Abstract

本发明提供一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,包括依次相连的进气组件、DOC组件、混合器组件、SCR组件和出气组件;所述混合器组件包括筒体、混合器Z字型隔板、旋流叶片管、不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件、温度传感器底座、喷嘴座和喷嘴座支撑板;所述旋流叶片管底部焊接不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件,并焊接在混合器Z字型隔板中间的孔上,径向放置在筒体中。发明不仅能够保证尿素溶液与汽车尾气充分混合,抗尿素结晶效果显著,且由于采用紧耦合布置,体积较小,可以安装在发动机涡轮增压器出口处,使经过混合器和SCR气流温度较高,易于催化反应,从而解决常规布置带来的低温排放不易达标问题,特别适合在轻型车、乘用车上使用。

Description

一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器
技术领域
本发明属于车用发动机尾气排放净化技术和节能降耗技术领域,特别是涉及一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器。
背景技术
目前的国六重型柴油机的技术路线大多为氧化催化单元(DOC)/颗粒捕集单元(DPF)/选择性催化还原转化单元(SCR)和氨氧化催化单元(ASC)串联组合而成,其中选择性催化还原(SCR),需要用到尿素进行水解,以转化尾气中的氮氧化物。由于国六排放法规对尾气中氮氧化物的转化效率要求更高,相比于国五柴油机后处理系统需要向尾气中喷入更大剂量的尿素溶液,并要求尿素溶液有更好的混合效果。目前常规的后处理器采用DOC+DPF+尿素混合器+SCR+ASC模式,体积较大,且面临着低温排放不易达标,难以适应轻型车、乘用车底盘空间狭小的环境等问题。因此需要开发一款紧耦合布置后处理器,解决低温排放、尿素结晶以及狭小底盘空间的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,此后处理器采用DOC+混合器+SCR紧耦合结构,可配合DPF、SCR使用,满足国六排放。本发明不仅能够保证尿素溶液与汽车尾气充分混合,抗尿素结晶效果显著,且由于采用紧耦合布置,体积较小,可以安装在发动机涡轮增压器出口处,使经过混合器和SCR气流温度较高,易于催化反应,从而解决常规布置带来的低温排放不易达标问题,特别适合在轻型车、乘用车上使用。
本发明采用的技术方案为:本发明提供一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,包括进气组件、DOC组件、混合器组件、SCR组件和出气组件,所述进气组件、DOC组件、混合器组件、SCR组件和出气组件依次连接;所述混合器组件包括筒体、混合器Z字型隔板、旋流叶片管、不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件、温度传感器底座、喷嘴座和喷嘴座支撑板;所述旋流叶片管底部焊接不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件,并焊接在混合器Z字型隔板中间的孔上,径向放置在筒体中;旋流叶片管顶部焊接有喷嘴座支撑底座,喷嘴座焊接在喷嘴座支撑底座上,另外筒体上焊接有温度传感器底座。
进一步,所述进气组件上焊接有氮氧传感器底座和温度传感器底座。
进一步,所述混合器Z字型隔板在混合器进气端的前挡板上开有导流槽,导流槽为方形或圆形。
进一步,所述混合器Z字型隔板中的前后挡板形状为平面或弧面。
进一步,所述导流槽上安装有翘片。
进一步,所述不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件由外层管和不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组成,利用钎焊工艺把两者焊接在一起。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、在满足国六排放需求的尿素喷射剂量下,抗结晶性优异,满足使用要求;
2、同等发动机排气流量下,有更低的排气背压,有益于整车的燃油经济性;
3、采用紧耦合布置,体积较小,可安装在涡轮增压器后方,保持较高的催化温度,解决低温排放不易达标的问题;
4、采用紧耦合布置,体积较小,可解决轻型车、乘用车底盘空间紧凑,不易布置的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,本发明为一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,包括进气组件101、氮氧传感器底座102、温度传感器底座103、DOC组件104、混合器组件105、SCR组件106和出气组件107;上述组件均为圆柱形,并由进气组件101、DOC组件104、混合器组件105、SCR组件106、出气组件107依次连接组成,其中进气组件101上焊接有氮氧传感器底座102和温度传感器底座103。当气流从进气组件101进入,依次通过DOC组件104、混合器组件105、SCR组件106后,从出气组件107流出。
如图2所示, DOC催化单元201在混合器组件105的前段, SCR催化单元202在混合器组件105的后端。
如图3所示,混合器组件105包括筒体301、混合器Z字型隔板307、旋流叶片管305、不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件306、温度传感器底座304、喷嘴座302和喷嘴座支撑板303。旋流叶片管305底部焊接不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件306,并安装焊接在混合器Z字型隔板307中间的孔上,形成一个小总成放在筒体301里面,旋流叶片管305顶部焊接有喷嘴座支撑底座303,喷嘴座302焊接在喷嘴座支撑底座303上,筒体301上焊接有温度传感器底座304。混合器Z字型隔板307可把进入混合器气流进行隔断,使气流从旋流叶片管305开槽段进入,和上方喷入的尿素混合后,并从下方的不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件306流出,进入SCR催化单元202中。混合器Z字型隔板307在混合器进气端的前挡板317上开有导流槽308,导流槽308上设有翘片309,可引导一部分气流直接吹向不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件306,并和从不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件306流出气体混合后,流入后方SCR催化单元。
如图4所示,混合器Z字型隔板起到隔断和引导气流的作用,前后挡板317、327形状不限于平面,可以调整为弧面或者其它形状,导流槽也不限于使用翘片309,也可以使用圆孔或其他形状,只要没超出本发明技术方案的思路和范围,均应包含在本发明所要求的权利范围之内。
如图5所示,不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件包括外层管501和不锈钢丝缠绕网柱502,利用钎焊工艺把两者焊接在一起。当旋流叶片管中的尿素和尾气的混合气体通过502不锈钢丝缠绕网柱时,会加热不锈钢丝缠绕网柱,高温使得尿素溶液快速水解后为氨气,和尾气充分混合,有利于后续催化反应。
要说明的是,上述实施例是对本发明技术方案的说明而非限制,所属技术领域普通技术人员的等同替换或者根据现有技术而做的其它修改,只要没超出本发明技术方案的思路和范围,均应包含在本发明所要求的权利范围之内。

1.一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,包括进气组件、DOC组件、混合器组件、SCR组件和出气组件,其特征在于:所述进气组件、DOC组件、混合器组件、SCR组件和出气组件依次连接;所述混合器组件包括筒体、混合器Z字型隔板、旋流叶片管、不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件、温度传感器底座、喷嘴座和喷嘴座支撑板;所述旋流叶片管底部焊接不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件,并焊接在混合器Z字型隔板中间的孔上,径向放置在筒体中;旋流叶片管顶部焊接有喷嘴座支撑底座,喷嘴座焊接在喷嘴座支撑底座上,另外筒体上焊接有温度传感器底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,其特征在于:所述进气组件上焊接有氮氧传感器底座和温度传感器底座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,其特征在于:所述混合器Z字型隔板在混合器进气端的前挡板上开有导流槽,所述导流槽为方形或圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,其特征在于:所述混合器Z字型隔板中的前后挡板形状为平面或弧面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,其特征在于:所述导流槽上安装有翘片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种国六柴油发动机紧耦合后处理器,其特征在于:所述不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组件由外层管和不锈钢丝缠绕网柱组成,利用钎焊工艺把两者焊接在一起。
