9. The self-heating facial mask of claim 1, wherein the second packaging film layer is a waterproof layer, and the material of the second packaging film layer is a waterproof film or a waterproof film composite non-woven fabric.
10. The self-heating facial mask of claim 1, wherein the seal strength between the barrier layer and the first encapsulating film layer is 1-15N/15mm.
