In order to solve the problems of complicated water changing of the water box of the steam oven, heavy metal residue and the like, as shown in fig. 2, the invention provides that purified water produced by the water purifier or the water purifying module 2 is conveyed into the steam generator of the steam oven or the steam box module 1 through a purified water interface 43, for example, so as to replace the water box 11 which is disassembled and assembled by manual water changing, and simultaneously, the problems of more residues on the surface of food after steam cooking, scale deposition after the steam generator is used for a long time and the like are solved. The water purifier or the water purification module 2 may be connected to a municipal tap water pipe through a tap water connection 41 and discharge residual water through a residual water discharge port 42, and may also deliver prefiltered or purified water to the faucet 9.
The water purifier and the steam boiler can be independent products, are only connected through a pipeline and are in linkage control, and can also be integrated in an integrated stove as functional modules respectively. a steam cooking module;
a steam washing module 6; and
a common steam generator 10, the common steam generator 10 being switchable between a low heating power state or a high heating power state;
wherein, in a low heating power state, the common steam generator 10 generates a steam mixture and delivers it at least to the steam wash module 6, and in a high heating power state, the common steam generator 10 generates high temperature steam and delivers it at least to the steam cooking module.
In the present embodiment, the common steam generator 10 within the integrated hob provides steam to the different steam usage modules and may provide different forms of steam. For example, in fig. 11, the steam cooking module is illustratively supplied with high temperature steam, i.e., fully vaporized pure steam, typically above 100 ℃, and the steam wash module 6 is supplied with a relatively high humidity, relatively low temperature, vaporous water vapor mixture having entrained a relatively large amount of water vapor. Like this, can practice thrift functional components and parts, practiced thrift steam generator promptly, not only practiced thrift the components and parts cost, more importantly provides more loose installation space in the finite space of integrated kitchen, has made things convenient for the structural layout design of product.
The low heating power state and the high heating power state are a mutual comparison value, the heating efficiency in the high heating power state is higher than that in the low heating power state, so that high-temperature steam, namely pure steam generally higher than 100 ℃, is generated in the high heating power state, and a steam-state steam-water mixture of partial steam and partial steam is generated in the low heating power state, and the water content of the steam-state steam-water mixture is much larger than that of the pure steam.
To achieve multi-power heating, as an example, the common steam generator 10 may include a boiler and a plurality of electric heating elements arranged at a circumferential wall of the boiler, a part of the plurality of electric heating elements being electrically operated in a low heating efficiency state, and the whole of the plurality of electric heating elements being electrically operated in a high heating efficiency state. The electric heating element can be an electric heating tube which is cheap, easily available and easy to assemble, but also can be a thick film heating element and the like. In addition, the low heating power state or the high heating power state may be internalized and subdivided into a plurality of low heating power states or a plurality of high heating power states of different sizes, which is not intended to limit the present invention.
To achieve back-end steam distribution of the common steam generator 10, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the integrated hob includes a three-way connector 20, the three-way connector 20 having one inlet end and two outlet ends communicating with both inlet ends. The inlet end of the three-way connector 20 is connected with the steam outlet end of the common steam generator 10, a first branch steam supply pipe is connected between the first outlet end of the three-way connector 20 and the steam cooking module, and a second branch steam supply pipe is connected between the second outlet end of the three-way connector 20 and the steam washing module 6.
Wherein, a first steam supply valve 201 is arranged in the first branch steam supply pipe, a second steam supply valve 202 is arranged in the second branch steam supply pipe, steam generated by the common steam generator 10 enters the three-way connector 20 from the inlet end and flows out from the two outlet ends respectively in two parts, and the flow rate flowing to the steam washing module 6 and the steam cooking module (including but not limited to the steam box module 1) is adjusted by the two steam supply valves. Similarly, more flow allocations can be made through more channels of the multi-way connector and its supply valve.
Generally, the steam box module 1 and the steam washing module 6 are not activated at the same time, so the first and second air supply valves are normally in a closed-open state or in a closed-open state at the same time. On this basis, the integrated hob further comprises a steam supply controller 100, the steam supply controller 100 being configured to:
correspondingly selecting the heating power state of the common steam generator 10 according to the working states of the steam washing module 6 and the steam cooking module;
the first steam supply valve 201 and the second steam supply valve 202 are correspondingly controlled by the switches according to the working states of the steam washing module 6 and the steam cooking module.
