Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a cooking appliance control method includes steps S400, S600 and S700.
And step S400, acquiring the residual water quantity of the water tank of the cooking utensil when the current dish is steamed.
Specifically, the remaining water amount of the water tank is the amount of water stored in the water tank of the cooking appliance. In the process of steaming dishes by the cooking appliance, the steam generator of the cooking appliance converts water in the water tank into high-temperature steam in real time and conveys the high-temperature steam to food, and the food is steamed, so that the water amount in the water tank is gradually reduced in the steaming process. In order to ensure that the steam generated by the steam generator can cook the steamed dishes required for the time when steaming is performed each time, enough water needs to be stored in the water tank. The current dishes are dishes which are steamed by the cooking appliance at the current moment. When a user puts a current dish into a corresponding cavity of the cooking appliance, the controller of the cooking appliance controls the steam generator to generate steam to steam the dish according to the cooking time set by the user or after the corresponding cooking time is matched according to the name of the current dish and a preset database. When the steaming duration reaches the cooking duration, the completion of the steaming of the current dish is indicated, and at the moment, the control can acquire the residual water amount of the water tank of the cooking appliance for further analysis.
It should be noted that the manner of obtaining the remaining amount of water in the water tank is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the water tank is provided with a water amount detector, and the detected water amount of the water tank is sent to the controller for analysis processing through the water amount detector in real time. It will be appreciated that the type of water volume detector is not exclusive and in one embodiment the water volume detector may be a load cell, and the weight of the entire water tank is detected in real time by providing a load cell at the bottom of the water tank, and subtracting the weight of the tank body from the weight of the water tank is the volume of water in the water tank. The weighing sensor sends the detected residual water amount of the water tank to the controller, so that subsequent analysis operation can be performed, analysis can be performed directly according to weight information of water in the water tank, the weight information of the water can be converted into volume information, water amount percentage information related to the volume of the water tank and the like, and the analysis is not limited specifically.
And step S600, judging whether the residual water quantity of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish or not according to the residual water quantity of the water tank and preset dish sequence information.
Specifically, the preset dish sequence information represents all dish types needing to be steamed by the cooking appliance and the steaming sequence of each dish. According to preset dish sequence information, the controller can timely know the type of the currently steamed dish and the type of the dish steamed next time, therefore, after the current dish is steamed, the next dish and the residual water amount of the water tank are combined for analysis, and whether the residual water amount of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish or not can be judged.
It should be noted that the manner of determining whether the remaining water in the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish by the controller is not unique, and in one embodiment, a water amount database in which a plurality of dishes and the water amount required for steaming each dish are pre-stored may be pre-stored in the controller, and after the controller obtains the next dish according to the preset dish sequence information, the next dish is compared and analyzed with the water amount database, so that the water amount required for the next dish can be obtained. And the further controller compares and analyzes the residual water quantity of the water tank with the water quantity required by the corresponding next dish, and finally obtains a comparison result of whether the residual water quantity of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish. According to the embodiment, the dish sequence information is stored in the controller in a preset form, and in the actual steaming process, the dish input operation is not required to be carried out before each dish is steamed by a user, so that the cooking efficiency of the cooking appliance is improved.
And step S700, controlling a steam generator of the cooking appliance to steam the next dish when the residual water amount in the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish.
Specifically, after the controller carries out comparative analysis according to the residual water amount of the water tank and the water amount required by the corresponding of the next dish, if the residual water amount of the water tank is greater than or equal to the water amount required by the corresponding of the next dish, the residual water amount of the water tank is indicated to meet the steaming requirement of the next dish, at the moment, the steam generator of the cooking appliance is directly controlled to work, and high-temperature steam is generated to steam the dish.
And when the next dish is steamed, returning to the step of acquiring the residual water amount of the water tank of the cooking utensil until all dishes corresponding to the preset dish sequence information are steamed.
