本发明提供一种3D打印钽棒,包括螺纹部和多级孔部,其中所述螺纹部和多级孔部开设有上下贯通的通孔,所述螺纹部和多级孔部表面均开设有圆孔。能够促进骨传导和骨融合,孔道结构可调控,弹性模量等力学性能可调控,更接近人体骨骼性能,没有应力屏蔽问题。钽棒贯穿通孔便于手术中的准确定位;且通过该贯通孔也便取出、注入相关物,达到持续减压的效果;钽棒螺纹部为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构,避免了之前的因微动造成的骨长入不理想以及手术翻修。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人体植入材料,特别是一种3D打印钽棒。
背景技术
诸如现有技术CN109806032A公开了一种多孔钽棒及其制备方法,其公开了钽棒采用3D打印工艺制备,钽棒呈多孔状,且由螺纹部和多级孔部组成。但该钽棒在植入的过程中,钽棒需要承受较大的力,钽棒就会被扭断或者在最后填充碎骨的时候被敲断。同时现有技术中的钽棒在使用的过程中,钻孔的大小要求和钽棒的大小相一致,在实际的手术过程中,钻孔的孔径和深度是大于钽棒的,这样就会造成钽棒的顶端和钻洞的底部不能接触,在钽棒植入后,不能发挥骨诱导作用,造成治疗的失败。
由于制备加工工艺的限制,目前多孔钽植入物孔道单一、孔结构不均匀,且不可控;孔结构的分布不均匀,孔道连通性差,导致多孔钽植入物的力学性能与人体骨骼匹配性较差,骨传导和骨融合性能较差,限制了其在骨科领域的应用与性能发挥。植入后的钽棒有轻微回退的情况,影响术后康复效果造成翻修麻烦。
因此,当下亟需一种可以防止扭断或者在最后填充碎骨的时候被敲断、植入手术成功率高的钽棒。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种3D打印钽棒,包括螺纹部和多级孔部,其中所述螺纹部和多级孔部开设有上下贯通的通孔,所述螺纹部和多级孔部表面均开设有圆孔。
进一步的,所述圆孔成梯度分布,优选的所述圆孔自螺纹部顶端至多级孔部底端由小至大梯度分布,优选的,所述螺纹部圆孔直径相同、所述多级孔部圆孔相同。
进一步,所述多级孔部底端为球头形。
进一步的,所述螺纹部顶端的端面上设有“一字”槽口。
进一步,所述螺纹部为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构。
进一步,具体才有以下步骤制备该钽棒:
1.在三维软件模型中构建出上述钽棒的三维模型;
2.得到的三维模型的打印方向和设置基板后,对所述三维模型进行分层处理,所述分层处理包括将三维模型沿打印方向分为多层厚度相同的三维结构,保存并导入相应格式的文件;
3.得到的格式文件导入3D打印机进行3D打印,得到多孔钽棒。3D打印的材料优选为15~45μm的球形钽粉,所述球形钽粉的纯度>99.9%,含氧量<500ppm,球形度>90,霍尔流速<10s/50g。激光正离焦光斑为135μm,速率为150mm/s,线间距为0.5mm,功率为250W;基板的温度优选为100℃。
本发明的3D打印钽棒具有以下技术效果:
1.本发明提供的多孔钽棒具有梯度分布的圆孔,且钽棒上的三维圆孔分布均匀且可控,能够促进骨传导和骨融合,孔道结构可调控,弹性模量等力学性能可调控,更接近人体骨骼性能,没有应力屏蔽问题。
2.本发明的钽棒贯穿通孔便于手术中的准确定位;且通过该贯通孔也便取出、注入相关物,达到持续减压的效果;
3.本发明的钽棒螺纹部为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构,避免了之前的因微动造成的骨长入不理想以及手术翻修。
4.采用本申请的3D打印技术制备的钽棒耐压强度为120~180MPa,弹性模量为10~10GPa,孔隙率为75~85%,质量相比现有技术中的钽棒有了明显提升。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明一种3D打印钽棒作进一步的详细描述。
如图1-3所示,钽棒1包括螺纹部2和多级孔部3,其中所述螺纹部2和多级孔部3开设有上下贯通的通孔5,其通孔的直径为φ3mm,通孔的设置有利于术中与术后的持续减压,该钽棒的安装可以通过贯通孔沿着定位针旋入定位;而且,该钽棒旋入后,导针可以方便地从贯通孔中取出;捣好的填充骨组织也可以通过加料器从该贯通孔将骨组织注入,使手术中因刮掉病变骨组织造成的空腔填充的更加密实,更有利于医用植入件的固定和骨组织的长入,钽棒植入术中与克氏针及专用导向导板共同使用,使手术更精准治疗效果,可以防止扭断或者在最后填充碎骨的时候被敲断,达到最佳效果,提高植入手术成功率。
