The transmission gear I5.2.2 is matched with a spline I5.2.3.1 on a spline shaft I5.2.3, and one end of the spline shaft I5.2.3 penetrates through a stroke groove 5.1.2.1 on the left side plate 5.1.2 of the armrest framework and then is fixed with the seat framework through a fastening nut and a gasket. The other end of the spline shaft I5.2.3 is sequentially provided with a shaft sleeve 5.2.4, a washer 5.2.11, a lead screw fastening nut 5.2.5, a limiting guide sheet 5.2.6 and a flange nut 5.2.7. The sleeve 5.2.4 simultaneously has the function of abnormal sound prevention. One end of the screw 5.2.8 is assembled on the shaft sleeve 5.2.4, the other end of the screw passes through the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1, the tail end of the screw is fixed by a limit clamp ring I5.2.9, and a limit clamp ring II 5.2.10 is arranged on the screw 5.2.8 between the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 and the spline shaft I5.2.3.
The installation mode of the screw rod 2.8 and the shaft sleeve 2.4 is shown in fig. 28, as shown in a in fig. 28, one end of the shaft sleeve 2.4 is firstly made into a flanging 2.4.1, and the other end is inserted into a hole of the screw rod 2.8 and then made into the flanging. The transmission gear II 5.3.2 is matched with the spline II 5.3.3.1 on the spline shaft II 5.3.3, one end of the spline shaft II 5.3.3 is connected with the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1, the transmission gear II 5.3.2 is meshed with the transmission gear I5.2.2 in the rotating state, and the transmission gear II 5.3.2 is separated from the transmission gear I5.2.2 in the lifting state.
Preferably, the rotating module 5.3 comprises a motor fixing plastic sleeve II 5.3.4, the motor fixing plastic sleeve II 5.3.4 is fixed with the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1, and the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1 is fixed with the motor fixing support 5.1.1 through the motor fixing plastic sleeve II 5.3.4 and a bolt.
The device is provided with a control device which controls the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 and the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1.
The installation process of the height and angle adjusting module 5 is as follows:
1. firstly assembling the height adjusting module 5.2, firstly assembling the transmission gear I5.2.2 to the spline I5.2.3.1 of the spline shaft I5.2.3, then installing the shaft sleeve 5.2.4 and the washer 5.2.11 which are assembled with one end of the lead screw from the right end, simultaneously screwing the lead screw fastening nut 5.2.5, then installing the limiting guide plate 5.2.6, and finally fastening by the flange nut 5.2.7. Then the lower end of the lead screw 5.2.8 is installed with the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1, the lower end of the lead screw penetrates into a power output conversion groove of the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 and is clamped by a limit clamp ring I5.2.9 at the rear end of the conversion groove. The bare leakage length of the screw rod is 45mm, and a limiting clamp ring II 5.2.10 is clamped at the position of 30mm upwards along the screw rod from the position where the screw rod is inserted into the electrical appliance conversion box. This is the upshifting stroke range. The motor fixing plastic sleeve I5.2.12 is fixed with the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1.
2. The rotating module 5.3 is then assembled. The transmission gear II 5.3.2 is assembled to the spline II 5.3.3.1 of the spline shaft II 5.3.3. Then the shaft end of the spline shaft II 5.3.3 is inserted into a clamping groove of a power output end of the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1, so that the motor rotates, power can be transmitted to the spline shaft II 5.3.3 through a power conversion mechanism at the front end of the electric appliance, and then is transmitted to a transmission gear II 5.3.2. And fixing the motor fixing plastic sleeve II 5.3.4 with the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1.
3. Through the cooperation of motor fixed plastic sheath I5.2.12 and bolt and nut, will heighten motor assembly 5.2.1 and motor fixed bolster 5.1.1 and fix. The rotating motor assembly 5.3.1 is fixed with the motor fixing support 5.1.1 through the matching of the motor fixing plastic sleeve II 5.3.4 and the bolt and the nut. One end of the limiting guide sheet 5.2.6 is inserted into the through hole of the limiting guide block 5.1.4. The one end of the motor fixing support 5.1.1 of the height-adjusting module and the rotating module is fixed with the left side plate 5.1.2 of the handrail framework through bolts and nuts, and the handrail framework reinforcing piece 5.1.5 is welded with the left side plate 5.1.2 of the handrail framework. Then, the right side plate 5.1.3 of the handrail framework is butted with the left side plate 5.1.2 of the handrail framework, the right side plate 5.1.3 of the handrail framework and the handrail framework reinforcing piece 5.1.5 are fixed together at the front end through bolts and nuts, and the rear end is also fixed through bolts and nuts. Thus, the height adjusting module and the rotating module are assembled in the handrail framework box body formed by the handrail framework left side plate 5.1.2 and the handrail framework right side plate 5.1.3.
During installation, the spline shaft I5.2.3 of the heightening module is fixed with the seat framework.
The working process of the height and angle adjusting module 5 is as follows:
when the seat armrest needs to be rotated, the control device controls the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1 to be started, the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 is closed, the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1 drives the spline shaft II 5.3.3 to rotate, and then drives the transmission gear II 5.3.2 to rotate, the transmission gear II 5.3.2 is meshed with the transmission gear I5.2.2, the transmission gear II 5.3.2 rotates along the transmission gear I5.2.2, and then drives the motor fixing support 5.1.1 to rotate, so that the automobile seat armrest rotates around the spline shaft I5.2.3. The armrest of the automobile seat is electrically rotated from a stowed position to an armrest use position and from the use position to the stowed position. The maximum rotation angle of the handrail is 125 °.
When the seat armrest needs to be heightened, the control device controls the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 to be started, the rotating motor assembly 5.3.1 is closed, the heightening motor assembly 5.2.1 ascends along the lead screw 5.2.8 to drive the motor fixing support 5.1.1 to ascend, so that the automobile seat armrest is driven to ascend, the automobile seat armrest is heightened, the transmission gear II 5.3.2 is separated from the transmission gear I5.2.2 at the moment, and the limiting guide piece 5.2.6 moves along the limiting guide block 5.1.4 due to the arrangement of the limiting guide piece 5.2.6, so that the transmission gear II 5.3.2 is accurately meshed with the transmission gear I5.2.2 when the automobile seat armrest is reset. The height of the automobile seat armrest can be adjusted upwards by 30mm from the using position through height adjustment.