Specifically, after the next dish is steamed, the controller returns to perform the operation of acquiring the remaining water amount of the water tank of the cooking appliance. And then the controller obtains a next dish to be steamed according to the preset dish sequence information as a new next dish, compares and analyzes the water quantity required by the new next dish and the residual water quantity of the water tank after the next dish is steamed, and judges whether the residual water quantity of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the new next dish. Namely, after the controller acquires the residual water amount in the water tank of the cooking appliance, the controller executes operations similar to the steps S600 and S700 until all dishes corresponding to the preset dish sequence information are steamed, and the cooking appliance completes the whole steaming operation.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the current dish is the first dish, and before step S400, the method further includes step S100 and step S200.
And step S100, acquiring the water quantity of a water tank of the cooking appliance when the cooking appliance enters a steaming operation mode.
Specifically, the steaming operation mode is a mode in which dishes are required to be steamed or heated by high-temperature steam, and therefore, whether water is present in the water tank in the steaming operation mode directly affects the smooth operation of steaming. When the cooking appliance enters the operation mode, the controller firstly obtains the water quantity of the water tank so as to provide an intuitive understanding of the initial water quantity of the cooking appliance. In one embodiment, the cooking appliance is a steaming oven, the corresponding operation mode includes a steaming operation mode and a baking operation mode, and before a user uses the steaming oven, the user can select to turn on the steaming operation mode or the baking operation mode according to the user's own requirements, and the operation can be specifically realized by a key arranged on the surface of a shell of the steaming oven. When a user presses a key corresponding to the steaming operation mode, the steaming oven can be controlled to enter the steaming operation mode, and the water quantity detector arranged on the water tank can timely send the water quantity of the water tank to the controller for analysis.
And step S200, outputting water adding prompt information to prompt a user to add water when the water amount of the water tank is not full.
Specifically, the controller prestores the full-load water quantity when the water tank is in a full state, and after the controller receives the water tank water quantity sent by the water quantity detector, the water tank water quantity and the full-load water quantity are compared and analyzed. If the water quantity of the water tank is smaller than the full-load water quantity, the water tank is not filled, and at the moment, the controller outputs water adding prompt information to inform a user of water adding operation, so that the user can fill the water tank. The cooking utensil is enabled to start the whole steaming operation mode under the condition that the water quantity of the water tank is sufficient, so that the phenomenon that a user needs to add water again in subsequent dish steaming is reduced or avoided, and the working reliability of the cooking utensil is further improved. It is understood that the manner of outputting the water adding prompt message by the controller is not exclusive, and may be voice, display screen display, etc.
It should be noted that when the controller detects that the water tank is not full, in one embodiment, the steaming operation of the dishes may be performed until the user fills the water tank. Correspondingly, at the moment, the controller outputs water adding prompt information to prompt a user to add water, then the operation of obtaining the water quantity of the water tank of the cooking appliance is returned, and the related steaming operation of the steaming operation mode is executed until the water quantity of the water tank is in a full-tank state. In another embodiment, the water adding prompt message can be only output to inform the user, and the corresponding dish steaming operation is started without waiting for the user to fill the water tank.
In one embodiment, after the step of obtaining the residual water amount of the water tank of the cooking appliance, the method further comprises the following steps: outputting the residual water quantity of the water tank to inform a user, and/or after the step of acquiring the water quantity of the water tank of the cooking appliance, further comprising: and outputting the water quantity of the water tank to inform a user. After the controller acquires the water tank water yield or the residual water yield of the water tank, the controller can further inform the user of the water tank water yield or the residual water yield of the water tank so that the user can timely know the water yield state of the water tank.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the current dish is the first dish, and before step S400, the method further includes step S300.
And step S300, obtaining and storing preset dish sequence information according to the dish information sequentially input by the user.
Specifically, the dish information is information for distinguishing different types of dishes, and specifically may be a name of the dish. In the embodiment, before the dishes are steamed, the user directly inputs all dish information to be steamed into the controller in sequence according to the steaming sequence, and after the controller forms memory, the user only needs to directly select to start steaming in the subsequent steaming process, so that unnecessary troubles are reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after acquiring the remaining water amount of the water tank of the cooking appliance and before step S600, the method further includes step S500.
Step S500, determining whether a steaming termination command sent by the user is received.
