Abstract
一种圆管翻板阀,包括圆管,圆管两端连接法兰,圆管中心设有支撑座,支撑座通过多根筋条连接圆管内壁,在支撑座与圆管内壁之间设有多块三角形翻板,各块翻板是绕着支撑座轴线均匀分布,各块翻板两端分别通过一根转轴与支撑座和圆管轴连接,在与圆管轴连接的各根转轴一端均安装有摇臂,各摇臂通过安装在圆管外的联动机构连接;所述联动机构到多根连杆,各根连杆设置各摇臂之间,连杆两端分别通过万向球头与连杆两端摇臂连接,还包括固定连接在圆管上的支架,支架内轴连接有传动轴,传动轴上端连接传动机构,下端与转轴固定连接。本发明不仅可以直接与圆形接管对接,而且翻板受风阻小,开启方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆管翻板阀。
背景技术
目前一般大型的船舶、工况、粮食、冶金等行业的工业企业会使用到翻板阀,它一般是安装在通风或者除尘管道上,而现有翻板阀使用的方管,例如专利号为“CN206377333U”、名称为“一种手动多叶翻板阀”,当将这类翻板阀在现场使用时,由于抽风机或者除尘器接口为圆形,所以这类方管翻板阀需要另外量翻板阀两端接上天圆地方接头,而增加天圆地方接头不仅提高企业成本,也降低安装效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种圆管翻板阀,不仅可以直接与圆形接管对接,而且翻板受风阻小,开启方便,过风面积大。
为了解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术方案为:
一种圆管翻板阀,包括圆管,圆管两端连接法兰,圆管中心设有支撑座,支撑座通过多根筋条连接圆管内壁,在支撑座与圆管内壁之间设有多块三角形翻板,各块翻板是绕着支撑座轴线均匀分布,各块翻板两端分别通过一根转轴与支撑座和圆管轴连接,在与圆管轴连接的各根转轴一端均安装有摇臂,各摇臂通过安装在圆管外的联动机构连接;所述联动机构到多根连杆,各根连杆设置各摇臂之间,连杆两端分别通过万向球头与连杆两端摇臂连接,还包括固定连接在圆管上的支架,支架内轴连接有传动轴,传动轴上端连接传动机构,下端与转轴固定连接。
所述传动机构包括固定安装在支架上壳体,在壳体内安装有蜗轮蜗杆机构,在壳体外安装有气动执行机构,蜗轮蜗杆机构两端分别与气动执行机构和传动轴连接。
在各块翻板一端均固定连接有挡片,当各块翻板将阀门封闭时,相邻两块翻板之间,其中一块翻板上的挡片贴在另外一块翻板上。
所述连杆为六棱柱形,连杆与万向球头之间是采用螺纹连接。
本发明的技术效果为:使用时,联动机构驱动各块翻板以支撑座做为中心同步翻转,以实现对阀门的启闭,由于是由圆管承载各块翻板,因此能够在保证阀门具有一定有效过气面积的同时,实现翻板阀与圆形接头的对接,而且翻板受风阻小,开启方便,过风面积大;另一方面,由于是采用蜗轮蜗杆机构驱动翻板旋转,所以能够有效的的翻板回转;另一方面,翻板旋转的动力来源于气动执行机构,进而能够实现远程操控翻板阀启闭,使用起来更加安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1到4所示,一种圆管翻板阀,包括圆管1,圆管1两端连接法兰2,圆管1中心设有支撑座3,支撑座3通过多根筋条4连接圆管1内壁,在支撑座3与圆管1内壁之间设有多块三角形翻板5,各块翻板5是绕着支撑座3轴线均匀分布,当各块转动至翻板5表面垂直于圆管1轴线时,各块翻板5刚好将支撑座3与圆管1内壁面之间的通孔封住,各块翻板5两端分别通过一根转轴6与支撑座3和圆管1轴连接,在与圆管1轴连接的各根转轴6一端均安装有摇臂7,各摇臂7通过安装在圆管1外的联动机构连接;所述联动机构到多根连杆8,各根连杆8设置各摇臂7之间,连杆8两端分别通过万向球头9与连杆8两端摇臂7连接,还包括固定连接在圆管1上的支架10,支架10内轴连接有传动轴11,传动轴11上端连接传动机构,下端与转轴6固定连接,如图3所示,相邻两根连杆8之间左右布置,使得各摇臂7与各根连杆8形成多个平行四边形传动结构,当转动传动轴11时,能够驱动各块翻板5同步、同角度旋转。
本发明的使用方法为:传动机构驱动传动轴11旋转,传动轴11通过各摇臂7和各根连杆8驱动各块翻板5同步旋转,以实现对翻板5的开启或者关闭,不仅结构简单紧凑、维修快捷方便,而后能够与圆形管接头对接。
所述传动机构包括固定安装在支架10上壳体12,在壳体12内安装有蜗轮蜗杆机构13,在壳体12外安装有气动执行机构14,蜗轮蜗杆机构13两端分别与气动执行机构14和传动轴11连接。启动执行机构可以由控制室控制,通过气动执行机构14驱动蜗轮蜗杆机构13运动,以驱动传动轴11旋转,实现对各块翻板5的旋转,由于蜗轮蜗杆机构13具有止回作用,因此能够有效的防止翻板5自主旋转,使翻板5阀使用起来更加稳定可靠。
在各块翻板5一端均固定连接有挡片15,当各块翻板5将阀门封闭时,相邻两块翻板5之间,其中一块翻板5上的挡片15贴在另外一块翻板5上。如图4所示,挡片15不仅能够将相邻两块翻板5之间的缝隙进行密封的同时,而且能够有效的防止翻板5翻转过度。
所述连杆8为六棱柱形,连杆8与万向球头9之间是采用螺纹连接。六棱柱形的连杆8可以方便扳手卡入连杆8,旋转连杆8能够对翻板5的翻转角度进行微调。

1.一种圆管翻板阀,其特性在于:包括圆管(1),圆管(1)两端连接法兰(2),圆管(1)中心设有支撑座(3),支撑座(3)通过多根筋条(4)连接圆管(1)内壁,在支撑座(3)与圆管(1)内壁之间设有多块三角形翻板(5),各块翻板(5)是绕着支撑座(3)轴线均匀分布,各块翻板(5)两端分别通过一根转轴(6)与支撑座(3)和圆管(1)轴连接,在与圆管(1)轴连接的各根转轴(6)一端均安装有摇臂(7),各摇臂(7)通过安装在圆管(1)外的联动机构连接;所述联动机构到多根连杆(8),各根连杆(8)设置各摇臂(7)之间,连杆(8)两端分别通过万向球头(9)与连杆(8)两端摇臂(7)连接,还包括固定连接在圆管(1)上的支架(10),支架(10)内轴连接有传动轴(11),传动轴(11)上端连接传动机构,下端与转轴(6)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种圆管翻板阀,其特性在于:所述传动机构包括固定安装在支架(10)上壳体(12),在壳体(12)内安装有蜗轮蜗杆机构(13),在壳体(12)外安装有气动执行机构(14),蜗轮蜗杆机构(13)两端分别与气动执行机构(14)和传动轴(11)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种圆管翻板阀,其特性在于:在各块翻板(5)一端均固定连接有挡片(15),当各块翻板(5)将阀门封闭时,相邻两块翻板(5)之间,其中一块翻板(5)上的挡片(15)贴在另外一块翻板(5)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种圆管翻板阀,其特性在于:所述连杆(8)为六棱柱形,连杆(8)与万向球头(9)之间是采用螺纹连接。
