Abstract
The invention discloses a differential type roller beating device which comprises a plurality of sections of roller beating, wherein the sections of roller beating are connected in series by a main transmission shaft (1), and the rotating speed of the roller beating at the middle section is higher than that of the roller beating at the two end sections. The invention also discloses a using method of the differential type roller beating device. The differential type threshing device enhances the effect of tearing tobacco leaves of the threshing roller at the middle section.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of equipment, and particularly relates to a differential type roller beating device and a using method thereof.
Background
In the tobacco processing link, the breaking of tobacco leaves and the removal of tobacco stems are one of the important links of the tobacco leaves which finally become cigarette products. However, in the threshing process, the materials fall to the threshing part unevenly due to various reasons, so that the tobacco leaves are concentrated to individual parts in the threshing machine under the mechanical action of the threshing roller, especially the tobacco leaves at the middle part of the threshing roller are more and the tobacco leaves at the two side edge sections are less, and finally the tobacco leaves at the middle part are not sufficient in tearing effect and the tobacco leaves at the two side edge sections are too torn and broken; when serious, tobacco leaves in the middle part cannot be smoothly shredded and blocked in the threshing machine, so that the problems of shutdown, even motor damage and the like are caused; the tobacco leaves in the middle can be shredded by increasing the rotation speed of the threshing roller, but the tobacco leaves are too shredded by the threshing roller at the two end sections with less tobacco leaves.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a differential type threshing device, which is divided into a plurality of sections, and the rotating speed of a middle section threshing roller is higher than that of two end sections threshing rollers through a planetary gear speed change mechanism, so that the tobacco tearing effect of the middle section threshing roller is enhanced; in addition, because of adding speed change mechanism for the threshing device has bigger speed governing scope, has further increased the effect of threshing.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses a differential type roller beating device which comprises a plurality of sections of rollers, wherein the sections of rollers are connected in series by a main transmission shaft 1, and the rotating speed of the rollers at the middle section is higher than that of the rollers at the two end sections.
Preferably, two ends of each section of the beating roller are respectively a variable speed end and a supporting end, wherein the variable speed end comprises: the sun gear 11 is fixedly sleeved on the main transmission shaft 1, the sun gear 11 is meshed with the planet gears 12 through external teeth, the planet gears 12 are meshed with the internal teeth of the annular gear 13 through external teeth, the outer sleeve 14 is fixedly sleeved on the annular gear 13, a plurality of the planet gears 12 are fixedly sleeved on a planet carrier 122 through respective planet wheel shafts 121, the sun gears 11 are distributed around the sun gear 11 in a central symmetry mode, and the plurality of the planet gears 12 on each section of the beating roller are identical; the support end of each section of beating roller comprises: a drive shaft bearing 21, a shaft support cylinder 22, a support cylinder bearing 23, wherein the drive shaft bearing 21 is located between the main drive shaft 1 and the shaft support cylinder 22, and the support cylinder bearing 23 is located between the shaft support cylinder 22 and the outer sleeve 14;
the planet carrier 122 and the shaft support cylinder 22 are fixedly connected together by a plurality of planet carrier support shafts 1122;
wherein, the inner gear ring 13 of each section of the beating roller is the same, and the shaft supporting cylinder 22 of each section of the beating roller is the same; the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the middle section of the roller is larger than the outer diameter of the planetary gears 12 of the two end sections of the roller, and the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the middle section of the roller is smaller than the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the two end sections of the roller.
Preferably, the planetary gear 12 and the sun gear 11 are detachably provided.
Preferably, the planetary gears 12 and the planet carrier support shafts 1122 are respectively three, and are arranged on the planet carrier 122 at intervals; the number of the planetary gears 12 and the carrier support shaft 1122 may be three or more, but should not be less than three.
Preferably, the main drive shaft 1 is connected to the motor 2, i.e. power is input from the main drive shaft 1 and output from the outer sleeve 14.
Preferably, each segment of the beating roller is connected in a sealing way by a sealing ring 3.
