Detailed Description
Features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present invention will be described in detail below. In the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention.
At present, when the check of consignment luggage is carried out at a civil aviation airport, a passenger needs to return to the unpacking room to be matched with the unpacking check until a security inspector finishes the treatment of prohibited articles, and returns to carry out the security check again, especially, the passenger needs to return to the unpacking room to carry out the unpacking check because of a very simple problem (such as a lighter), so that the time and labor are consumed during the return, not only is bad experience brought to the passenger, but also greater pressure is caused to a busy security check channel.
Based on the above, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, a system, a device, and a storage medium for remote baggage screening, and with the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, a passenger can replace the need to go back and forth between packages to perform on-the-spot package screening by an authorization manner, and realize the improper on-the-spot package screening of the passenger's consignment baggage, thereby improving the security screening experience of the passenger and relieving the pressure of a security screening channel.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for remote baggage screening according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used in a security server.
As shown in fig. 1, the remote analysis method includes steps 101 to 103.
In step 101, in response to a remote open-check application of a first user, identity authentication is performed on the first user.
For example, when the passenger a (i.e., the first user) is intercepted and notified to go to cooperate with the check of opening the package of the checked baggage, the passenger a may select a nearby multifunctional interactive terminal to submit a remote opening check application, or may download a corresponding App on his/her mobile phone or tablet computer to submit a remote opening check application, which is not limited herein.
In step 102, in response to the first user identity authentication being successful, pushing baggage information to be checked associated with the first user to the first user.
For example, to upload the identity data to the case server, the passenger a may manually input a certificate number in the terminal device or upload a personal identity certificate photo or a head portrait photo by using the scanning device, and after passing the identity authentication of the passenger a, the security check server may push the information of the baggage to be checked, which is associated with the passenger a, to the terminal device where the passenger a is located.
In step 103, in response to a remote baggage claim authorization instruction of the first user to open baggage to be checked associated with the first user, a remote baggage inspection task associated with the first user is initiated.
Illustratively, after confirming that the information of the baggage to be checked, which is pushed by the security check server, is accurate, the passenger a can select the baggage to be checked, at this time, the mobile terminal interface can automatically pop up an option of "whether to determine remote checking authorization", when the user a selects "yes", the security check server end will receive a remote checking authorization instruction of the passenger a to the baggage to be checked, which is associated with the passenger a, and in response to the instruction, the security check server end will start to execute a remote checking task of the baggage to be checked, which is associated with the passenger a.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, to implement the remote package opening check of the passenger, the security check server may perform identity authentication on the first user in response to the remote package opening check application of the first user, push information of the to-be-opened baggage associated with the first user to the first user in response to the successful identity authentication of the first user, and start to execute the remote package opening task on the to-be-opened baggage associated with the first user in response to the remote package opening authorization instruction of the first user on the to-be-opened baggage associated with the first user.
For example, if a passenger needs to perform unpacking inspection because the passenger carries a lighter in consignment luggage, the passenger can be allowed to perform self-processing under the condition that the passenger is not in the same plane through authorization, and the passenger does not need to go to and fro between unpacking inspections to perform on-plane unpacking inspection. The technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention can realize remote package opening at any place by matching with the terminal equipment based on the network communication technical means, thereby improving the security check experience of passengers and relieving the pressure of security check channels.
In addition, the remote inspection task scheduling method improves the inspection efficiency for the unified scheduling of the remote inspection tasks to be executed. The embodiment of the invention provides a detailed scheduling strategy, which is explained in detail below for the remote task to be executed:
in an alternative embodiment, the remote task to be executed may be stored in the first task queue, and then the tasks in the first task queue may be pushed to the currently available pick station.
In this example, if the number of tasks in the first task queue is multiple, the security check server may push the tasks in the first task queue to the currently available screening site (i.e., the idle screening site) according to the order of the task applications or the length of the remaining departure time of the first user (e.g., preferentially push the task with the earliest application time or the shortest remaining departure time in the first task queue), then execute the tasks pushed in the first task queue by the security check staff of the currently available screening site, and update the first task queue after the tasks are completed until all the tasks in the first task queue are completely executed.
In practice, the security inspector may select whether to receive the task pushed by the first task queue according to the work at hand, and the security inspector may select to refuse to execute (or not accept) the pushed task when the security inspector is not free. For this situation, the security check server may push a first prompt message, such as a prompt message "X passengers are queuing before please wait" to the passengers associated with the rejected task, and explicitly inform the passengers of the current queuing position to help the passengers to make further decisions, where X is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
In an alternative embodiment, if passenger B finishes checking the flight of the passenger B, passenger B may select an "emergency queue insertion" function to send an emergency queue insertion request to the security check server.
