Abstract
本发明公开了一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物及其制备方法,涉及除草剂领域,要解决的是现有甲醛处理方法处理成本较高、收效不是很理想以及会产生其它废料的问题。本产品包括以下质量分数的原料:除甲醛剂1‑30%、润湿剂10‑50%、稳定剂1‑10%,剩余的为水。本发明提供了一种高效快速去除甲醛的组合物,其加工方便,操作简单,安全并快速去除甲醛,效率高,甲醛去除率达97%以上;本发明提供了一种环保无公害去除甲醛的组合物,利用本发明可以在短时间内持续将甲醛转化为二氧化碳和水,安全,环保,无公害,具有广阔的使用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂领域,具体是一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物。
背景技术
草甘膦是一种灭生性除草剂,也是目前全球最大的农药产品,在草甘膦生产过程中,会产生大量甲醛等有害副产物,而且其具有较好的水溶性,不易与草甘膦分离,因此,不论是草甘膦盐溶液,还是结晶干燥后的草甘膦原药和过滤后的草甘膦母液(废液),均含有一定量的甲醛成分。如果利用含有甲醛的高浓度草甘膦盐溶液或草甘膦原药加工水剂,同样会将甲醛带入水剂产品中,随着制剂产品的使用,进而将甲醛转移到了环境中,严重危害环境与人类的安全。
随着人们对环境保护的越来越重视,国家环保部门也严令控制“三废”的排放,禁止了利用含废水(含甲醛)加工的质量分数为10%的草甘膦水剂的销售和使用,2017年12月又出台了新草甘膦标准,严格控制甲醛质量分数不高于0.06%,为了能有效地清除生产草甘膦所产生副产物甲醛,对草甘膦母液进行优化处理,国内外学者和工程技术人员也进行了大量的试验研究,开发出了一些较为实用的方法。
但目前主要应用的甲醛处理方法主要集中在“酸化成甲酸”,“甲醛与氨水合成乌洛托品”等,上述方法不但处理成本较高,收效不是很理想,更主要的是会产生其它废料,例如甲酸或乌洛托品等,还会增加了再处理的费用与环保风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,包括以下质量分数的原料:除甲醛剂1-30%、润湿剂10-50%、稳定剂1-10%,剩余的为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,包括以下质量分数的原料:除甲醛剂5-15%、润湿剂20-40%、稳定剂3-5%,剩余的为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:除甲醛剂为(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐和/或铜盐的氨基酸络合物,其结构式为:
其中M选自Cu2+和Zn2+中的至少一种;R选自-H、-CH3、-CH2COOH、-CH2CONH2、-CH2CH2COOH、-CH2CH2NH2、-CH2CH2CONH2、-CH2OH、-CH(CH3)OH、4-咪唑亚甲基和-CH2CH2CH2NHC(NH2)NH中的至少一种。
作为本发明进一步的方案:氨基酸包括丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、半胱氨酸、酪氨酸、天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸等,优选精氨酸、赖氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸中的至少一种,氨基酸可以为现有的各种合成或天然的氨基酸,氨基酸能与(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐和/或铜盐形成水溶性的络合物,提高(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐和/或铜盐的除甲醛活性。
作为本发明进一步的方案:润湿剂包括烷基糖苷、醇醚糖苷、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化铵、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和肌氨酸钠中的至少一种。
作为本发明进一步的方案:稳定剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、2-膦酰基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸及其它们的钠、钾盐中的至少一种。
所述可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物的制备方法,具体步骤如下:将除甲醛剂充分溶于部分水中,在搅拌条件下依次加入润湿剂、稳定剂和剩余的水,搅拌均匀即可。
所述可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物的使用方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将未经脱甲醛的草甘膦母液加入反应釜中,再将本发明的组合物按照剂量加入反应釜中,并添加适量的消泡剂;
步骤二,打开减压阀,开启搅拌器,以30-50rpm的速度持续搅拌,搅拌过程中,要保持投料口开放状态,以便于由甲醛转化的二氧化碳尽快被释放出来,并视反应釜中泡沫量不加适量的消泡剂,有利于液体中的二氧化碳及时释放到空气中;
步骤三,持续搅拌2小时后,观察液体表面无新气泡产生后,取样检测甲醛含量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种高效快速去除甲醛的组合物,其加工方便,操作简单,安全并快速去除甲醛,效率高,甲醛去除率达97%以上;
本发明提供了一种环保无公害去除甲醛的组合物,利用本发明可以在短时间内持续将甲醛转化为二氧化碳和水,安全,环保,无公害,具有广阔的使用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐精氨酸络合物5%,烷基糖苷30%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐精氨酸络合物和柠檬酸充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,依次加入烷基糖苷和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐甘氨酸络合物8%,烷基糖苷20%,乳酸3%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐甘氨酸络合物和乳酸充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,加入烷基糖苷,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐赖氨酸络合物12%,烷基糖苷15%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸3%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐赖氨酸络合物充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,依次加入烷基糖苷、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵和羟基亚乙基二膦酸,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例4
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐天冬氨酸络合物15%,烷基糖苷15%,肌氨酸钠5%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐天冬氨酸络合物和柠檬酸充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,依次加入烷基糖苷和肌氨酸钠,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例5
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐精氨酸络合物7%,烷基糖苷30%,乳酸5%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐精氨酸络合物充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,加入乳酸和烷基糖苷,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例6
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐甘氨酸络合物9%,烷基糖苷20%,肌氨酸钠10%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
本发明组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐甘氨酸络合物和柠檬酸充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,加入烷基糖苷和肌氨酸钠,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例7
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐赖氨酸络合物11%,烷基糖苷35%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,乳酸5%,水补足100%。
本发明助剂组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐赖氨酸络合物充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,依次加入乳酸、烷基糖苷和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例8
本发明提供一种去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐天冬氨酸络合物13%,烷基糖苷10%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,肌氨酸钠5%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸3%,水补足100%。
本发明助剂组合物制备方法:将(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐天冬氨酸络合物充分溶于水中,在搅拌条件下,依次加入羟基亚乙基二膦酸、烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和肌氨酸钠,补足水,搅拌均匀即可。
对比例1
将本发明的实施例1-8分别加入甲醛质量分数为6%的草甘膦母液中,对比清水处理,研究甲醛去除率,结果如表1所示,表1中用量、甲醛含量和甲醛去除率均为质量分数。

从表1的实验结果可以看出,本发明具有显著的除甲醛性能,利用本发明组合物处理草甘膦母液,其甲醛去除率达97%以上。

1.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐精氨酸络合物5%,烷基糖苷30%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
2.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐甘氨酸络合物8%,烷基糖苷20%,乳酸3%,水补足100%。
3.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐赖氨酸络合物12%,烷基糖苷15%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸3%,水补足100%。
4.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐天冬氨酸络合物15%,烷基糖苷15%,肌氨酸钠5%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
5.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐精氨酸络合物7%,烷基糖苷30%,乳酸5%,水补足100%。
6.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐甘氨酸络合物9%,烷基糖苷20%,肌氨酸钠10%,柠檬酸5%,水补足100%。
7.一种可以去除草甘膦母液中甲醛的组合物,其特征在于,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成,(9Z,12R)-12-羟基-9-十八烯酸铜盐赖氨酸络合物11%,烷基糖苷35%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,乳酸5%,水补足100%。
