Background
The nursing bed is a medical bed which is designed according to the bedridden life habits and treatment needs of patients, can be accompanied by family members or medical care personnel and has a plurality of or specific nursing functions, and the turnover bed is one of the nursing beds. At present, a plurality of nursing beds for turning over patients exist in the market, but most nursing beds are used for conscious patients and are only used for assisting in turning over, for unconscious or unconscious patients, the cooperation is lacked in the turning-over process, and for special patients, the patients cannot be turned over by brute force in order to prevent secondary injury caused by excessive turning-over amplitude. Particularly for some patients with surface burns, the turning difficulty is particularly high.

Although the operation is simple, if the patient is not clamped tightly, the body of the patient can be displaced in the rotating process, secondary injury is easy to cause, if the patient is clamped too tightly, the cushion on the face of the patient blocks the nose and mouth, breathing is difficult, if the operation process is not smooth, life danger is easy to cause for the patient, and particularly when a serious patient is met, the consequence is very serious. The self-adaptive nursing turnover bed board is inspired by a 3D changeable needle in a market, the 3D changeable needle is made into the self-adaptive nursing turnover bed board, bionic support is performed on a patient by using the changeable needle, and the self-adaptive nursing turnover bed board is matched with the bed board capable of being turned over on the bed frame, so that the problem of fixing the body of the unconscious patient is perfectly solved.

The beneficial effects of the invention are:
compared with the traditional turnover bed, the bed board can turn over and rotate by arranging the rotating shaft on the bed frame, and the self-adaptive nursing turnover bed board designed according to the 3D hundred-degree needle is matched with the bed board. The holding rod 43 can rotate the adjusting bolt 432 to enable the adjusting step 433 to be adjusted up and down in the step slide rail groove 4312, so as to increase or decrease the length of the rod body 431 passing through the holding rod passing groove 32, and a nursing staff can make proper adjustment according to the physical condition of a patient.
As shown in fig. 2, the lifting mechanism 5 includes an electric screw 51 and a screw base 52, the upper end and the lower end of each rotary lifting connection platform 2 are respectively provided with the electric screw 51, the screw base 52 is slidably provided on the electric screw 51, the screw base 52 is provided with a connection bolt 521, the left end and the right end of the bed plate 3 are respectively provided with a connection through hole 33 matched with the connection bolt 521, the bed plate 3 and the screw base 52 are matched and connected by inserting the connection bolt 521 into the connection through hole 33, and the connection bolt 521 is provided with a bed plate locking nut 53 for fixing the bed plate 3 on the screw base 52. The nursing staff can realize the clamping or the spreading of the bed boards 3 by controlling the driving of the electric screw rods 51 arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rotary lifting connecting platform 2. Of course, the lifting mechanism 5 may also use a manual screw or other lifting mechanisms as long as the clamping or spreading between the bed boards 3 can be realized.
As shown in fig. 4, the locking mechanism 6 is of a latch type, and includes a C-shaped latch 61 and a connecting spring 62. The bed frame 1 is provided with bolt through holes 12 positioned on the front side and the rear side of a rotating shaft hole 11, the outer side of the rotary lifting connecting platform 2 is provided with a taper pin hole 22 with the same position height as the bolt through hole 12, the outer side of the bolt through hole 12 is provided with a spring placing groove 121, the open ends of the C-shaped bolts 61 are respectively provided with a bolt step 611, the open ends of the C-shaped bolts 61 are provided with taper ends 612 matched with the taper pin hole 22, the open ends of the C-shaped bolts 61 are respectively sleeved with connecting springs 62 and then penetrate out of the bolt through holes 12 and are inserted into the taper pin holes 22, the two ends of the connecting springs 62 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner sides of the bolt step 611 and the spring placing groove 121, and the C-shaped bolts 61 can be arranged in the bolt through holes 12 in a drawing mode. Under normal conditions, the C-shaped latch 61 will always insert the tapered end 612 into the tapered pin hole 22 due to the pulling force of the connecting spring 62, so as to limit the rotation of the bed frame 1 to the rotary lifting platform 2. When the nursing staff needs to turn over the patient, the C-shaped bolt 61 is pulled outwards, the conical end 612 is pulled out of the conical pin hole 22 to be turned over, after the turning is completed, the conical pin hole 22 is aligned with the C-shaped bolt 61, the hand is loosened, the C-shaped bolt 61 is pulled through the connecting spring 62, the conical end 612 is inserted into the conical pin hole 22 through the pulling force, and the rotation lifting platform 2 is limited continuously.