Further, the steam supply controller 100 is further configured to:
controlling the common steam generator 10 to be in a low heating power state to generate and deliver the water-vapor mixture when the steam washing module 6 is independently started;
when the steam cooking module is separately activated, the common steam generator 10 is controlled to be in a high heating power state to generate and deliver high temperature steam.
Of course, the case where the steam box module 1 and the steam wash module 6 are simultaneously activated is not excluded, and thus the steam supply controller 100 may be further configured to: when the steam washing module 6 and the steam cooking module are jointly started, the common steam generator 10 is controlled to be in a high heating power state. At the moment, the steam washing module 6 adopts high-temperature steam spray washing to soften oil stains on the surface of the air duct assembly at high temperature.
In another embodiment, the integrated cooker may include a multi-way directional valve 14, an inlet end of the multi-way directional valve 14 is connected to a steam outlet end of the steam generator, a first branch steam supply pipe is connected between a first outlet end of the multi-way directional valve 14 and the steam cooking module, and a second branch steam supply pipe is connected between a second outlet end of the multi-way directional valve 14 and the steam washing module 6. The inlet side of the multi-way diverter valve 14 is selectively controllable to selectively communicate with one of the outlet sides, thereby providing fewer control components and greater ease of control than the three-way connector 20 and its combination of two supply valves.
After the common steam generator 10 is used, the water purifier or purification module 2 provides purified water to the common steam generator 10. The integrated water purification module 2 may directly supply water, or the integrated oven may also include a built-in water storage box 8 temporarily storing purified water through the built-in water storage box 8 and disposed in a connection pipe between the purified water outlet a1 of the water purification module 2 and the common steam generator 10.
The water storage cavity of the built-in water storage box 8 is communicated with the outside, the inlet end of the built-in water storage box 8 is connected with a water storage box inlet pipe, the water storage box inlet pipe is provided with a water storage box inlet valve 81, a steam generator water supply pipe is connected between the outlet end of the built-in water storage box 8 and the shared steam generator 10, and a steam generator water supply pump 17 is arranged in the steam generator water supply pipe. Thus, the pipe connection with the water purifier or the water purification module is realized through the built-in water storage box 8, the water storage box inlet valve 81 and the steam generator water supply pump 17.
Similarly, the pipeline connection with the external water purifier or water purification module can be realized through the purified water interface 43, the built-in water storage box 8 and the water inlet valve and the water supply pump thereof.
In addition, the pure water may be pumped to each function module by using a booster pump 22 or the like within the water purification module 2 to provide power. By utilizing the pumping power of the booster pump 22, a preposed water supply pump of the steam generator, a built-in water storage box and the like can be saved, the use of components is reduced, the cost of the components is reduced, the limited installation space in the integrated kitchen is saved, and the internal layout design of the product is convenient.
The water purifier or the water purification module 2 has different internal water paths and can have various forms of filter elements. The water purification module 2 of the present invention employs a typical waterway system, as shown in fig. 5 to 9.
As an example, referring to fig. 5, the water purification module 2 includes:
the water outlet end of the internal main water pipe L0 is connected with a purified water outlet pipe L1; and
the RO filter cartridge 23 is disposed in the inner main water pipe L0 in series with the booster pump 22 and is located at the downstream end of the booster pump 22.
Wherein, the booster pump 22 pumps the water under pressure to the RO filter element 23 for reverse osmosis filtration to generate purified water and concentrated water.
Further, water purification module 2 still includes:
a pre-filter cartridge 21, PAC pre-filter cartridge being disposed in series with the booster pump 22 in the inner main water pipe L0 and located at an upstream end of the booster pump 22; and
and a front water outlet pipe L4 extending from the water outlet end of the front filter element 21.
Wherein, the initial water after PAC preposition filter core filtration can be exported as domestic water.
Further, a high-voltage switch 24 and a rear activated carbon filter element 25 are arranged at the rear end of the booster pump 22, and the secondary filtered water filtered by the RO filter element 23 is filtered by the rear activated carbon filter element 25 for three times to form purified water, so that heavy metal ions and the like in the tap water are basically filtered.
In order to facilitate the diversion output, the water purification module 2 is further provided with an integrated water path plate 26 positioned at the tail end, the water inlet end of the integrated water path plate 26 is respectively connected with an internal main water pipe L0, a front water outlet pipe L4 and a concentrated water outlet pipe L5 extending from the concentrated water outlet end of the RO filter element 23, and the water outlet end of the integrated water path plate 26 is respectively provided with a purified water outlet pipe L1 communicated with the internal main water pipe L0, a domestic water outlet pipe L2 communicated with the front water outlet pipe L4 and a concentrated water outlet pipe L3 communicated with the concentrated water outlet pipe L5. Therefore, the purified water, the domestic water and the concentrated water can be integrally output through the integrated water circuit board 26 by three pipelines.
