6. The self-heating mask pack as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer edges of the sealed edges have a non-sealed portion between the two tear ends to facilitate tearing.
7. The self-heating mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first packaging film layer is a breathable layer, and is made of one or more of paper, PE, needle-punched cotton, non-woven fabric, and a composite material of non-woven fabric and PE, and is laminated to control temperature.
8. The self-heating mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second sealing film layer is a waterproof layer made of waterproof film or waterproof film composite non-woven fabric.
9. The self-heating mask pack according to claim 1, wherein the sealing strength between the barrier layer and the first packaging film layer is 1 to 15N/15 mm.
10. The self-heating mask pack according to claim 1, wherein the barrier layer is provided with a plurality of vent holes.
