本发明公开了用于盾构机的防卡阻液动泥浆球阀,包括液动执行器和泥浆球阀,液动执行器体积小,输出扭矩大,当泥浆球阀卡阻时,可通过增大油压实现更大的输出扭矩,驱动阀门启闭;泥浆球阀采用半球体偏心式结构,在半球体开启5°后,阀座、密封圈与球冠脱开,避免球冠、阀座、密封圈之间有泥浆沉淀产生卡阻;上、下阀轴处采用O形圈及Y形密封圈密封,防止泥浆卡阻阀轴;阀座处采用Y形密封圈,防止泥浆卡阻阀座;采用浮动阀座,可实现密封圈磨损量的自动补偿;采用软硬双道密封,当软密封失效时,硬密封同样能保证阀门的可靠密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于盾构机的防卡阻液动泥浆球阀。
背景技术
盾构机是一种隧道掘进的专用工程机械,现代盾构掘进机集光、机、电、液、传感、信息技术于一体,具有开挖切削土体、输送土碴、拼装隧道衬砌、测量导向纠偏等功能,涉及地质、土木、机械、力学、液压、电气、控制、测量等多门学科技术,而且要按照不同的地质进行“量体裁衣”式的设计制造,可靠性要求极高。
目前,盾构机隧道施工广泛应用于城市地铁、公路隧道建设中。随着过江、过河及海底隧道建设项目的增多,地质条件及施工技术难度也越来越大,尤其是在复杂地质条件下,盾构机在掘进过程中会产生大量的泥浆,泥浆的排放需采用泥浆阀门来控制,发明专利(申请号CN201910375379.7):一种用于盾构机的泥浆球阀,通过采用支撑套与支撑轴所构成的上、下支撑结构,将阀腔内的球体支撑在阀腔中间,实现了阀门作开关控制时,将泥浆介质的压力所产生对球体的推力,通过支撑结构来承担,避免了阀杆受到来自球体的侧向推力,大大减轻了阀杆的磨损,避免了阀杆受局部磨损出现应力集中而断裂的可能性;且该发明在阀座上设置有防冲脱的密封结构,通过将阀座外圈加工成台阶结构,在支撑圈端面周围设置螺孔,将压板的一端用螺栓与支撑圈锁紧,另一端压在阀座的台阶面上,将阀座压紧在支撑圈内,这样泥浆介质无法将阀座冲脱而造成阀门密封失效,彻底解决了阀门在使用过程中,因泥浆介质冲刷而将阀座冲脱的现象,但是该发明只限于对泥浆球阀减少磨损和增强密封性做了改进,对于盾构机作业中的卡阻情况没有防止和解决的办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于盾构机的防卡阻液动泥浆球阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:用于盾构机的防卡阻液动泥浆球阀,包括液动执行器和泥浆球阀,所述泥浆球阀包含主阀体、副阀体、半球体、上阀轴、下阀轴、阀座、球冠、限位环和平键,
液动执行器包括油口Ⅰ、油口Ⅱ、齿条活塞和齿轮轴,齿轮轴与上阀轴连接,齿条活塞与齿轮轴啮合;
主体阀上安装有轴套,轴套通过螺钉固定于主阀体上,上阀轴与半球体之间方榫连接传动,上阀轴套接在轴套中,通过钢基轴承支撑旋转,通过推力垫轴向定位,上阀轴与轴套之间设有Y型密封圈;
下阀轴通过螺栓固定于主阀体上,下阀轴与半球体通过铜套连接,铜套过盈配合于半球体内,通过封盖与半球体焊接,下阀轴间隙配合安装于铜套内,下阀轴与铜套轴向定位轴肩处设有O形圈;
阀座设于副阀体内,阀座与限位环通过凹凸止口紧密配合定位,通过螺钉固定成一体,阀座与副阀体之间设有Y型密封圈。
优选的,阀座上还设有模具弹簧和密封圈,密封圈通过密封圈压盖固定于阀座内,密封圈密封面高出阀座密封面的距离H3,H3数值是0.5~0.7mm。
优选的,阀座与副阀体之间有轴向间隙H1,H1数值为2~3mm,限位环与副阀体之间有轴向间隙H2,H2数值为1~1.5mm。
优选的,上阀轴和下阀轴的阀轴中心线相对于主阀体阀体中心线有一个偏心距E。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、液动执行器体积小,输出扭矩大,当泥浆球阀卡阻时,可通过增大油压实现更大的输出扭矩,驱动阀门启闭。
2、泥浆球阀采用半球体偏心式结构,在半球体开启5°后,阀座、密封圈与球冠脱开,避免球冠、阀座、密封圈之间有泥浆沉淀产生卡阻。
