As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the flat power supply device 2 includes a flat power supply housing 20, a battery 22, a battery support 21, a scheme board 23, a power electrode 24, and an air passage sealing seat 25, which are arranged inside the flat power supply housing 20, the battery 22, the scheme board 23, and the power electrode 24 are arranged on the battery support 21, the battery support 21 is sleeved inside the flat power supply housing 20, the battery 22 supplies power to the scheme board 23, the power electrode 24 is electrically connected to the scheme board 23, the air passage sealing seat 25 is hermetically connected to the inner wall of the power supply housing 20 at one end of the battery support 21, the other end of the battery support 21 is provided with a TYPE-C interface 26, and the TYPE-C interface 26 is connected to the scheme board 23 through a flexible circuit 261.
As shown in fig. 18-22, the airway sealing seat 25 is provided with a first power electrode hole 250, a power electrode 24 electrically connected with the solution board is arranged in the first power electrode hole 250, and the power electrode 24 is in interference connection with the atomizing electrode 18.

The air passage sealing seat 25 is provided with a first sensing air passage 253, the case plate 23 is provided with a microphone (not shown) used as an air flow sensing switch, the microphone is sleeved in the microphone sealing seat 28, the microphone sealing seat 28 is arranged on the battery support 21, the microphone sealing seat 28 is provided with a microphone accommodating cavity 280 and a second sensing air passage 281, and the second sensing air passage 281 is communicated with the first sensing air passage 253.

As shown in fig. 17 and fig. 22-25, the battery holder 21 is sequentially provided with an air passage seal seat installation portion 211, a solution board installation portion 212, a battery installation portion 213 and a TYPE-C interface installation portion 214, the air passage seal seat installation portion 211 is used for installing the air passage seal seat 25, the outer wall of the air passage seal seat installation portion 211 is provided with a sealing groove 2119, a sealing ring 2118 is arranged in the sealing groove 2119, the solution board installation portion 212 is used for installing and fixing the solution board 23, the battery installation portion 213 is used for installing and fixing the battery 22, the TYPE-C interface installation portion 214 is used for installing and fixing the TYPE-C interface, and a TYPE-C through hole 201 for inserting the TYPE-C socket is formed in a position, corresponding to the TYPE-C interface, of the lower end portion of the.
As shown in fig. 23, an air passage seal seat mounting groove 2110 is disposed in the center of the end surface of the air passage seal seat mounting portion 211, the air passage seal seat 25 is sleeved in the air passage seal seat mounting groove 2110, a second power electrode hole 2111 for passing the power electrode 24 is further disposed in the air passage seal seat mounting groove 2110, an induction air passage through hole 2112 is further disposed, the induction air passage through hole 2112 is used for communicating the first induction air passage 253 with the second induction air passage 281, and a mounting post hole 2113 is further disposed in the air passage seal seat mounting groove 2110 at a position opposite to the mounting post 251 so as to allow the mounting post 251 to pass through.
As shown in fig. 23, second magnetic material mounting holes 2114 are provided on both left and right sides of the end surface of the airway seal holder mounting portion 211, and second magnetic materials 27 for connection are provided in the second magnetic material mounting holes 2114. When the flat atomizing device 1 and the flat power supply device 2 are connected, the second magnetic material 27 and the first magnetic material 17 are magnetically attracted to each other. Second straight grooves 2115 are further provided at positions corresponding to the first straight grooves 255 on both the front and rear sides of the end surface of the air passage seal holder mounting portion 211.
As shown in fig. 16, 22 and 25, the light-diffusing plate 29 is fixed to the other side of the counter plate mounting portion 212, and the light-diffusing plate 29 is fastened to the battery holder from above to cover the counter plate 23 in the middle, thereby fixing and protecting the counter plate. The flat power supply housing 20 is provided with a plurality of light holes 202 at positions corresponding to the light-diffusing plate, and when an LED indicator (not shown) provided on the board 23 emits light, light can be transmitted through the light-diffusing plate 29 and the light holes 202.
As shown in fig. 16, 22-25, the bottom of TYPE-C interface mounting portion is provided with a supporting plate 2142, the front, back, left and right of TYPE-C interface mounting portion 214 are provided with TYPE-C interface baffles 2141, wherein the TYPE-C interface baffles 2141 at the rear end are provided with a notch 2140 capable of accommodating the TYPE-C interface right time, so as to tightly fix the TYPE-C interface 26.