Specifically, after the steaming of one dish is finished, the controller can judge whether the user inputs a steaming termination finger, so that the steaming operation can be terminated when the user changes the steaming plan halfway, and the working reliability of the cooking appliance is further improved. It can be understood that, in an embodiment, the controller may specifically determine whether a steaming termination instruction sent by the user is received within a preset time period after a dish is steamed, and if the steaming termination instruction sent by the user is not received within the preset time period, it indicates that the controller does not receive the steaming termination instruction sent by the user. If not, namely the controller does not receive the steaming termination instruction sent by the user, the step S600 is executed, and whether the residual water quantity of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish or not is analyzed, so that the steaming operation of the next dish is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after the step S500, if the controller receives a steaming termination instruction sent by the user, the step S900 is executed.
And step S900, controlling the cooking appliance to exit the steaming operation mode. If the controller receives a steaming termination instruction sent by the user, namely the controller indicates that the user changes the steaming plan, the controller controls the cooking appliance to exit the steaming operation mode at the moment so that the user can reselect a new operation mode.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, after step S600, the method further includes step S800.
And step S800, outputting water adding prompt information to prompt a user to add water when the residual water amount in the water tank does not meet the steaming requirement of the next dish. And returning to the step of acquiring the residual water amount of the water tank of the cooking appliance.
Specifically, in the process that the controller carries out analysis according to the water tank residual water volume and preset dish sequence information, the condition that the water tank residual water volume is lower than the water volume required by the next dish (namely the water tank residual water volume does not meet the steaming requirement of the next dish) can also occur, and at the moment, the controller outputs water adding prompt information to inform a user so that the user can timely supplement water. It can be understood that when the residual water amount in the water tank of the cooking appliance does not meet the steaming requirement of the next dish, the controller cannot execute the steaming operation of the next dish, and only when the water in the water tank is added to meet the steaming requirement of the next dish according to the water adding prompt information output by the controller by the user, the steaming operation of the dish can be continuously executed. And further, the steaming process of each dish is ensured to be carried out under the condition of sufficient water, and the condition of water shortage in the midway can not occur during steaming of each dish.
By the aid of the control method for the cooking appliance, certain spare parts do not need to be additionally arranged, the internal structure of the cooking appliance such as a steaming oven does not need to be adjusted, the cooking appliance stands at a user angle on the premise that the cost of the steaming oven is not increased, the control logic method is improved, a user does not need to select the type of the steamed dishes one time or another in the following cooking process, the user can clearly know the residual water amount of the water tank, whether the current residual water amount of the water tank can support the next dish to finish steaming or not is estimated by the system according to the residual water amount, if not, the system prompts the user to add water after the user determines that the next dish is steamed, and the phenomenon that the steaming process of the dish is interrupted is avoided.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions of the present application are explained in detail below with reference to specific embodiments. Referring to fig. 6, when the user selects the steaming operation mode, the cooking appliance obtains the water amount of the water tank and outputs the water amount to the corresponding display interface for displaying so as to inform the user, and meanwhile, if the water tank is not full, the controller also outputs a water adding prompt message to remind the user of filling water. And then, sequentially inputting the dish information (particularly, dish names and other information which can be used for distinguishing different types of dishes) according to a required steaming sequence by the user according to dishes to be steamed by the user, obtaining and storing preset dish sequence information, and starting steaming operation of the first dish when the user selects steaming to start.
After the steaming operation of the first dish is finished, the controller acquires the residual water amount of the cooking utensil and outputs the residual water amount to the display interface for displaying. At this time, in order to avoid the user from changing the steaming plan, the controller detects whether a steaming termination instruction sent by the user is received, and if the steaming termination instruction is received, the steaming operation is ended; if the steaming termination instruction is not received, steaming of the next dish is continued according to the preset dish sequence information. When the next dish is steamed, the controller obtains a detection result whether the residual water quantity of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish or not according to the obtained residual water quantity of the water tank and the pre-stored water quantity required by the corresponding next dish. When the steaming requirement of the next dish is met, the steam generator is directly controlled to be started to steam the next dish; when the next dish steaming requirement is not met, outputting prompt information to remind a user to add water until the user adds water to enable the residual water amount in the water tank to meet the next dish steaming requirement.
