A filter assembly system is characterized by comprising a base (100), wherein a shell feeding and conveying device (101), a filter element feeding and conveying device (102), a glue scraping mechanical arm (103), a filter element discharging and conveying device (104), a rotary operating platform (105) and a mechanical arm grabbing device (106) are arranged on the base (100), the shell feeding and conveying device (101), the filter element feeding and conveying device (102), the glue scraping manipulator (103) and the filter element discharging and conveying device (104) are arranged around the outer periphery of the rotary operating platform (105), the manipulator grabbing device (106) is used for grabbing the filter element and the shell to realize filter element feeding and discharging and shell feeding, and further comprises the overflow glue cleaning device of any one of claims 1 to 4, the overflowing glue cleaning device is connected with the glue scraping mechanical arm (103), and the glue scraping mechanical arm (103) drives the overflowing glue cleaning device to move so as to contact with or separate from the outer surface of the filter.

The filter assembly system of claim 5, wherein the robotic grasping device (106) comprises a filter element feeding manipulator (1061), a filter element blanking manipulator (1062), and a housing feeding manipulator (1063), wherein the filter element feeding manipulator (1061), the filter element blanking manipulator (1062), and the housing feeding manipulator (1063) are all mounted on the base (100), the filter element feeding manipulator (1061) is mounted near the filter element feeding conveyor (102), the filter element blanking manipulator (1062) is mounted near the filter element blanking conveyor (104), and the housing feeding manipulator (1063) is mounted near the housing feeding conveyor (101).

The filter assembling system according to claim 5, wherein the rotary workbench (105) is provided with four stations of shell feeding, filter element feeding, frictioning cleaning and filter element blanking, and the shell feeding conveying device (101), the filter element feeding conveying device (102), the frictioning manipulator (103) and the filter element blanking conveying device (104) are sequentially arranged at the four stations of shell feeding, filter element feeding, frictioning cleaning and filter element blanking.
8. The filter assembly system of claim 7, wherein the doctor blade station is provided with a rotary drive for driving rotation of the filter cartridge.
9. Filter assembly system according to claim 7, wherein the cartridge loading robot (1061) comprises a vacuum head for sucking up the cartridges.

A filter assembly system according to any one of claims 5 to 9, further comprising a cartridge position check device (107), a housing position check device (108), and a control mechanism, wherein the cartridge position check device (107) is disposed above an end of the cartridge feed conveyor (102) proximate to the rotary table (105); the shell position checking device (108) is arranged above one end, close to the rotary operation table (105), of the shell feeding and conveying device (101); the control mechanism is used for controlling each device in the system to work.