In fig. 5, the integrated range further includes a purified water branch pipe L7 extended from a side branch of the purified water outlet pipe L1, the purified water branch pipe L7 is connected to the life water outlet pipe L2, and the purified water branch pipe L7 is provided with a branch pipe drain valve 19. The pure water branch pipe L7 may also be connected to the concentrated water drain pipe L3. In other words, the purified water generated by the water purifying module 2 is supplied to the steam box module 1 and other functional modules, and the residual purified water can be guided to a life faucet or discharged as waste water.
In the structural layout of the product, the steam box module 1 and the water purification module 2 are distributed in front of the integrated stove side by side, and the side wall of the outer shell 4 of the integrated stove is provided with a tap water interface 41 connected with an internal main water pipe L0 and a residual water outlet 42 connected with a concentrated water drain pipe. In addition, a living water tap 91 connected with a living water outlet pipe and a drinking water tap 92 connected with a purified water outlet pipe L1 are arranged at the top of the integrated stove outer shell 4. The water tank 30 is arranged below the domestic water faucet 91 and the drinking water faucet 92, and other functional products such as a garbage disposer and the like can be arranged below the water tank 30.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An integrated cooker, characterized in that it comprises:
the integrated stove comprises an integrated stove outer shell (4), wherein a purified water interface (43) used for being connected with a purified water outlet (A1) of an external water purifier is arranged on the side wall of the integrated stove outer shell (4); and
the functional module is arranged at the front part of the integrated stove outer shell (4) and is connected to the purified water interface (43) through a pipeline.
2. The integrated cooker according to claim 1, wherein the functional module comprises a steam box module (1), and a purified water supply line is connected between a steam generator of the steam box module (1) and the purified water interface (43).
3. The integrated stove according to claim 2, wherein a built-in water storage box (8) is arranged in the purified water supply pipeline, a water storage cavity of the built-in water storage box (8) is communicated with the outside, a water storage box water inlet valve (81) is arranged in a pipeline between the built-in water storage box (8) and the purified water interface (43), and a cooking water supply pump (13) is arranged in a pipeline between the steam generator and the built-in water storage box (8).

The integrated cooker according to claim 3, wherein a residual water outlet (42) is formed in a side wall of the integrated cooker outer shell (4), a water storage box drain pipe (L6) is connected between the built-in water storage box (8) and the residual water outlet (42), and a water storage box drain pump (82) is arranged in the water storage box drain pipe (L6).
5. The integrated cooker of claim 4, wherein the steam cooking module comprises a cooking controller configured to:
when the steam box module (1) is started to work, the water inlet valve (81) of the water storage box is opened;
when the water level in the built-in water storage box (8) reaches a preset water level, stopping the water inlet valve (81) of the water storage box and opening the cooking water supply pump (13);
and when the steam cooking module stops working, the water storage box drainage pump (82) is opened to drain the stored water in the built-in water storage box (8).
6. Integrated cooker according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that the built-in water storage box (8) is enclosed inside the integrated cooker outer casing (4).
7. The integrated cooker according to any one of claims 4 to 6, further comprising a steam washing module (6), wherein a steam washing water supply pump (62) is provided in a steam washing water supply pipe (61) between a steam generator of the steam washing module (6) and the built-in water storage box (8).
8. The integrated hob according to claim 7, characterized in, that the steam wash module (6) comprises a steam wash controller configured to:
when the steam washing module (6) is started to work, the water inlet valve (81) of the water storage box is opened;
when the water level in the built-in water storage box (8) reaches a preset water level, stopping the water inlet valve (81) of the water storage box and opening the steam washing water supply pump (62);
and when the steam washing module (6) stops working, the water storage box drainage pump (82) is opened to drain the stored water in the built-in water storage box (8).
9. The integrated stove according to claim 3, wherein the functional module further comprises a dishwasher module (7), the dishwasher module (7) is connected with the water storage cavity of the built-in water storage box (8) through a pipeline, and a dishwasher water supply pump (71) is arranged in the connecting pipeline.
10. The integrated hob according to claim 2, characterized in, that the functional modules further comprise a dishwasher module (7), the side wall of the integrated hob outer housing (4) is provided with a domestic water interface for connecting a domestic water outlet (A2) of an external water purifier, the dishwasher module (7) is pipe connected to the domestic water interface.