Claims (10)

1. Novel single modularization seat handrail platform of car, including the handrail support body, the handrail support body comprises rear portion vertical component and both sides protraction part, and left and right handrail bearing structure installs the upper surface at the first half of the both sides protraction part of handrail support body, its characterized in that:
the back half parts of the front extending parts at the two sides of the handrail frame body are provided with handrail heating layer surfaces (4), and a height angle adjusting module (5) is arranged between the vertical part at the back part of the handrail frame body and the front extending parts at the two sides;
in the left handrail bearing structure and the right handrail bearing structure, a table plate system (3) is arranged between the left handrail bearing structure and the right handrail bearing structure.
2. A novel single modular seat armrest platform for automobiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the right armrest bearing structure is provided with a reading desk lamp platform (2), a multimedia control platform (1) and a heating cup stand (6).

A novel single modular seat armrest platform for automobiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper surface of the two side forward extending parts of the handrail frame body is provided with an assembling hole (7), the lower surfaces of the left handrail bearing structure and the right handrail bearing structure are provided with a guide post (8) and a metal card (9), the guide post (8) and the metal card (9) are inserted into the assembling hole (7), and then the left handrail bearing structure and the right handrail bearing structure are installed on the front half parts of the two side forward extending parts of the handrail frame body.
4. A novel single modular seat armrest platform for automobiles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the table system (3) comprises a table furling mechanism (3.1), a table horizontal displacement mechanism (3.2) and an integral shell (3.3).
5. A novel single modular seat armrest platform for automobiles as claimed in claim 4, wherein:
the integral shell (3.3) comprises a right hanging structure shell (3.3.1) arranged on the right L-shaped shell (3.3.3) with the locking button and a left retractor shell (3.3.2) arranged on the left L-shaped shell (3.3.4) with the locking button;
the table plate coiling mechanism (3.1) comprises a table plate body (3.1.1) coiled on a table plate coiler (3.1.2), the table plate coiler (3.1.2) is installed inside a left side coiler shell (3.3.2), and the table plate body (3.1.1) extends out of the left side coiler shell (3.3.2) and is installed on a right side hanging structure shell (3.3.1);
the table plate horizontal displacement mechanism (3.2) comprises a horizontal displacement track structure (3.2.1); the horizontal displacement track structure (3.2.1) is arranged between the L-shaped shell (3.3.3) with the locking button at the right side and the shell (3.3.1) of the right hanging structure, and between the L-shaped shell (3.3.4) with the locking button at the left side and the shell (3.3.2) of the left retractor; the right side hanging structure shell (3.3.1) and the left side coiler shell (3.3.2) move along the horizontal displacement track structure (3.2.1).

A novel single modular seat armrest platform for automobiles as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the horizontal displacement track structure (3.2.1) comprises an upper right hanging structure shell concave track (3.2.1.6) and a lower right hanging structure shell concave track (3.2.1.6) which are arranged at the inner side of the right hanging structure shell (3.3.1), a right hanging structure shell bulge (3.2.1.2) which is arranged between the two right hanging structure shell concave tracks (3.2.1.6), and a right track spring (3.2.1.1) which is sleeved outside the right hanging structure shell bulge (3.2.1.2); the right L-shaped outer shell convex rail (3.2.1.5) is arranged on the side face of an L-shaped outer shell (3.3.3) with a locking button on the right side, the right L-shaped outer shell convex rail (3.2.1.5) is installed between two right hanging structure outer shell concave rails (3.2.1.6), one end of the right L-shaped outer shell convex rail (3.2.1.5) is provided with a limiting plate, the limiting plate extends out of the right hanging structure outer shell concave rail (3.2.1.6) in the vertical direction, and the other end of the right L-shaped outer shell convex rail (3.2.1.5) is provided with a spring groove with an opening in the moving rail direction; the right track spring (3.2.1.1) corresponds to the spring groove position.
