Abstract
The invention relates to a heart fixing device for confocal imaging of a small animal heart, which comprises a transparent bottom plate, a piston tube and a piston, wherein a groove body is formed in the bottom of the transparent bottom plate, the piston tube penetrates through the top of the transparent bottom plate and extends into the groove body, the piston is arranged in the piston tube, and the heart for an experiment is fixed between the piston and an experiment table. Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure and convenient operation, can fix the heart for experiment by manually pushing and pulling the piston, and avoids the adverse effect of the heart beating on the heart confocal imaging.

Background
Isolated heart is a common model for studying cardiac function, and the demand for perfusion cardiac imaging is increasing. In order to maintain the function of the heart, the heart is in a perfusion state in vitro, the focus of a microscope is affected when the beating heart is imaged, even if a drug for inhibiting the beating of the heart is added into a perfusion solution, the myocardium still beats to a certain extent, the focus of the heart is affected by the flow of the perfusion solution, and a clear image cannot be obtained.
