In one embodiment, after determining whether the timestamp meets the preset time threshold according to the timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information, the method further includes: and if the timestamp does not meet the preset time threshold, sending the information that the offline fee deducting code fails to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, a cardless ETC offline processing method is provided, which is described by taking the application environment in fig. 1 as an example.
Step S401, when the network of the mobile terminal is normal, the mobile terminal sends the digital certificate of the mobile terminal and the position information of the mobile terminal to the ETC platform at intervals of preset time. The location information may be current GPS location information read by the mobile terminal device, and the preset time interval is, for example, 1 minute.
And S402, the ETC platform receives the mobile terminal digital certificate and the position information of the mobile terminal, acquires the corresponding user identification and account information of the ETC user according to the mobile terminal digital certificate, and obtains the pre-deductible amount according to the account information.
And S403, the ETC platform encrypts the deductible amount, the user identification and the current timestamp through a SM4 symmetric encryption algorithm to obtain encrypted temporary payment information, and correspondingly stores the position information of the mobile terminal, the timestamp generated by the temporary payment information and the user identification.
In step S404, the ETC platform sends the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
In step S405, the mobile terminal receives and stores the encrypted temporary payment information.
Step S406, when the network of the mobile terminal is abnormal, the mobile terminal converts the temporary payment information received at the last time into an offline fee deduction code.
In step S407, the ETC lane scanning device scans the offline fee deduction code displayed by the mobile terminal.
In step S408, the ETC lane scanning device sends the offline fee deduction code to the ETC platform.
In step S409, the ETC platform converts the offline deduction code into temporary payment information.
And step S410, the ETC platform decrypts the temporary payment information through a national secret SM4 symmetric decryption algorithm to obtain the decrypted deductible amount, the user identification and the timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information.
Step S411, the ETC platform judges whether the timestamp meets a preset time threshold value according to the timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information, and if the timestamp meets the preset time threshold value, the steps S412 to S413 are carried out; otherwise, if the information does not meet the requirement, the information that the offline fee deduction code fails is sent to ETC lane display equipment for display.
In step S412, the ETC platform determines the location information of the mobile terminal according to the user identifier and the timestamp.
Step S413, the ETC platform judges the position of the mobile terminal on the highway according to the position information of the mobile terminal, and if the mobile terminal is at the entrance of the highway, the step S414 is carried out; if the mobile terminal is at the exit position of the expressway, the process proceeds to step S416.
Step S414, when the mobile terminal is at the entrance position of the highway, if the deductible amount is not less than the preset highway bridge fee threshold value from the entrance position of the highway to the nearest exit position of the highway, then step S415 is entered; otherwise, if the condition is not met, a verification failure signal is sent to the ETC lane display equipment.
In step S415, the ETC platform stores the information of the entrance position of the highway and sends a verification success signal to the ETC lane display device for display.
Step S416, when the mobile terminal is at the exit position of the expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than the expense of the ETC user for the expressway bridge from the pre-stored entrance position of the expressway to the exit position of the expressway, the steps S417 to S418 are carried out; otherwise, if the condition is not met, sending a fee deduction failure signal to ETC lane display equipment for displaying.
And step S417, the ETC platform carries out fee deduction processing on account information corresponding to the ETC user and stores records of fee deduction processing.
In step S418, the ETC platform sends a fee deduction success signal to the ETC lane display device for display.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal devices are in network communication, the mobile terminal devices communicate with the ETC platform at regular time intervals, and obtain encrypted temporary ETC payment information with uniqueness and timeliness, so as to generate an offline fee deduction code. The ETC platform carries out conversion, deciphering and check-up to the off-line fee deduction code, and when mobile terminal equipment in the ageing limit, realize that the off-line ETC withholds and handle and off-line ETC gate-in processing, can effectively improve the practicality of no card ization ETC.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a cardless ETC offline processing apparatus 600, including: an information acquisition module 602, an information sending module 604, a deduction code receiving module 606, a deduction code conversion module 608 and a verification processing module 610, wherein:
the information obtaining module 602 is configured to obtain ETC information sent by the mobile terminal at preset time intervals when the network is normal; the ETC information includes a mobile terminal digital certificate.
And the information sending module 604 is configured to obtain the encrypted temporary payment information of the ETC user according to the mobile terminal digital certificate and send the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
The fee deduction code receiving module 606 is used for receiving an offline fee deduction bar code displayed by the mobile terminal, which is obtained by scanning of the ETC lane scanning equipment; the off-line fee-deducting bar code is obtained by converting the temporary payment information received at the last time by the mobile terminal when the network of the mobile terminal is abnormal.
