Abstract
The invention discloses a road signal indicating system suitable for signal intersections, which comprises a power supply device, a control system and an LED indicating device, wherein the power supply device is connected with the control system through a power supply line; the power supply device comprises a solar cell panel and a storage battery which are arranged outside the road, the solar cell panel is connected with the storage battery, and the storage battery is connected with the control system and the LED indicating device; the control system and the power supply device are arranged in the integrated box, and the control system is connected with the LED indicating device by converting the set signal phases of the lanes in different directions into specific indicating periods and allowed vehicle length information; the LED indicating device displays the information converted by the control system through indicating lamps with different colors, thereby achieving the effect of reminding and indicating. The invention has simple structure and strong practicability, can give effective indication signals to a driver under the condition that the rear vehicle is shielded from the view by the front large-scale vehicle, and avoids traffic accidents caused by untimely braking.

As shown in FIG. 1, a road signal indicating system suitable for signal intersections comprises a power supply device, a control system and an LED indicating device.
The power supply device comprises a solar cell panel 2 and a storage battery, wherein the solar cell panel 2 and the storage battery are arranged outside a road, the solar cell panel 2 is connected with the storage battery, and the storage battery is connected with the control system and the LED indicating device 3; the control system and the storage battery are arranged in the integration box 1, and the solar panel 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the integration box 1; the control system is connected with the LED indicating device 3 and provides indicating information for the LED indicating device 3; the LED indicating device 3 displays the information converted by the control system through indicating lamps with different colors. The integration box 1 is arranged outside the road or in the original signal lamp pile.
The power supply device can be directly connected to the power supply system of the original signal lamp to provide power for the control system and the LED indicating device 3.

The positions of all devices of the system must be reasonably arranged. As shown in fig. 2, the recommended values of the label lengths are as follows: the groove depth L1 required for placing the LED lamp set is 5-10 cm, and is judged by the height of the LED indicator lamp; the depth L2 of the groove for placing the toughened high-transparency glass is 5 cm; l3 is the thickness of the standard line of the original pavement, the standard line of various materials requires different thicknesses according to the national standard 'quality requirement and detection method of road traffic marking' (GB/T16311), the thickness specification of the generally adopted hot melting type requires 0.7-2.5mm, and the actually adopted thickness specification is 1.8mm or 2.0 mm; l4 is the diameter of the tempered high-transparency glass, is smaller than the width of the pavement marking, and is 10 cm; l5 is the distance between the high-transparency glass and the edge of the pavement marking, and is determined by the width of the pavement marking and L4; l6 is the lane width, and according to the national standard of urban road intersection planning Specification (GB 50647 plus 2011), the width of each motor lane at an intersection entrance road is not less than 3.0 m; l7 is the diameter of a road surface groove for placing an LED indicator lamp, and is less than L4, preferably 5-8 cm; l8 is the distance between the indicator lights, and for the convenience of displaying the length of the permitted traffic, the number of whole meters should be taken, and the recommended value is 1 m.
