Detailed Description
The present invention can be applied to the scenarios described below. In the scene, before a patient needs to go to a hospital for a doctor, after registration is carried out through the credit doctor-seeking system on the mobile terminal, the system can evaluate credit doctor-seeking points of the patient by adopting a plurality of reference indexes and distribute corresponding credit doctor-seeking limit so that the patient can seek a doctor. Therefore, the invention can reflect the actual credit condition of the patient more truly.
It should be noted that the above application scenarios are only presented to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a credit hospitalizing method, which is executed by a credit hospitalizing system arranged on a mobile terminal, and referring to fig. 1, the credit hospitalizing method includes:
and S10, obtaining the return results of a plurality of credit institutions after the patient registers.
In step S10, in order to truly evaluate the actual credit status of the patient, a plurality of credit institutions are required for evaluation.
Further, step S10 is preceded by:
step A, responding to the identity registration request of the patient, and inputting the relevant information of the patient into the credit hospitalizing system.
In the step a, if the patient wants to go to a doctor with credit, the patient needs to log in the system first, and if the patient is not registered in the system, the patient cannot log in the system. In this way, the system responds to the identity registration request of the patient and inputs the relevant information of the patient into the system, wherein the relevant information comprises personal identity information, payment method information and the like, such as identity card information, contact information, a bank card number for payment and the like.
And S20, respectively setting each corresponding assessment factor according to each returned result, and calculating the credit score corresponding to the patient according to all the assessment factors.
In the above step S20, since the returned results of a plurality of credit institutions are obtained in step S10, it is necessary to set a corresponding assessment factor according to each returned result for the subsequent calculation of the credit score of the patient. It can be seen that, in the embodiment, the credit points of the patient are comprehensively calculated by using a plurality of reference indexes, so that the calculated credit points can truly reflect the actual credit conditions of the patient.
Further, the credit institution includes ant golden clothes, and the returned result of the ant golden clothes is the credit score of sesame. Based on this, the "setting each corresponding evaluation factor according to each returned result" in the above step S20 includes:
and S21, setting an evaluation factor corresponding to the ant golden clothes according to the sesame credit score.
Still further, step S21 includes:
and S211, if the credit score of the sesame is smaller than a preset threshold value, setting the evaluation factor corresponding to the ant golden clothes to be 0.
S212, if the sesame credit score is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, setting an evaluation factor corresponding to the ant golden clothes according to the sesame credit score by the following formula
A=0.001*K
Wherein A is the evaluation factor corresponding to the ant golden clothes, and K is the credit score of sesame.
In the above steps S211 and S212, when the credit agency includes the ant golden clothes, the system acquires the sesame credit score of the patient from the payer, and then sets the corresponding rating factor according to the sesame credit score. Specifically, if the credit score of the sesame is smaller than a preset threshold value, the credit score of the patient on the ant golden clothes is considered to be poor, and the evaluation factor is directly set to be 0; if the sesame credit score is not less than the preset threshold, an evaluation factor is set according to the formula in step S212.
In this embodiment, the specific value of the preset threshold may be set reasonably, and the preset threshold is set to 600 in this embodiment. Therefore, if the credit score of the sesame of the patient is 700, the evaluation factor (marked as A) corresponding to the ant golden clothes is obtained1) Is 0.7.
Further, the credit institution includes a social security bureau, and a return result of the social security bureau is a medical security gear. Based on this, the "setting each corresponding evaluation factor according to each returned result" in the above step S20 includes:
and S22, setting an evaluation factor corresponding to the social security bureau according to the medical security gear.
Still further, step S22 includes:
s221, if the medical insurance gear is a first gear, setting the evaluation factor corresponding to the social insurance bureau as a first gear value.
S222, if the medical insurance gear is a second gear, setting the evaluation factor corresponding to the social insurance bureau as a second gear value.
And S223, if the medical insurance gear is a third gear, setting the evaluation factor corresponding to the social insurance bureau as a third gear value.
In the above steps S221 to S223, when the credit institution includes the social security bureau, after the system acquires the medical security position of the patient from the social security bureau, the system sets the corresponding assessment factor according to the medical security position. Specifically, if the medical insurance gear is the first gear, the evaluation factor is set as a first gear value; if the medical insurance gear is a second gear, setting the evaluation factor as a second gear value; if the medical insurance gear is the third gear, setting the evaluation factor as a third gear value; in addition, if the medical insurance gear is abnormal, the evaluation factor is set to be 0.
In this embodiment, the first gear value, the second gear value and the third gear value can all be reasonably set, and preferably, the first gear value, the second gear value and the third gear value are sequentially 0.9, 0.8 and 0.6 in this embodiment. Therefore, if the medical insurance gear of the patient is the second gear, the evaluation factor (marked as A) of the social insurance bureau is corresponded2) Is 0.8.
Further, the credit institution includes a union pay institution, and the returned result of the union pay institution is the credit rating. Based on this, the "setting each corresponding evaluation factor according to each returned result" in the above step S20 includes:
and S23, setting the assessment factor corresponding to the Unionpay according to the credit rating.
Still further, step S23 includes:
and S231, if the credit rating is excellent, setting the rating factor corresponding to the union pay as a first rating value.
And S232, if the credit rating is good, setting the rating factor corresponding to the UnionPay organization as a second rating value.
And S233, if the credit rating is general, setting the rating factor corresponding to the UnionPair organization as a third rating value.
And S234, if the credit rating is poor, setting the rating factor corresponding to the UnionPair organization as a fourth rating value.