Preferably, the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 of each section of the beating roll is provided with a trapezoid plate 4, and the trapezoid plates 4 are arranged in a spiral manner on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14.
The second aspect of the invention discloses a using method of the differential type roller beating device, which comprises the following steps:
starting the motor 2, wherein the motor drives the main transmission shaft 1 to rotate, the main transmission shaft 1 drives the sun gear 11 to rotate, the planet carrier 122 and the shaft supporting cylinder 22 are fixed, the rotating sun gear 11 drives the inner gear ring 13 to rotate, so that the outer sleeve 14 is driven to rotate, namely, power is input from the sun gear 11, output from the inner gear ring 13 drives the outer sleeve 14 to rotate, and the trapezoid plates 4 on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 tear tobacco leaves;
because the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the middle section roller is larger than the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the two end sections roller, and the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the middle section roller is smaller than the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the two end sections roller, the rotating speed of the middle section roller is higher than that of the two end edges roller, so that the rotating speed of the outer sleeve 14 of the middle section roller is higher than that of the outer sleeve 14 of the two end sections roller, and the effect of shredding tobacco leaves by the trapezoid plate 4 on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 of the middle section roller is better.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the differential type threshing device divides the threshing rollers into a plurality of sections, and the rotating speed of the threshing rollers at the middle section is higher than that of the threshing rollers at the two end sections through the planetary gear speed change mechanism, so that the tobacco tearing effect of the threshing rollers at the middle section is enhanced.
2. The differential type threshing device is provided with the thing planetary gears and the sun gears in a detachable mode, so that the differential type threshing device has a larger speed regulation range, and the threshing effect is further improved.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a differential type roller beating device, which is shown in fig. 2, and comprises three sections of roller beating, wherein the sections of roller beating are connected in series by a main transmission shaft 1, and the rotating speed of the middle section of roller beating is higher than that of the two end sections of roller beating.
The two ends of each section of beating roller are respectively a variable speed end and a supporting end, wherein the variable speed end comprises the following components as shown in fig. 4: the sun gear 11 is fixedly sleeved on the main transmission shaft 1, the sun gear 11 is meshed with the planet gears 12 through external teeth, the planet gears 12 are meshed with the internal teeth of the annular gear 13 through external teeth, the outer sleeve 14 is fixedly sleeved on the annular gear 13, a plurality of the planet gears 12 are fixedly sleeved on a planet carrier 122 through respective planet wheel shafts 121, the sun gears 11 are distributed around the sun gear 11 in a central symmetry mode, and the plurality of the planet gears 12 on each section of the beating roller are identical; the support end of each section of the beating roller comprises as shown in fig. 5: a drive shaft bearing 21, a shaft support cylinder 22, a support cylinder bearing 23, wherein the drive shaft bearing 21 is located between the main drive shaft 1 and the shaft support cylinder 22, and the support cylinder bearing 23 is located between the shaft support cylinder 22 and the outer sleeve 14;
as shown in fig. 6, the planet carrier 122 and the shaft support cylinder 22 are fixedly connected together by a plurality of planet carrier support shafts 1122;
wherein, the inner gear ring 13 of each section of the beating roller is the same, and the shaft supporting cylinder 22 of each section of the beating roller is the same; the outer diameters of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the middle section of the roller are larger than the outer diameters of the planetary gears 12 of the two end sections of the roller, and the outer diameters of the sun gears 11 of the middle section of the roller are smaller than the outer diameters of the sun gears 11 of the two end sections of the roller; so the rotating speed of the middle section of the beating roller is larger than that of the two end sections of the beating rollers.
The planetary gear 12 and the sun gear 11 are detachably provided. As shown in fig. 6, the planetary gears 12 and the planetary carrier support shafts 1122 are respectively three, and are arranged on the planetary carrier 122 at intervals; the number of the planetary gears 12 and the carrier support shaft 1122 may be three or more, but should not be less than three.