3、上、下阀轴处采用O形圈及Y形密封圈密封,防止泥浆卡阻阀轴。
4、阀座处采用Y形密封圈,防止泥浆卡阻阀座。
5、采用浮动阀座,可实现密封圈磨损量的自动补偿。
6、采用软硬双道密封,当软密封失效时,硬密封同样能保证阀门的可靠密封。

请参阅图1,用于盾构机的防卡阻液动泥浆球阀,包括液动执行器1和泥浆球阀,所述泥浆球阀包含主阀体5、副阀体7、半球体9、上阀轴3、下阀轴12、阀座6、球冠10、限位环11和平键2,
图2中,液动执行器1的油口Ⅰ13进液压油,在压力的作用下液压油推动齿条活塞14向右运动,油口Ⅱ16排出右侧腔体17内的液压油,齿条活塞14推动齿轮轴15顺时针转动,齿轮轴15带动上阀轴3顺时针转动90°关闭阀门。正常工况液压油压力为12MPa,当泥浆球阀卡阻时,液压油压力可升至最高21MPa,增大输出扭矩,驱动阀门关闭;
图3中液动执行器1的油口Ⅱ16进液压油,在压力的作用下液压油推动齿条活塞14向左运动,油口Ⅰ13排出左侧腔体18内的液压油,齿条活塞14推动齿轮轴15逆时针转动,齿轮轴15带动上阀轴3逆时针转动90°开启阀门。正常工况液压油压力为12MPa,当泥浆球阀卡阻时,液压油压力可升至最高21MPa,增大输出扭矩,驱动阀门开启;
图5、图6中主体阀5上安装有轴套4,轴套4通过螺钉固定于主阀体5上,主阀体5与轴套4相对静止,上阀轴3与半球体9之间方榫连接传动,上阀轴3安装于轴套4内,通过钢基轴承22支撑旋转,通过推力垫21轴向定位,在上阀轴3与轴套4配合的圆周上安装有Y型密封圈23,在管道内介质压力的作用下,Y型密封圈内圆周面24与上阀轴3紧密配合,Y型密封圈外圆周面25与轴套4紧密配合,管道内介质压力越高,紧密配合效果越好,以防止泥浆进入上阀轴3与轴套4配合的圆周间隙内导致上阀轴3卡阻;
图4中阀轴中心线20相对于阀体中心线19有一个偏心距E,液动执行器1经过几级传动带动半球体9逆时针开启,由于偏心距E的存在,半球体9在开启过程中,安装在半球体9上的球冠10逐渐与阀座6、密封圈8脱开,当半球体9逆时针开启约5°后,球冠10与阀座6、密封圈8可完全脱开,避免球冠10与阀座6、密封圈8接触面之间有泥浆沉淀产生卡阻;
图7、图8中主体阀5上安装有下阀轴12,下阀轴12通过螺栓固定于主阀体5上,主阀体5与下阀轴12相对静止,铜套27过盈配合安装于半球体9内,下阀轴12间隙配合安装于铜套27内,相对转动,在下阀轴12与铜套27轴向定位轴肩处安装有O形圈28,在管道内介质压力的作用下,O形圈28紧贴下阀轴12与铜套27的配合间隙部位,以防止泥浆进入下阀轴12与铜套27配合的间隙内导致铜套27与下阀轴12卡阻,最后用封盖26与半球体9焊接;
图9中阀座6安装于副阀体7内,阀座(6)与限位环11通过凹凸止口30紧密配合定位,通过螺钉29固定成一体,阀座6在副阀体7内微量移动,在阀座6与副阀体7配合的圆周上安装有Y型密封圈23,在限位环11与副阀体7配合的圆周上安装有Y型密封圈23,Y型密封圈内圆周面24与阀座6、限位环11紧密配合,Y型密封圈外圆周面25与副阀体7紧密配合,防止泥浆进入副阀体7与阀座6、限位环11形成的配合间隙内导致阀座6卡阻;
图10中阀座6上均匀安装一圈模具弹簧31,模具弹簧31压缩产生的推力使安装于阀座6上的密封圈8与球冠10配合面的最小密封比压≥2MPa,阀座6与副阀体7之间有轴向间隙H1,H1设计给定2~3mm,限位环11与副阀体7之间有轴向间隙H2,H2设计给定1~1.5mm,当密封圈8磨损后,模具弹簧31压缩产生的推力继续推动安装于阀座6上的密封圈8与球冠10紧密配合,保证阀门的密封;
图11密封圈8通过密封圈压盖32固定于阀座6内,正常工况下,密封圈8与球冠10配合,保证阀门的密封,密封圈8密封面34高出阀座6密封面33距离H3,H3设计给定0.5~0.7mm。密封圈8是PTEF塑料材质,阀门启闭过程中密封圈密封面34会磨损,同时阀门全开后,泥浆介质会冲刷磨损密封圈密封面34,泥浆含量越高,冲刷磨损越严重。当密封圈密封面34磨损后低于阀座密封面33时,阀座密封面33将与球冠10配合,在模具弹簧31压缩产生的推力下保证阀门的密封。