多级孔部底端为球头状,钽棒的连接紧固结构较好地选择螺纹结构,且该螺纹端的端面上有便于手术工具使用的内“一字”槽口。钽棒螺纹处为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构,且中间螺纹部的螺纹总长为15mm—30mm外径为14mm—18mm,内径为10mm—14mm,中径为12mm—16mm,螺距为2mm,线数为1,导程为2mm,昇角为95°,牙形角为异梯形;所述棒体部的直径为10mm—14mm;长度为50mm—80mm。钽棒采取两段多孔结构设计,螺纹孔处孔径分别为200μm—400μm,长度为20mm,利于短时间和皮质骨长入;多级孔部中三维圆孔孔径为600μm—800μm的多孔结构长度50mm,有利于植入件的固定和新生的骨组织的长入。
进一步,具体才有以下步骤制备该钽棒:
1.在三维软件模型中构建出上述多孔钽棒的三维模型;
2.得到的三维模型的打印方向和设置基板后,对所述三维模型进行分层处理,所述分层处理包括将三维模型沿打印方向分为多层厚度相同的三维结构,保存并导入相应格式的文件;
3.得到的格式文件导入3D打印机进行3D打印,得到多孔钽棒。其中3D打印的材料优选为15~45μm的球形钽粉,所述球形钽粉的纯度>99.9%,含氧量<500ppm,球形度>90,霍尔流速<10s/50g。激光正离焦光斑为135μm,速率为150mm/s,线间距为0.5mm,功率为250W;基板的温度优选为100℃。采用GB/T1964-1996测试多孔钽棒的力学性能,结果为耐压强度达到180MPa以上,弹性模量达到15GPa以上。采用GB/T5163-2006测定多孔钽棒的孔隙率,达到75%以上。
本发明的3D打印钽棒具有以下技术效果:
1.本发明提供的多孔钽棒具有梯度分布的圆孔,且钽棒上的三维圆孔分布均匀且可控,能够促进骨传导和骨融合,孔道结构可调控,弹性模量等力学性能可调控,更接近人体骨骼性能,没有应力屏蔽问题。
2.本发明的钽棒贯穿通孔便于手术中的准确定位;且通过该贯通孔也便取出、注入相关物,达到持续减压的效果;
3.本发明的钽棒螺纹部为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构,避免了之前的因微动造成的骨长入不理想以及手术翻修。
4.采用本申请的3D打印技术制备的钽棒耐压强度为120~180MPa,弹性模量为10~10GPa,孔隙率为75~85%,质量相比现有技术中的钽棒有了明显提升。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种3D打印钽棒,包括螺纹部和多级孔部,其特征在于:其中所述螺纹部和多级孔部开设有上下贯通的通孔,所述螺纹部和多级孔部表面均开设有圆孔;所述圆孔成梯度分布,所述圆孔自螺纹部顶端至多级孔部底端由小至大梯度分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D打印钽棒,其特征在于:级孔部底端为球头形,螺纹部顶端的端面上设有“一字”槽口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种3D打印钽棒,其特征在于:所述螺纹部为5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种3D打印钽棒,其特征在于:所述5°自锁防回旋螺纹结构的中间螺纹部的螺纹总长为15mm—30mm外径为14mm—18mm,内径为10mm—14mm,中径为12mm—16mm,螺距为2mm,线数为1,导程为2mm,昇角为95°,牙形角为异梯形;所述棒体部的直径为10mm—14mm;长度为50mm—80mm。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的3D打印钽棒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)在三维软件模型中构建出上述钽棒的三维模型;
2)得到的三维模型的打印方向和设置基板后,对所述三维模型进行分层处理,所述分层处理包括将三维模型沿打印方向分为多层厚度相同的三维结构,保存并导入相应格式的文件;
3)得到的格式文件导入3D打印机进行3D打印,得到多孔钽棒。
6.如权利要求5所述的打印钽棒的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中使用的3D打印的材料为15~45μm的球形钽粉,所述球形钽粉的纯度>99.9%,含氧量<500ppm,球形度>90,霍尔流速<10s/50g。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的打印钽棒的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中使用的3D激光正离焦光斑为135μm,速率为150mm/s,线间距为0.5mm,功率为250W;的温度优选为100℃。
