Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household cleaning agents, in particular to mould-removing gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The mildew is easily grown on objects, walls and floors in a humid environment to form mildew spots, and particularly, the mildew spots are difficult to thoroughly remove once the mildew grows out at gaps, glass cement, rubber rings of washing machines and the like. The mould, mildew and peculiar smell not only affect the sense, but also cause harm to the health of the residents. With the pursuit of people for high-quality healthy life, more and more consumers want to have a cleaning agent capable of effectively removing mold and mildew stains, and the problem that the mold and the mildew stains disturb life is solved.
Most of the traditional mildew removal cleaning agents on the market at present adopt a spray form, and although spray products are uniformly sprayed and are simple to operate, the traditional mildew removal cleaning agents have the problems of poor surface adhesion, short action time and poor mildew removal effect, and the spray is easy to be inhaled into respiratory tracts and possibly causes physical injury. And other gel or powder mildew removal products have good mildew removal effect, but have the problems of high corrosivity on the surface of an object, high pungent smell of the product and poor stability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of the defects mentioned in the background technology, and provides the mildew-removing jelly with good mildew-removing effect, which can effectively inhibit the regeneration of mildew and has mild smell and no stimulation.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following technical solutions:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a mildew-removing jelly, which comprises, by weight, 100 parts of 5.0-50.0 parts of sodium hypochlorite solution, 0.1-1.0 part of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-2.0 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.5-4.0 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, 0.5-8.0 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-0.8 part of stabilizing agent, 0.1-1.0 part of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1-1.0 part of lysozyme, 0.1-1.0 part of essence and the balance of water.
The further technical scheme is that the effective chlorine content of the sodium hypochlorite solution is 10.0-13.0%.
The further technical proposal is that the thickening agent is selected from one or a mixture of more than two of guar gum, acrylic resin, dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide and tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide.
The mildew-removing gel provided by the invention contains a mildew-removing agent sodium hypochlorite and a thickening agent, is in a gel shape after being thickened, has stronger adhesive force compared with a liquid mildew-removing agent, has longer action time on the surface of an object, and can improve the mildew-removing effect.
The further technical scheme is that the stabilizer is a mixture of boron nitride and sodium chloride. Boron nitride and sodium chloride play the role of a stabilizer for sodium hypochlorite solution, and can effectively inhibit the decomposition of sodium hypochlorite in the storage and transportation processes.
The further technical scheme is that the weight of the boron nitride accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the total weight.
The further technical scheme is that the bacteriostatic agent is selected from any one or a mixture of more than two of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and polyazetidinium salt. The quaternary ammonium salt can effectively inhibit the growth of mould and prevent mildew and peculiar smell.
The further technical proposal is that the essence is selected from one or a mixture of two of liquid essence or milky microcapsule essence.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mildew-removing jelly, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a proportioning pot according to a certain proportion, sequentially adding sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, a stabilizing agent and a bacteriostatic agent, and uniformly stirring;
(2) adding a thickening agent into the mixing pot, stirring uniformly, then adding a sodium hypochlorite solution, essence and lysozyme which are filtered to remove mechanical impurities, mixing and stirring uniformly, and standing for defoaming to obtain the mildew-removing gel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following technical effects: according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the mixture of boron nitride and sodium chloride serving as stabilizing agents is added, so that the stability of sodium hypochlorite is effectively improved, and the mould and mildew can be efficiently removed through the synergistic effect of the sodium hypochlorite and lysozyme; by adding the bacteriostatic agent, the secondary breeding of the mould can be effectively inhibited. Meanwhile, the customized essence is added in the technical scheme of the invention, so that the pungent smell of sodium hypochlorite is effectively improved, and the smell of the mildew-removing gel is mild.