1. A flat atomizing device is characterized by comprising a flat atomizing shell with a suction port at the upper end, wherein a limit support, a heating element, a flat atomizing seat and a base are sequentially arranged in the flat atomizing shell from top to bottom, an atomizing channel is arranged at the middle shaft position penetrating through the flat atomizing shell, the limit support, the atomizing seat and the base, liquid storage cavities communicated from left to right are arranged at the two sides of the atomizing channel, the base is plugged at the bottom of the flat atomizing shell, the flat atomizing seat comprises an upper part and a lower part, the outer wall of the lower part of the flat atomizing seat is hermetically sleeved on the inner wall of the flat atomizing shell, the upper part of the flat atomizing seat is a flat convex body, the cross section of the flat convex body is smaller than that of the lower part and the inner part is hollow, the heating element comprises a liquid guide bar and a heating wire wound on the middle section of the liquid guide bar, the liquid guide bar is erected at the left side and the right side of an upper opening of the flat atomizing seat, the limiting support is a hollow shell and comprises an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion of the limiting support is connected with a suction port of the flat atomization shell, the inner wall of the lower portion of the limiting support is connected with the outer wall of the upper portion of the atomization seat in a sealing mode, liquid guide ports for extending liquid guide strips are arranged on two sides of the joint portion, and the liquid guide ports are communicated with the liquid storage cavity.
2. The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein the left and right sides of the limiting bracket are the liquid storage chambers, gaps are provided between the front and rear sides of the limiting bracket and the flat atomizing housing to communicate with the liquid storage chambers on the two sides, and protrusions are further provided on the outer walls of the front and rear sides of the limiting bracket, the protrusions contacting with the inner wall of the flat atomizing housing to limit the limiting bracket in the front and rear directions.

The flat atomizing device according to claim 2, wherein the protrusion is an L-shaped protrusion, and the inner wall of the flat atomizing housing is provided with vertical ribs, the ribs are in contact with the limit brackets for limiting the limit brackets, and the bottoms of the ribs are in contact with the two inner right-angled sides of the L-shaped protrusion for limiting the limit brackets up and down and left and right.

The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein a flat suction pipe formed integrally is connected inwardly to the suction port of the flat atomizing housing, the inner diameter of the flat suction pipe in the left-right direction is reduced from the top to the bottom, the lower end of the flat suction pipe is fitted to the upper end of the limit bracket, and a sealing sleeve is provided therebetween.

The flat atomizing device according to claim 4, wherein the upper portion of the limiting bracket is contracted from bottom to top and forms a circular tube at the end, the inner bottom of the circular tube is provided with a ring of flange, the flange is provided with an inner circular tube downwards, an inner annular groove is formed between the inner circular tube and the inner wall of the limiting bracket, and the inner annular groove is used for blocking and containing the non-atomized liquid droplets or condensate contained in the atomized smoke.
6. The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein downward U-shaped notches or inverted Ω -shaped notches are provided on both sides of the upper opening of the flat atomizing base for erecting the liquid guide bar.

The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the base is sleeved on the inner wall of the lower portion of the flat atomizing housing, the outer wall of the base is provided with a wedge-shaped male buckle, the inner wall of the lower portion of the flat atomizing housing is provided with a groove corresponding to the position of the wedge-shaped male buckle, when the base is sleeved upwards on the inner wall of the flat atomizing housing, the wedge-shaped male buckle slides into the groove and is clamped, so that the base cannot be opened, and the bottom surface of the base is flush with the end surface of the lower portion of the flat atomizing housing after being assembled.
8. The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein an air inlet hole is provided in the middle of the base, and an inclined baffle plate for blocking the backflow of smoke and water vapor is provided at the upper part of the air inlet hole.
9. The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein the base is provided with an atomizing electrode mounting hole and a first magnetic material mounting hole, the atomizing electrode mounting hole is provided therein with an atomizing electrode electrically connected to the electric heating wire, and the first magnetic material mounting hole is provided therein with a first magnetic material for connection.
10. The flat atomizing device according to claim 1, wherein said base is provided with an upward plunger, and a lower portion of said flat atomizing base is provided with a plunger hole for receiving said plunger.
11. A flat electronic cigarette, comprising the flat atomizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 10 and a flat power supply device connected to the flat atomizing device and supplying power thereto.
12. The flat electronic cigarette of claim 11, wherein the flat power supply device comprises a flat power supply housing, and a battery, a battery support, a square board, a power electrode, and an air passage seal seat, which are arranged inside the flat power supply housing, the battery, the square board, and the power electrode are arranged on the battery support, the battery support is sleeved inside the flat power supply housing, the battery supplies power to the square board, the power electrode is electrically connected with the scheme board, the air passage seal seat is sleeved on the inner wall of the power supply housing at one end of the battery support in a sealing manner, the other end of the battery support is provided with a TYPE-C interface, the TYPE-C interface is electrically connected with the scheme board, and the TYPE-C interface is connected with the scheme board through a flexible circuit.
13. The flat electronic cigarette of claim 12, wherein: the air flue sealing seat is provided with a first power supply electrode hole, and a power supply electrode electrically connected with the scheme board penetrates through the first power supply electrode hole.

The flat electronic cigarette of claim 12, wherein: the air passage sealing seat is characterized in that one end, facing the battery support, of the air passage sealing seat is provided with a mounting column, a convex ring is arranged on the mounting column, a mounting column hole is formed in the position, opposite to the mounting column, of the battery support, and when the mounting column is sleeved in place, the convex ring is clamped on one side of the mounting column hole, so that the air passage sealing seat can be mounted in place and fixed.

The flat electronic cigarette of claim 12, wherein: the air passage sealing seat is provided with a first induction air passage, the case plate is provided with a microphone used as an air flow induction switch, the microphone is sleeved in the microphone sealing seat, the microphone sealing seat is arranged on the battery support, the microphone sealing seat is provided with a microphone accommodating cavity and a second induction air passage, and the second induction air passage is communicated with the first induction air passage.
