and transmitting the medical insurance payment certificate of the target user to the medical institution cashier system so that the medical institution cashier system inquires the medical insurance information of the target user according to the medical insurance payment certificate and settles the medical expenses based on the medical insurance information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and second light sources are selected from the group consisting of,

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the identity authentication of the target user fails, determining that the target user does not register an account number in the preset authorization platform;

sending the identity information of the target user to a server of the preset authorization platform, so that the server determines a medical insurance payment certificate of the target user based on the identity information of the target user and sends the medical insurance payment certificate of the target user to a client corresponding to the target user;