The security check server will determine the remaining departure time period of passenger B (the second user) in response to the emergency queue-insertion request of the second user. If the remaining departure time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length (such as 35min), the emergency queue-inserting condition is not met, and second prompt information is pushed to the second user, such as 'the emergency queue-inserting request is invalid and please wait'.
If the remaining departure time is less than the preset time, the emergency queue-inserting condition is met, and a subsequent emergency queue-inserting process can be entered: and moving the remote task of the second user from the first task queue to the second task queue, stopping pushing the tasks in the first task queue to the current available pick-up station, and starting pushing the tasks in the second task queue to the current available pick-up station.
In this example, if the number of tasks in the second task queue is multiple, the security check server may push the tasks in the second task queue to the currently available screening station according to the length of the remaining departure time (for example, preferentially push the task with the shortest remaining departure time in the second task queue), execute the tasks pushed by the second task queue by a security inspector of the currently available screening station, update the second task list after the tasks are completed, until all the tasks in the second task list are completely executed, and return to execute the tasks in the first task list.
The first task queue can be understood as a common task queue, tasks in the queue have no time limit requirement, the second task queue can be understood as an emergency task queue, and the tasks in the queue have the time limit requirement and need to be executed preferentially, so that the tasks in the second task queue are preferentially pushed when a check station is free.
Preferably, after the remote inspection task associated with the second user is moved from the first task queue to the second task queue, the security check server may further push a third prompt message to the second user, for example, a prompt message indicating that Y emergency passengers are queued in front of the second user, and explicitly inform the passengers of the current queuing position to help the passengers to make further decisions, where Y is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
In addition, the remote open-check authorization instruction may include an improper open-check instruction and an open-check instruction from the privacy security of the traveler.
When the remote opening examination authorization instruction is an improper opening examination instruction, the passenger can send a luggage case password on the terminal device, and the security inspection server starts to execute a remote opening examination task of the luggage to be opened and examined, which is associated with the first user, according to the received luggage case password.
When the remote security clearance authorization instruction is an on-face security clearance instruction, the passenger can perform data transmission with the security clearance site based on the video data and the audio data, and start to perform a remote security clearance task for the to-be-cleared baggage associated with the first user, for example, the passenger can see a confirmation security clearance operation on the terminal device and provide a baggage password or other indication to a security checker when needed.
In an example, during the screening process, a Real-Time bidirectional video transmission can be performed between the remote screening station and the screening station, and in order to ensure high quality and low delay of the video image, RTSP (Real Time streaming protocol) can be adopted. RTSP allows simultaneous multiple streaming demand control (Multicast), which can reduce the network usage of the security check server, and at the same time, since RTSP has a redirection function, the security check server providing service can be adjusted according to the actual load condition, so as to avoid delay caused by too large load concentrated on the same server.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention can also periodically analyze the video data to obtain a frame image set; then, respectively carrying out face recognition on each frame image in the frame image set to obtain face recognition images and face recognition scores aiming at all frame images in the town set image; therefore, the relation between the frame image and the face recognition image corresponding to the face recognition score with the highest value in all the frame images of the frame image set and the remote open-inspection result is established and stored.
That is to say, in the video transmission process, the security check server can periodically analyze video frame data from the video frame data, simultaneously perform a face detection algorithm on each frame of image data, then according to the result of the detection algorithm, the security check service system can record the image data with the highest face score, and automatically bind and archive the face image, the face image and the start-check result when the security checker completes the start-check processing operation.
In an optional implementation, in order to avoid the trouble of the passenger in going back and forth to leave the booth and repeating the security check, reduce the pressure of the security check work, and reduce the delay rate of the flight caused by waiting for the passenger, the security check server may further push a fourth prompt message, for example, a message that the remote security check of the baggage to be checked associated with the first user is completed in response to the completion of the remote security check task of the baggage to be checked associated with the first user.
For example, the pushed information indicating that the open inspection is completed may be printed, or the traveler may only need to present the corresponding printed certificate or electronic certificate to the staff by generating electronic information such as a character, a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like.
To facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the following example briefly describes a remote analysis method in an embodiment of the present invention.

In step 201, a personalized identity document, including a registration card, an identity card or a passport, is scanned;
in step 202, checking the information of the baggage needing to be checked;
in step 203, selecting the baggage to be checked out, and then executing step 204 and step 205;
in step 204, an "open check in the face" authorization is selected;
in step 205, displaying the real-time video for opening and detecting while performing voice call;
in step 206, printing a test receipt after completing the test;
in step 207, the security check is performed rapidly by the security check entry;
in step 208, an "improper face open check" authorization is selected;
in step 209, the trunk password is entered, and then execution returns to step 206.
