Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical solution described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a client type identification method provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is detailed as follows:
in step S101, data of a channel client registered by a public service advisor at a first time is acquired, where the data of the channel client includes a first mobile phone number;
specifically, after acquiring the channel client, the job-placement consultant registers data in advance in the system terminal of the developer, where the registered data may include information such as a first mobile phone number and a first name of the channel client. The data of the channel customer can be obtained through a webpage, an application program APP or a field registration mode.
When registering the data of the channel client, the employment consultant can include mandatory information and optional filling information, and the mandatory information can include information such as a mobile phone number and a name. The filling information may include names and mobile phone numbers of related persons of the channel clients, and relationships between the related persons and the clients of the first name, including, for example, a couple relationship, a brother relationship, a father-son relationship, and the like. When the data of the channel customer registered at the first time includes a plurality of related person information and the transaction object in the transaction data includes any registered name, the customer is confirmed to be a valid channel customer.
Certainly, this application registers in the very first time channel customer's data back, when the customer that registers is handed over, can compare with on-the-spot monitoring image through gathering registered customer's face image, look for in on-the-spot monitoring image whether to exist customer's visiting image, if there is customer's visiting image, then acquire customer's visit time for the first time with the very first time is compared, if the visit time for the first time is earlier than the very first time, then discern the customer is channel customer, if the very first time is later than the very first time, then can further carry out customer category discernment according to this application customer type identification method.
In step S102, obtaining modification data entered by a presence advisor at a second time, where the modification data includes a second mobile phone number, and the second time is later than the first time;
after registering the data of the channel client at the first time, when contacts, such as couples and parents and children, possibly change to see rooms due to the channel client, the contacts of the channel client are changed from one to another due to scheduling; or partial text in the previously registered name is wrong, such as a homophone registration error, or a similar word registration error, in which case the contact replacement or modification is normal and allowable, and the registered channel client is a valid channel client. However, when the public consultant fills in data in advance by way of accounting and then modifies the registered data by intercepting the naturally visited client, it is necessary to identify channel clients who are not valid in this way.
In addition, in order to improve the accuracy of the customer type identification method, the data of the channel customer is registered at the first time, or the entry of the mobile phone number of the customer can be prompted when the data is modified at the second time.
In step S103, a first phone primary name corresponding to the first mobile phone number and a second phone primary name corresponding to the second mobile phone number are obtained;
the method and the system are used for identifying whether the clients of the business counselor are effective channel clients or not when the business counselor modifies information such as the first mobile phone number. When the information such as the mobile phone number is not modified by the employment consultant, the judgment can be carried out according to the visiting time of the channel client (which can be determined by monitoring the face recognition mode) and the registration time of the channel client, namely when the visiting time of the channel client is later than the first time, the client can be preliminarily determined as the effective channel client. Or, if the registered data includes a first name corresponding to a first mobile phone number, the first primary name corresponding to the first mobile phone number may be acquired, and if the first name is matched with the first primary name, the customer may be identified as an effective channel customer. If the first name does not match the first primary name, a verification request for suspected false information can be generated, and after verification of the information that does not match, it is determined whether it is a valid channel customer.
When the business consultant modifies the first mobile phone number into the second mobile phone number, in order to identify whether the business consultant has cheating behavior, the first machine main name is obtained through the first mobile phone number, the second machine main name is obtained through the modified second mobile phone number, and channel client effectiveness is estimated through the first machine main name and the second machine main name.
When the first phone main name and the second phone main name are obtained, the name registered by the real name of the first mobile phone number or the second mobile phone number can be obtained in a data query mode.
In addition, if the first mobile phone number can not find the valid first phone main name, the employment consultant can be directly identified as a false number, and the registered client is determined to be an invalid channel client.
In step S104, it is determined whether the channel customer is valid according to the first and second primary names.
When determining whether the channel customer is valid according to the first and second owner names, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
in step S201, if the first primary name, the second primary name and the transaction user are the same, the channel client is an effective channel client;
and if the registered owner name is the same as the trading user, the trading data is matched with the data of the channel client registered at the first time, and the registered data can be considered to be real and effective registered data, namely the client is an effective channel client.
In step S202, if the first primary name and the second primary name are different, obtaining relationship data including the first primary name and the second primary name;
if the first owner name and the second owner name are different, the situations of normal modification of the contact information of the user, obvious error modification of the registered information of the live advisor and the like can exist, and in order to identify whether the modification is legal, the relationship data of the first owner name and the second owner name can be further acquired.
The relationship data may correspond to different relationship data according to a difference in relationship between the first owner name and the second owner name. For example, when the relationship between the first owner name and the second owner name is a couple relationship, the relationship data may be a marriage certificate image, call frequency data of the first owner and the second owner, social account interaction frequency data corresponding to the first owner and the second owner, and the like.
In step S203, according to the name information of the first primary name and the second primary name, determining whether the channel client is valid by combining the relationship data.
The intimacy between the first owner name and the second owner name can be determined according to the name information of the first owner name and the second owner name after the name is changed and by combining the relationship data, whether the modification is legal or not is determined according to the intimacy, and if the modification is legal and the handing customer is related to the second owner, the registered channel customer is identified as an effective channel customer.
Wherein, the determining whether the channel customer is valid according to the name information of the first primary name and the second primary name in combination with the relationship data may include, as shown in fig. 3:
in step S301, determining the relationship category of the first owner and the second owner according to the name information of the first owner and the second owner;
the first and second main names may be relationships belonging to the same family, such as father, woman, brother, and the like, if the first and second main names have the same last name, gender corresponding to the first and second main names may be further analyzed, and if the first and second main names have different genders, the first and second main names may be a couple relationship.
In step S302, determining the intimacy between the first primary name and the second primary name according to the relationship category and the relationship data;
if the first phone main name and the second phone main name are in the same family relationship, communication records of the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number can be obtained, communication frequency of the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number is determined according to the communication records, corresponding social account numbers can be determined according to the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number respectively, interaction frequency and the like between the social account numbers corresponding to the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number are searched for through the determined social account numbers, and intimacy of the first phone main name and the second phone main name is determined according to the communication frequency or the social interaction frequency. For example, the affinity between the first owner name and the second owner name may be determined according to a preset relationship type, an interaction frequency, or a correspondence between a communication frequency and the affinity.
In step S303, if the intimacy is greater than a predetermined value and the deal client is related to the second owner or the first owner, the channel client is a valid channel client.
And if the determined intimacy is greater than a preset value, determining that the relationship type between the first owner name and the second owner name is an effective relationship type, and further determining that the deal client is related to the second owner or the first owner, for example, the deal client is the first owner, the deal client is the second owner, or the intimacy between the deal client and the first owner or the second owner is greater than a preset intimacy value, determining that the channel client is an effective channel client.
In one embodiment of the present application, the data of the channel client further includes a first name, and the first name is registered before the first time, and if the first name is registered before the first time or the first name is registered more than a predetermined number of times, indicating that the first name is an abnormal client frequently used by a public health advisor, the registered channel client may be determined to be an invalid channel client according to the first name being registered before the first time or the first name being registered more than the predetermined number of times.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, it is also possible to count the probability that a channel client registered by the placement consultant is identified as an invalid channel client, adjust a predetermined value for intimacy comparison according to the probability that the identified channel client is an invalid channel client, and adjust a predetermined number of times for comparing the number of times of the first name registration, that is: if the probability that the channel client registered by the counselor is identified as an invalid channel client is higher, the predetermined number of times for comparing the number of times of the first name registration is lower as the predetermined value for the intimacy comparison is higher, so that the invalid channel client can be identified more quickly and efficiently.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
