As shown in fig. 10, the connecting section 32 of the metal sleeve 3 is provided with an axial notch 35 to avoid the connecting portion between the battery holder 5 and the battery tube 4, so that the connecting section 32 can be inserted into the inner wall of the battery tube 4 in a longer length and larger area, and after the axial notch 35 is provided, the connecting section 32 has opening and closing elasticity and tension, and the connection with the inner wall of the suction nozzle 1 is firmer.
The metal sleeve 3 is made of stainless steel metal material, and stainless steel has the excellent property of being stainless and preventing smoke or aerosol from corroding the stainless steel.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 16 and 17, a key switch 42 for switching the power supply is provided on the end surface of the closed end 41 of the battery tube. The key switch 42 includes a key bottom cover 421, a transparent cover 422, a switch 423, and an LED indicator 424. The button bottom cover 421 is arranged on the outer side, the transparent cover 422 is buckled on the inner side of the button bottom cover 421 through a buckle connection, and the diameter of the transparent cover 422 is slightly larger than that of the button 421 so as to conduct and display light of the LED indicator lamp arranged on the inner side of the transparent cover 422.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the electronic cigarette with the atomizing base fixed on the battery pack according to the present invention has the working principle that when the electronic cigarette is in operation, i.e. a user smokes, negative pressure is generated in the atomizing chamber, external atmosphere enters the atomizing chamber 80 through the air inlet hole 450, the battery tube air passage 45 and the mouthpiece air passage 881, the mouthpiece 880 triggers the power supply to supply power to the heating wire 81, the heating wire 81 generates heat to heat the smoke liquid absorbed by the liquid guiding strip 82, the smoke liquid is atomized in the atomizing chamber 80 after being heated, and the generated smoke or aerosol is inhaled into the mouth of the user through the atomizing chamber 80, the smoke outlet hole 83, the smoke passage 112, the air suction gap 111 and the smoking through hole 110. The continuous arrows in fig. 2 and 3 indicate the flow path and direction of the gas and smoke.
