Abstract

一种用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构,包括:植入针、加压固定针、弯折部、加压板、锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉;其中其中植入针通过弯折部与加压固定针相连接,加压部为“U”型结构,其尾端为圆弧形状,加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。使用本发明在手术时减少了对韧带的剥离,对患者的损伤更小,减轻了患者的痛苦,能够大幅缩短患者的康复期。使用本发明还降低了骨骼复位的难度,提高了手术的成功率,更加方便临床操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械的技术领域,具体说是一种用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构。
背景技术
骨折是最常见的损伤之一,随着人口老龄化越发严重,骨折年发生率逐步上升,外科手术是比较有效的治疗方案,随着新的手术理论的不断提出,人们意识到骨折周围软组织的损伤程度及保证骨组织获得良好的血液供给同样重要,针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构是一种减少对软组织刺激的良好方案。
现有技术中的无头加压空心螺钉,包括螺钉头部、螺钉钉杆、螺钉尾部和螺钉芯孔,在螺钉的外部设置均匀的连续螺纹,螺钉头部设置钉尖,使用时由专用钻孔工具在骨组织上钻孔,再由钉尖引导螺钉旋入,但现有技术的无头加压空心螺钉无法起到有效加压,而且容易刺激骨周围的软组织,在螺钉旋入时困难,并存在螺钉尾部旋入直径变大而导致的骨头爆裂的风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构,包括:植入针、加压固定针、弯折部、加压部、加压板、锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉;其中植入针通过弯折部与加压固定针相连接,加压部为“U”型结构,其尾端为圆弧形状,加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。

所述的加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂。

本发明的用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构中,植入针插入到骨折后分离的桡骨远端骨块中,加压固定针部则限定住桡骨固定端,而通过加压板上设置倒锥形固定槽螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。使用本发明在手术时减少了对韧带的剥离,对患者的损伤更小,减轻了患者的痛苦,能够大幅缩短患者的康复期。使用本发明还降低了骨骼复位的难度,提高了手术的成功率,更加方便临床操作。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1至图2所示,本发明的用于尺骨鹰嘴骨折的雪橇型接骨板钉结构,包括:植入针1、加压固定针2、弯折部3、加压部4、加压板5、锁定螺钉6和皮质骨螺钉7;其中植入针通过弯折部与加压固定针相连接,加压部为“U”型结构,其尾端为圆弧形状,加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。
植入针插入到骨折后分离的桡骨远端骨块中,加压固定针部则限定住桡骨固定端,而通过加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉分别由对应螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定,从而通过加压部为桡骨远端施压,使用时植入针1、加压固定针2、弯折部3、加压部4、加压板5、锁定螺钉6和皮质骨螺钉7形成完整的整体施力结构,从而使桡骨远端骨块间受力均匀,不易脱出。
植入针使用时配合导向器使用,先将导向器方置到在断端骨块中装入定位导针,通过导向器上的导针孔将植入针沿定位导针方向钻入到骨折位置的骨中,再取出导针并移除导向器。
植入针的轴向相互平行,从而在加压部加压时使桡骨远端受力更加均匀,固定更加稳固。
植入针和加压固定针通过弯折部成80度夹角,加压部为“U”型结构,其尾端为圆弧形状,加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。
植入针贯穿桡骨远端插入到桡骨远端中,植入针和加压固定针与桡骨远端骨骼曲率相配合,加压部分别抵住桡骨远端,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉穿过加压板与骨块相固定。
植入针、加压固定针、弯折部、为一体成型结构为一体成型结构,构成稳定的力学结构。
本发明用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构在使用中的过程如下:先将导向器方置到在断端骨块中装入定位导针,通过导向器上的导针孔将植入针沿定位导针方向钻入到骨折位置的骨中,再取出导针并移除导向器;将植入针沿预钻孔方向插入到骨折位置的骨中,使用打入器将植入针通过弯折部完全打入,加压固定针压住桡骨远端骨块;加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。

1.一种用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构,其特征在于,包括:植入针、加压固定针、弯折部、加压部、加压板、锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉;其中植入针通过弯折部与加压固定针相连接,加压部为“U”型结构,其尾端为圆弧形状,加压部的两臂上设置加压板,且加压板设置倒锥形固定槽同时压住加压部的两臂,加压板上设置螺钉孔,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉自螺钉孔穿过,对骨块进行加压固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于桡骨远端骨折的针型锁定接骨板钉系统结构,其特征在于:植入针贯穿桡骨远端插入到桡骨远端中,植入针和加压固定针与桡骨远端骨骼曲率相配合,加压部分别抵住桡骨远端,锁定螺钉和皮质骨螺钉穿过加压板与骨块相固定。
