy to generate on the local support part under the action of gravity for a long time. Thirdly, the existing medical sickbed has no integral rotation and inclination functions, only has the functions of lifting, translating and raising the bed head and the bed tail, is not beneficial to body position drainage and sputum excretion and prone position ventilation treatment, can cause a plurality of complications of patients, and aggravates the illness state.

A medical bed easy for prostration sputum excretion is characterized in that the medical bed consists of a bed head frame, a bed tail frame, a lower bed assembly, an upper bed cover, a turnover mechanism and an electric control panel; the lower bed assembly consists of a lower bed frame and a lower bed plate placed in the lower bed frame; the upper half part of the lower bed plate is a movable plate, and the movable plate is connected with the lower bed frame by a movable bolt; the front end and the rear end of the lower bed frame are provided with transmission shafts which are arranged between the bed head frame and the bed tail frame; the turnover mechanism is arranged on the tailstock and connected with the lower bed frame, and the lower bed frame can be turned over towards the side face at any angle within 180 degrees through the turnover mechanism; the turnover mechanism consists of a worm gear speed reducer and a transmission motor; the transmission motor is controlled by the electric control disc; the upper bed cover is composed of a frame with the same size as the lower bed frame and a concave cushion which is arranged in the frame and is suitable for the body shape of a patient, and connecting pins are arranged on two sides of the frame and are connected with the lower bed plate component through the connecting pins; the concave cushion is made according to a cavity of a human body shape, and the face position of the concave cushion is designed into a hollow circular ring shape, so that the concave cushion is convenient for breathing and sputum excretion treatment; the middle part of the concave cushion is provided with a ureter passage opening.
The concave cushion is made of a pressure-resistant air cushion or a compact spongy cushion.
To understand the bed construction, the method of use is described below.
When a patient is treated usually, the patient lies on the lower bed board without installing an upper bed cover; when the transposition sputum excretion treatment is carried out, the upper bed cover (comprising the concave cushion) is buckled on the body of the patient and aligned with the lower bed component, and then the upper bed cover and the lower bed component are fixed into a whole by the connecting pin, and the patient is clamped in the middle. The electric control disc is started, the turnover mechanism drives the lower bed assembly, the patient and the upper bed cover to turn together until the angle is easy to remove phlegm, at the moment, the movable bolt is opened, the movable plate is taken down from the lower bed frame, the patient is treated by removing phlegm, and the back of the patient can be manually flapped or the instrument is shaken to perform auxiliary treatment while the treatment is carried out; after the sputum excretion treatment is finished, the movable plate of the lower bed plate is connected to the lower bed frame, the movable bolt is screwed down, the electric control disc is started, the bed is turned to the original state, the connecting pin is opened, the upper bed cover is taken down, and the original position is recovered.
By using the bed, the problem that medical staff often carries out timed sputum excretion on the patient in a side-lying or turning-over manner is solved. The adoption of worm and worm gear transmission mechanism, stable operation, self-locking property, capability of turning over and stopping at any angle, and no sliding or reversing of the bed board and the soft cushion. The used soft cushion is made according to the cavity of the human body shape, can be changed by one person according to the patient body shape, and is buckled on the human body, so that the problems of arterial compression, venous backflow obstruction and difficult breathing in the treatment process are avoided.
The bed is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, saves manpower and material resources, can be used in hospitals, and patients lying in bed for a long time can also be used in families or conditioned places.

As can be seen from fig. 1 to 6, the medical bed easy for prostration sputum excretion consists of a bed head frame 1, a bed tail frame 2, a lower bed assembly 3, an upper bed cover 4, a turnover mechanism 15 and an electric control panel 5; the lower bed assembly 3 is characterized in that a lower bed plate 6 is placed in a lower bed frame 7; the upper half part of the lower bed plate 6 is a movable plate 8, and the movable plate 8 is connected with the lower bed frame 7 by a movable bolt 9; the front end and the rear end of the lower bed frame 7 are provided with transmission shafts 10 which are arranged between the bed head frame 1 and the bed tail frame 2 through the transmission shafts 10; the turnover mechanism 15 is arranged on the tailstock 2 and connected with the lower bed frame 7, and the lower bed frame 7 can be turned over to any angle within 180 degrees towards the side surface through the turnover mechanism 15; the transmission mechanism 15 consists of a worm gear reducer 16 and a transmission motor 17, and the transmission motor 17 is controlled by the electric control panel 5; the upper bed cover 4 consists of a frame 11 with the same size as the lower bed frame 7 and a concave cushion 12 which is arranged in the frame 11 and is suitable for the body shape of a patient; two sides of the frame 11 are provided with connecting pins 13, and the frame is connected with the lower bed plate assembly 3 through the connecting pins 13; the concave cushion 12 is made of a cavity according to the shape of a human body; the face position of the concave soft cushion 12 is designed into a hollow circular ring 18, so that the breathing and sputum excretion treatment are facilitated; the concave cushion 12 is provided with a ureter access port 14 at a central position. The concave cushion 12 is a pressure-resistant air cushion or a compact sponge cushion.
To understand the bed construction, the method of use is described below.
When a patient is treated normally, as shown in fig. 1, an upper bed cover 4 does not need to be installed, and the patient lies on a lower bed plate 6; when the position is changed for sputum excretion, as shown in fig. 3, the upper bed cover 4 (comprising the concave cushion 12) is buckled on the patient and aligned with the lower bed component 3, and then the upper bed cover and the lower bed component 3 are fixed into a whole by the connecting pin 13 to clamp the patient; starting the electric control disc 5, the transmission mechanism 15 drives the lower bed component 3, the patient and the upper bed cover 4 to turn together as shown in figures 7 to 10 until the angle easy for sputum excretion is reached as shown in figure 5; the movable bolt 9 is opened, the movable plate 8 is taken down from the lower bed frame 7, the sputum excretion treatment is carried out on the patient, and the back of the patient can be manually tapped or the vibration instrument can be used for auxiliary treatment during the treatment; after the sputum excretion treatment is finished; connecting the movable plate 8 to the lower bed frame 7, screwing the movable plug 9, starting the electric control disc 5, turning to the original state, opening the connecting pin 13, taking down the upper bed cover 4, and returning to the original position as shown in figure 1.
The medical bed easy for prone sputum excretion is described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the invention can also adopt other overturning structures, such as hydraulic pressure and pneumatic cylinder, and the structures are all within the protection scope.