In the above steps S231 to S234, when the credit institution includes the union pay institution, the system sets the corresponding rating factor according to the credit rating after acquiring the credit rating of the patient from the union pay institution. Specifically, if the credit rating is excellent, the rating factor is set to a first rating value; if the credit rating is good, setting the rating factor to a second rating value; if the credit rating is general, setting the rating factor as a third rating value; if the credit rating is poor, the rating factor is set to a fourth rating value.
In this embodiment, the first rank value, the second rank value, the third rank value and the fourth rank value can all be reasonably set, and preferably, the second embodimentThe first level value, the second level value, the third level value and the fourth level value are 0.9, 0.8, 0.6 and 0 in sequence. Therefore, if the credit rating of the patient is good, the evaluation factor (marked as A) of the Unionpay institution is corresponded to3) Is 0.8.
It should be noted that the credit institution in this embodiment may further include other credit institutions, for example, "qianjiang" in hangzhou, and the evaluation factors corresponding to other credit institutions may be reasonably set according to the corresponding credit institution.
Further, the step S20 of "calculating the credit score corresponding to the patient according to all the assessment factors" includes:
s24, calculating the credit score by the following formula according to all the evaluation factors
Figure BDA0002390511500000091
Wherein Y is the credit integral, X is the highest credit integral, n is the number of all credit institutions, A1For the evaluation factor corresponding to the first credit institution, A2For the evaluation factor corresponding to the second credit agency, AnIs the rating factor corresponding to the nth credit agency.
In step S24, after the evaluation factors are set for each of the plurality of credit institutions, the credit points of the patient can be calculated by substituting all the evaluation factors into the formula in step S24.
In this embodiment, X is set to 100 (i.e. the calculated credit score is not greater than 100), if the credit institutions include the ant uniforms, social security bureaus and unionpay described in the above steps S21 to S23, then n is 3, the first credit institution is the ant uniforms, a10.7, the second credit agency is the social security agency, A2Is 0.8, the third credit institution is the Unionpay institution, A3At 0.8, the credit score Y is calculated to be approximately 77 points.
And S30, if the credit score is greater than or equal to the preset lowest credit score, distributing a corresponding credit hospitalization amount to the patient according to the credit score so that the patient can begin hospitalizing.
In step S30, after the credit points of the patient are comprehensively evaluated, if the credit points of the patient are less than the preset lowest credit points (i.e. the actual credit condition of the patient is poor), the patient cannot be eligible for credit. On the contrary, if the credit score of the patient is not less than the preset lowest credit score, the patient is allocated a credit limit matching the credit score according to the credit score calculated in step S20. In this embodiment, the lowest credit score is 30, i.e., the patient's credit score is less than 30 and no credit hospitalization is possible.
However, it should be noted that if the actual cost incurred by the patient during the hospitalization (including outpatient and hospitalization) exceeds the credit limit, the patient should pay an excess amount of cost.
Further, the step S30 of "assigning a corresponding credit limit to the patient according to the credit integral" includes:
and S31, determining the hospitalization star rating of the patient according to the credit points.
S32, distributing the credit hospitalization limit for the patient according to the credit hospitalization limit corresponding to the hospitalization star level.
In the above steps S31 and S32, the credit points calculated in step S20 are between the lowest credit point and the highest credit point, and the patient can be hospitalized with credit. Therefore, the lowest credit point to the highest credit point are divided into a plurality of sections, each section corresponds to one hospitalizing star level, and each hospitalizing star level is provided with a corresponding credit hospitalizing amount unit. In this way, the patient's hospitalization star rating can be determined based on the patient's credit points, thereby assigning the patient a corresponding credit limit for hospitalization.
In the present embodiment, the lowest credit product is 30, and the highest credit product is 100, please refer to table 1, in which 30 to 100 are divided into five intervals, so that there are five hospitalization star levels.
TABLE 1
Hospitalizing star class One star Two stars Three stars Four stars Five stars
Credit points 30-40 41-70 71-85 86-95 95-100
Further, please refer to table 2, in this embodiment, the five hospitalization star levels are respectively allocated with corresponding hospitalization quota.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002390511500000101
Figure BDA0002390511500000111
Thus, if the patient's credit score in this example is 76, then the patient is three-tiered for hospitalization, and then the patient is assigned a 700-dollar credit limit for hospitalization.
S40, after the patient finishes hospitalizing, obtaining the cost generated by the patient during hospitalizing and providing a plurality of payment combinations for the patient to pay the hospitalizing cost.
In step S40, the patient may leave the hospital directly after the end of the medical treatment, and the payment may be made by the system in this embodiment. Specifically, after the patient finishes hospitalizing, the cost of the patient for hospitalizing is calculated, and various payment combinations are provided, such as a combination of a social security card and a payment bank, a combination of the social security card and a WeChat payment, a combination of the social security card, the payment bank and a Union pay, and the like.
In addition, if the patient does not pay for the fee within a set time period, the system may alert the user in a variety of ways, such as by short message. If the patient is overdue and not paid, the credit file is prompted and recorded through the telephone.
In summary, in the credit hospitalization method provided by this embodiment, after the patient registers, the returned results of the plurality of credit institutions are obtained, and each evaluation factor is respectively set according to each returned result, and then the credit score of the patient is comprehensively calculated according to all the evaluation factors. Therefore, whether the patient can seek medical advice with credit is judged according to the credit point, if so, a corresponding credit hospitalization amount is distributed to the patient according to the credit point, and then the patient can seek medical advice with credit. It can be seen that, in the embodiment, the credit points of the patient are comprehensively evaluated by referring to a plurality of credit institutions, so that the evaluated credit points can truly reflect the actual personal credit conditions of the patient.