Considering that the human face is very fragile, especially the eyes and other important organs, the patient turn-over bed is matched with the face guard 7, which may cause discomfort if directly contacting the holding rod 43. As shown in fig. 11, the top of the face guard plate 7 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 71 which are matched with the holding rods 43, the face guard plate 71 is arranged below the holding rods 43, the holding rods 43 are inserted into the connecting holes 71 to realize the matching connection of the holding rods and the face guard plate 7, the inner side of the face guard plate 7 is arc-shaped, and the fastening tape 72 which is connected with the inner liner is arranged, so that the inner liner can be always attached to the arc-shaped surface of the face guard plate 7 instead of covering the face of the patient, and the breathing of the patient is prevented from being influenced.
Considering that the patient may be unconscious and cannot respond to the injury of the patient, and the naked eyes of the nursing staff cannot easily judge whether the pressure of the supporting plate on the patient is too large, the patient turning bed further comprises a pressure detection device 8. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 9, the pressure detecting device 8 includes a pressure sensor 81 disposed at the bottom of each rod body 431, a display screen 82, an alarm and a controller (since the alarm and the controller belong to the prior art and are conventionally disposed, they are not shown in the drawings), display points are disposed on the display screen 82 according to the arrangement of the rod bodies 431 corresponding to the supporting plates 4, the pressure sensors 81 are connected to the display screen 82, the alarm and the controller through USB connecting lines, the display points are green in a normal state, when the values monitored by the pressure sensors 81 at the bottom of the rod bodies 431 are greater than a set value, the corresponding display points on the display screen 82 are red and give an alarm through the alarm to remind a caregiver that the pressure is sufficient, and the continuous clamping between the two bed plates 3 should be stopped. The holding rod 43 further comprises a protective head 435 made of medical rubber, and the protective head 435 is arranged at the bottom of the pressure sensor 81 to prevent the rod body 431 of the holding rod 43 from injuring the patient when in contact with the patient.
In order to see the state and position of each supporting rod 43 on the display screen 82 more clearly, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, thermal infrared imagers 23 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower ends of the rotary lifting connecting table 2, before the bed plate 3 and the supporting plate 4 above the bed frame 1 are installed, a human body thermal infrared imaging graph is displayed on the display screen 82 through the thermal infrared imagers 23, the drawn human body thermal infrared imaging graph becomes the background of a display point, and the position of the display point in the human body thermal infrared imaging graph corresponds to the specific position of the supporting rod 43 on the patient, so that a caregiver can monitor the specific condition of each supporting rod 43 and find a problem point conveniently.
Furthermore, handles 34 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bed board 3, so that nursing staff can turn over the bed board conveniently. The bottom of the bedstead 1 is provided with a plurality of brake wheels 13, the brake wheels can turn 360 degrees, and the transportation is convenient. The bottom of the bed frame 1 is provided with a shelf 14 for placing nursing tools.
The specific implementation mode of the invention is as follows: in a conventional state, the rotary lifting connecting table 2 is only arranged on one bed plate 3 below, and when a patient needs to be helped to turn over, the second bed plate 3 is arranged. When the supporting plate 4 is used, the supporting plate is arranged on the bed board 3 above the bed frame 1, the lifting mechanism 5 is used for clamping or spreading the upper bed board 3 and the lower bed board 3, the supporting rod 43 on the supporting plate 4 can penetrate through the supporting rod passing groove 32 arranged on the bed board 3, and the supporting rod 43 arranged on the supporting plate 4 is used for fixing a human body. When in use, an inner lining layer is laid on the patient, the face shield 7 is arranged on the holding rod 43 positioned on the face of the patient, and the inner lining layer is combined with the magic tape 72.
In the process of clamping the upper bed plate 3 and the lower bed plate 3, the supporting rod 43 contacts with a human body first, the supporting rod 43 contacting with the human body slides upwards in the through hole 411, at this time, the spring 44 arranged between the plate body 41 and the adjusting step 433 applies a downward force to the supporting rod 43, the bottom of the rod body 431 of the supporting rod 43 contacts with the human body all the time, and thus the supporting rod 43 can make profiling positioning according to the body self-adaptation of a patient. During the period, the state of the holding rods 43 can be observed through the pressure detection device 8, corresponding adjustment is performed, and after the error is confirmed, the clamping plate 42 is pressed in the clamping plate placing groove through the compression type locking handle 414, so that all the holding rods 43 are fixed on the holding plate 4, and a patient is fixed between the two bed plates 3. The bed board 3 that accomplishes the fixing can relieve bedstead 1 through locking mechanism 6 and connect the spacing of platform 2 to the rotatory lift, makes bed board 3 can connect the pivot 21 completion on the platform 2 to stand up through the rotatory lift, how reuse locking mechanism 6 will rotate the lift and connect the platform 2 fixed, will support board 4 at last and pull down, also can try the circumstances to decide this time stand up whether will lie in the bed board 3 of top earlier and demolish simultaneously.
