Technical Field

Background
The air purifier is a product capable of effectively improving air cleanliness, and is mainly divided into types such as household and commercial, wherein a core performance component in the air purifier is a filter element, the filtering efficiency of the filter element directly determines the purifying efficiency and the purifying effect of the air purifier, the filter element can remove a small amount of solid particles in liquid or air, the normal work of equipment or the cleanness of air are protected, when fluid enters the filter element with a filter screen of a certain specification, impurities are blocked, and clean fluid flows out through the filter element.
In the processing production of the filter element, the end part of the filter element is required to be pressed, however, the pressing of the existing multiple groups of processing lines is carried out in a manual installation mode, the pressing quality of the pressing cover is low, the quality of the filter element is influenced, and the upper end cover and the lower end cover are easy to damage in assembly.

The invention aims to provide processing equipment for an internal filter element of an air purifier, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a processing device for a filter element in an air purifier comprises a workbench, a gland mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the gland mechanism comprises a servo motor, a rotating shaft, a rotating disc, a supporting seat, a first air cylinder, a connecting plate, a pressing piece, a second air cylinder and a pressing plate, the servo motor is arranged in an inner cavity of the workbench, one end of the rotating shaft is arranged at the output end of the servo motor, the other end of the rotating shaft extends to the upper part of the workbench, the rotating disc is fixedly connected onto the rotating shaft, the supporting seat is fixedly connected onto the top of the rotating disc, stand columns are arranged on two sides of the top of the workbench, a top plate is fixedly connected onto the upper parts of the stand columns, the first air cylinder is fixedly connected onto the bottom of the top plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected onto the output end of the first air cylinder, the pressing piece is fixedly, and the pressing plate is fixedly connected to the output end of the second air cylinder.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, through the designed gland mechanism, the upper end part and the lower end part of the filter element are respectively capped through the two groups of cylinders, the end covers are quickly assembled at the two sides of the filter element, and through the designed clamping mechanism, the telescopic rod drives the clamping plate to be clamped at the outer side of the filter element, so that the stability of the filter element in the gland process is ensured, and the surface of the filter element can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to the matching of the arranged spring and the sleeve rod, thereby improving the quality of the gland process.
(2) The invention fixes the position of the lower end cover in the placing groove through the designed components such as the spring, the accelerating component, the backing plate and the like, and presses the filter element through the pressing component, thereby improving the installation efficiency of the lower end cover and accelerating the whole process of pressing the cover.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

When in processing, the lower end cover of the filter element is placed in the placing groove 6 of the supporting seat 204, the lower end cover is positioned in the lower cover groove 8 of the backing plate 7, then the filter element is inserted into the placing groove 6, when the filter element is inserted, the clamping block 10 rotates, the second spring 11 contracts, the filter element is positioned at the right middle position of the placing groove 6, when the servo motor 201 is opened, the servo motor 201 drives the rotating shaft 202 to periodically rotate, the rotating disc 203 rotates, when the supporting seat 204 is positioned below the first air cylinder 205, the first air cylinder 205 is controlled to operate, the pressing piece 207 is sleeved on the top of the filter element and drives the filter element to be pressed on the lower end cover, then the first air cylinder 205 resets, and along with the rotation of the rotating disc 203, when the supporting seat 204 moves below the second air cylinder 208, the telescopic rod 303 is opened through control, the telescopic rod 303 extends, the clamping plates 307 at two sides are closed to the filter element, and the spring 306 and the sleeve rod 305 are gradually shortened, so, then the upper end cover is sleeved on the filter element, the second air cylinder 208 works, the upper end cover is pressed tightly through the pressing plate 209, and finally the filter element is taken out.