As shown in fig. 2, the main transmission shaft 1 is connected with the motor 2, namely, power is input from the main transmission shaft 1 and output from the outer sleeve 14; each section of the beating roller is connected with each other by a sealing ring 3 in a sealing way.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 of each section of the beating roller is provided with a trapezoid plate 4, and the trapezoid plates 4 are arranged in a spiral manner on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14.
The application method of the differential type roller beating device comprises the following steps: starting the motor 2, wherein the motor drives the main transmission shaft 1 to rotate, the main transmission shaft 1 drives the sun gear 11 to rotate, the planet carrier 122 and the shaft supporting cylinder 22 are fixed, the rotating sun gear 11 drives the inner gear ring 13 to rotate, so that the outer sleeve 14 is driven to rotate, namely, power is input from the sun gear 11, output from the inner gear ring 13 drives the outer sleeve 14 to rotate, and the trapezoid plates 4 on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 tear tobacco leaves;
because the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the middle section roller is larger than the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears 12 of the two end sections roller, and the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the middle section roller is smaller than the outer diameter of the sun gear 11 of the two end sections roller, the rotating speed of the middle section roller is higher than that of the two end edges roller, so that the rotating speed of the outer sleeve 14 of the middle section roller is higher than that of the outer sleeve 14 of the two end sections roller, and the effect of shredding tobacco leaves by the trapezoid plate 4 on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 14 of the middle section roller is better.

Claims (7)
1. The differential type roller beating device is characterized by comprising a plurality of sections of rollers, wherein the sections of rollers are connected in series by a main transmission shaft (1), and the rotating speed of the rollers at the middle section is higher than that of the rollers at the two end sections;
the both ends of every section beat roller are variable speed end and supporting end respectively, and wherein the variable speed end includes: the planet gear (11) is fixedly sleeved on the main transmission shaft (1), the sun gear (11) is meshed with the planet gears (12) through external teeth, the planet gears (12) are meshed with the internal teeth of the ring gear (13) through external teeth, the outer sleeve (14) is fixedly sleeved on the ring gear (13), a plurality of planet gears (12) are fixed on a planet carrier (122) through respective planet wheel shafts (121), the sun gears (11) are distributed around the sun gears (11) in a central symmetry mode, and a plurality of planet gears (12) on each section of the beating roller are identical; the support end of each section of beating roller comprises: a transmission shaft bearing (21), a shaft supporting cylinder (22) and a supporting cylinder bearing (23), wherein the transmission shaft bearing (21) is positioned between the main transmission shaft (1) and the shaft supporting cylinder (22), and the supporting cylinder bearing (23) is positioned between the shaft supporting cylinder (22) and the outer sleeve (14);
the planet carrier (122) and the shaft support cylinder (22) are fixedly connected together through a plurality of planet carrier support shafts (1122);
wherein, the inner gear ring (13) of each section of the beating roller is the same, and the shaft supporting cylinder (22) of each section of the beating roller is the same; the outer diameter of the plurality of planetary gears (12) of the middle section of the roller is larger than that of the planetary gears (12) of the two end sections of the roller, and the outer diameter of the sun gear (11) of the middle section of the roller is smaller than that of the sun gears (11) of the two end sections of the roller.
2. The differential type threshing device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the planetary gears (12) and the number of the planetary carrier support shafts (1122) are three, respectively, which are arranged at intervals on the planetary carrier (122).
3. Differential type threshing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the planetary gear (12) and the sun gear (11) are arranged in a detachable manner.
4. Differential type threshing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the main drive shaft (1) is connected with a motor (2).
5. Differential type beating roller device according to claim 1, characterized in that each section of beating roller is connected in a sealing way by a sealing ring (3).

Differential type threshing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the outer sleeve (14) of each section of threshing roller is provided with a trapezoidal plate (4), and that the trapezoidal plates (4) are arranged in a spiral arrangement on the outer wall of the outer sleeve (14).
7. A method of using the differential type threshing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