Similarly, after the next dish is steamed, the controller returns to acquire and display the residual water amount in the water tank, and sequentially executes the operations of judging whether the user sends a steaming termination instruction and whether the residual water amount meets the steaming requirement of the next dish, and the like until the dishes with high levels corresponding to the preset dish sequence information are steamed, or receives the steaming termination instruction sent by the user, and finishes the whole steaming operation.
According to the cooking utensil control method, in the process of steaming dishes, after the steaming of one dish is finished, the detection and analysis operation is carried out on the residual water amount of the cooking utensil. Only under the condition that the remaining water volume can satisfy the steaming demand of next dish, just can control cooking utensil's steam generator steam and steam the operation to the dish. Through this scheme, can guarantee cooking utensil's whole steaming in-process, each dish homoenergetic once only evaporates and accomplishes, avoids appearing the condition emergence that certain dish when evaporating because the lack of water leads to evaporating the interrupt to effectively improve cooking utensil's operational reliability.
Referring to fig. 7, a cooking appliance control apparatus includes a remaining water amount obtaining module 300, a steaming requirement analyzing module 500, and a steaming control module 600.
The residual water amount obtaining module 300 is used for obtaining the residual water amount of the water tank of the cooking utensil when the current dish is steamed; the steaming requirement analysis module 500 is used for judging whether the residual water amount of the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish according to the residual water amount of the water tank and preset dish sequence information; the steaming control module 600 is configured to control the steam generator of the cooking appliance to steam the next dish when the remaining water in the water tank meets the steaming requirement of the next dish, and control the remaining water obtaining module to execute the operation of obtaining the remaining water in the water tank of the cooking appliance when the steaming of the next dish is completed until all dishes corresponding to the preset dish sequence information are steamed.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, before the residual water amount obtaining module 300, the apparatus further includes an initial water amount detecting module 100. The initial water amount detection module 100 is used for acquiring the water amount of a water tank of the cooking appliance when the cooking appliance enters a steaming operation mode; and when the water tank is not full, outputting water adding prompt information to prompt a user to add water.
Referring to fig. 9, in an embodiment, before the remaining water amount obtaining module 300, the apparatus further includes a dish sequence entry module 200. The dish sequence entry module 200 is configured to obtain preset dish sequence information according to the dish information sequentially input by the user and store the preset dish sequence information.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment, the apparatus further includes a termination instruction analysis module 400 after the remaining water amount obtaining module 300 and before the steaming requirement analysis module 500. The termination instruction analysis module 400 is configured to determine whether a steaming termination instruction sent by a user is received.
In one embodiment, the termination instruction analysis module 400 is further configured to control the cooking appliance to exit the steaming operation mode when receiving a steaming termination instruction sent by a user.
Referring to fig. 11, in one embodiment, after the steaming requirement analyzing module 500, the apparatus further includes a water adding prompt module 700. The water adding prompting module 700 is configured to output water adding prompting information to prompt a user to add water when the remaining water amount in the water tank does not satisfy the steaming requirement of the next dish, and control the remaining water amount obtaining module 300 to perform an operation of obtaining the remaining water amount in the water tank of the cooking appliance.
The cooking utensil control device detects and analyzes the residual water quantity of the cooking utensil every time after the steaming of one dish is finished in the process of steaming the dish.
12, a cooking appliance control system includes a water amount detector 10, a steam generator 20 and a controller 30, wherein the water amount detector 10 and the steam generator 20 are respectively connected to the controller 30, the water amount detector 10 is used for detecting the residual water amount in the water tank of the cooking appliance and sending the residual water amount to the controller 30, and the controller 30 is used for performing cooking control according to the above method.
Specifically, the remaining water amount of the water tank is the amount of water stored in the water tank of the cooking appliance. During the process of steaming the dishes by the cooking appliance, the steam generator 20 of the cooking appliance converts the water in the water tank into high-temperature steam in real time and delivers the high-temperature steam to the food to steam the food, so that the amount of water in the water tank is gradually reduced during the steaming process. In order to ensure that the steam generated by the steam generator 20 can cook the dish to be steamed every time, it is necessary to ensure that enough water is stored in the water tank. The current dishes are dishes which are steamed by the cooking appliance at the current moment.
