The terminal may query the payment record of the policy according to the policy identification, obtain the user's funds account from the payment record and identify it as the user's (customer's) account to be collected, and notify the funds management server to refund the same amount as the cash value of the policy to the user's account to be collected. The funds account may be a bank card number, a WeChat account, or a Payment Bao account, etc.
The terminal may also acquire a customer reserved collection account and notify the funds management server to refund the same amount as the cash value of the policy to the reserved collection account.
It will be appreciated that the terminal may also update the information of the policy when returning customer policy, for example, updating the number of applications in the policy based on the number of reduced policies. The updated number of the insuring parts is the remaining number of the insuring parts.
Optionally, after S205, S206 may further be included: generating a reduction record based on the short risk reduction request and the refund amount; wherein the warranty record is used for verification.
The terminal may generate a reduction record based on the policy identification, the reduction date, the reduction number of copies, the returned cash value, and the collection account in the short risk reduction request to later check or verify whether the returned amount is incorrect.
According to the scheme, when the terminal acquires the short insurance reduction protection request and confirms to meet the reduction protection requirement, the cash value of the policy is calculated according to the information of the policy, the reduction protection date and the reduction protection number of the number of copies, the cash value identical to the cash value of the policy is returned to the collection account of the user, the short insurance can be reduced, when the user wants to reduce the number of copies of the short insurance of the same type, the user does not need to re-purchase the short insurance after returning the short insurance, the terminal does not need to process service data generated by re-purchasing the short insurance after returning the short insurance, and therefore the data processing load of the terminal is reduced, and the data processing efficiency of the terminal is improved.
The terminal generates the reduction and protection record based on the short risk reduction and protection request and the refund amount, can provide verification basis, and is convenient for management personnel to correct errors.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where each unit included in the terminal is configured to perform each step in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 2. Refer specifically to fig. 1 and fig. 2 for related descriptions in the respective embodiments. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown. Referring to fig. 3, the terminal 3 includes:
a request information acquiring unit 310, configured to acquire a short risk reduction protection request; the short insurance reduction and protection request comprises a policy identifier of a policy to which the short insurance to be reduced belongs, a reduction and protection date and a reduction and protection part, wherein the value of the reduction and protection part is a positive integer;
a policy information obtaining unit 320, configured to obtain information of a policy according to the policy identifier included in the short risk reduction and protection request; the information of the insurance policy comprises an insurance seed identifier, an insurance period, an effective date, the number of insurance applications and user information of purchased short insurance;
a calculating unit 330, configured to calculate a cash value of the policy according to the information of the policy, the reduced number of copies, and the reduced number of copies when the reduced number of copies is less than the number of copies of the application and the reduced number of copies is within the insurance period;
and a payment unit 340 for refunding the same amount as the cash value of the policy to a collection account of the user.
Further, the user information includes age, gender, and occupation; the calculation unit 330 includes:
a determining unit, configured to determine a present price calculation policy according to the risk identification in the information of the policy;
and the cash value calculation unit is used for calculating the cash value of the policy according to the present price calculation policy, the information of the policy, the reduced and guaranteed date and the reduced and guaranteed number of the policy.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a terminal according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the terminal 4 of this embodiment includes: a processor 40, a memory 41 and a computer program 42, such as a control program of a terminal, stored in said memory 41 and being executable on said processor 40. The steps in the above-described embodiments of the information processing method of the respective reduced-security services are implemented when the processor 40 executes the computer program 42, for example, S101 to S104 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 40, when executing the computer program 42, performs the functions of the units in the above-described device embodiments, for example, the functions of the units 310 to 340 shown in fig. 3.
Illustratively, the computer program 42 may be partitioned into one or more units that are stored in the memory 41 and executed by the processor 40 to complete the present invention. The one or more elements may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function describing the execution of the computer program 42 in the terminal 4. For example, the computer program 42 may be divided into a request information acquisition unit, a policy information acquisition unit, a calculation unit, a payment unit, a reduction-protection record generation unit, and the like, each unit having a specific function as described above.
The terminal may include, but is not limited to, a processor 40, a memory 41. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 4 is merely an example of the terminal 4 and is not limiting of the terminal 4, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some components, or different components, e.g., the terminal may further include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The processor 40 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 41 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal 4, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal 4. The memory 41 may also be an external storage device of the terminal 4, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the terminal 4. Further, the memory 41 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal 4. The memory 41 is used for storing the computer program as well as other programs and data required by the terminal. The memory 41 may also be used for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. An information processing method of a reduction and protection service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a short risk reduction and protection request; the short insurance reduction and protection request comprises a policy identifier of a policy to which the short insurance to be reduced belongs, a reduction and protection date and a reduction and protection part, wherein the value of the reduction and protection part is a positive integer;
acquiring information of a policy according to the policy identifier contained in the short risk reduction and protection request; the information of the insurance policy comprises an insurance seed identifier, an insurance period, an effective date, the number of insurance applications and user information of purchased short insurance; the user information includes age, gender and occupation;
when the number of reduced guaranty is smaller than the number of applied guaranty and the reduced guaranty date is within the insurance period, calculating the cash value of the guaranty form according to the information of the guaranty form, the reduced guaranty date and the reduced guaranty number; when the number of reduced guaranty is smaller than the number of applied guaranty and the reduced guaranty date is within the insurance period, calculating a cash value of the guaranty form according to the information of the guaranty form, the reduced guaranty date and the reduced guaranty number, including: determining a present price calculation strategy according to the dangerous seed identification in the information of the policy; calculating the cash value of the policy according to the present price calculation strategy, the information of the policy, the reduced and guaranteed date and the reduced and guaranteed number of copies;
refund the same amount as the cash value of the policy to a collection account of the user; when the dangerous seed corresponding to the dangerous seed identifier does not have survival gold, the expression of the present price calculation strategy is as follows:

acquiring a short risk reduction and protection request; the short insurance reduction and protection request comprises a policy identifier of a policy to which the short insurance to be reduced belongs, a reduction and protection date and a reduction and protection part, wherein the value of the reduction and protection part is a positive integer;
acquiring information of a policy according to the policy identifier contained in the short risk reduction and protection request; the information of the insurance policy comprises an insurance seed identifier, an insurance period, an effective date, the number of insurance applications and user information of purchased short insurance; the user information includes age, gender and occupation;
when the number of reduced guaranty is smaller than the number of applied guaranty and the reduced guaranty date is within the insurance period, calculating the cash value of the guaranty form according to the information of the guaranty form, the reduced guaranty date and the reduced guaranty number; when the number of reduced guaranty is smaller than the number of applied guaranty and the reduced guaranty date is within the insurance period, calculating a cash value of the guaranty form according to the information of the guaranty form, the reduced guaranty date and the reduced guaranty number, including: determining a present price calculation strategy according to the dangerous seed identification in the information of the policy; calculating the cash value of the policy according to the present price calculation strategy, the information of the policy, the reduced and guaranteed date and the reduced and guaranteed number of copies;