And a deduction code conversion module 608 for converting the offline deduction bar code into temporary payment information.
And the verification processing module 610 is used for decrypting the temporary payment information, verifying the decrypted temporary payment information and realizing ETC offline processing after successful verification.
In one embodiment, the information sending module 604 is specifically configured to respond to the ETC message, and obtain the user identifier and the account information of the corresponding ETC user according to the digital certificate of the mobile terminal; obtaining a deductible amount according to the account information; encrypting the deductible amount, the user identification and the current timestamp to obtain encrypted temporary payment information; and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the ETC message also carries location information; the cardless ETC offline processing device 600 is further configured to correspondingly store the position information, the timestamp generated by the temporary payment information, and the user identifier; the verification deduction module 610 is specifically configured to decrypt the temporary payment information to obtain a decrypted deductible amount, a user identifier, and a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; judging whether the timestamp meets a preset time threshold or not according to a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; if the timestamp meets a preset time threshold, determining the position information of the mobile terminal according to the user identification and the timestamp; and verifying according to the position information of the mobile terminal and the deductible amount, and realizing ETC offline processing after successful verification.
In one embodiment, the check deduction module 610 is further configured to determine the location of the mobile terminal on the highway according to the location information of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is at the entrance position of the expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than a preset expressway bridge cost threshold value from the entrance position of the expressway to the nearest exit position of the expressway, storing information of the entrance position of the expressway; and sending a verification success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for displaying.
In one embodiment, the verification deduction module 610 is further configured to, when the mobile terminal is at an exit of an expressway, perform deduction processing on account information corresponding to the ETC user if the pre-deductible amount is not less than highway bridge fee of the ETC user from a pre-stored entrance position of the expressway to an exit position of the expressway, and store a record of the deduction processing; and sending a fee deduction success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, the cardless ETC offline processing apparatus 600 is further configured to send the account credit information to the ETC lane display device for display if the deductible credit is smaller than the predetermined value.
In one embodiment, the cardless ETC offline processing apparatus 600 is further configured to send the information of the offline toll code failure to the ETC lane display device for display if the timestamp does not satisfy the preset time threshold.
For specific limitations of the cardless ETC offline processing device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the cardless ETC offline processing method, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the non-card ETC offline processing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the digital certificate of the mobile terminal and the position information data of the mobile terminal. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize a non-card ETC offline processing method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining ETC messages sent by a mobile terminal of an ETC user at preset time intervals when a network is normal; the ETC message carries a mobile terminal digital certificate;
responding to the ETC message, acquiring encrypted temporary payment information according to the mobile terminal digital certificate, and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal;
receiving an offline fee deduction code displayed by a mobile terminal scanned by ETC lane scanning equipment; the off-line fee deducting code is obtained by converting the mobile terminal according to the temporary payment information received at the last time when the network of the mobile terminal is abnormal;
converting the offline fee deduction code into temporary payment information;
and decrypting the temporary payment information, verifying according to the decrypted temporary payment information, and realizing ETC offline processing after verification is successful.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: responding to the ETC message, and acquiring a user identifier and account information of a corresponding ETC user according to the digital certificate of the mobile terminal; obtaining a deductible amount according to the account information; encrypting the deductible amount, the user identification and the current timestamp to obtain encrypted temporary payment information; and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and correspondingly storing the position information, the timestamp generated by the temporary payment information and the user identification.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: decrypting the temporary payment information to obtain a decrypted deductible amount, a user identification and a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; judging whether the timestamp meets a preset time threshold or not according to a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; if the timestamp meets a preset time threshold, determining the position information of the mobile terminal according to the user identification and the timestamp; and verifying according to the position information of the mobile terminal and the deductible amount, and realizing ETC offline processing after successful verification.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: judging the position of the mobile terminal on the highway according to the position information of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is at the entrance position of the expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than a preset expressway bridge cost threshold value from the entrance position of the expressway to the nearest exit position of the expressway, storing information of the entrance position of the expressway; and sending a verification success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for displaying.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when the mobile terminal is at the exit position of the expressway, if the pre-deductible amount is not less than the expense of the ETC user for the expressway and the bridge from the pre-stored entrance position of the expressway to the exit position of the expressway, carrying out expense deduction on account information corresponding to the ETC user, and storing the expense deduction record; and sending a fee deduction success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and if the deductible amount is smaller than the preset value, sending account amount information to ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and if the timestamp does not meet the preset time threshold, sending the information that the offline fee deducting code fails to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining ETC messages sent by a mobile terminal of an ETC user at preset time intervals when a network is normal; the ETC message carries a mobile terminal digital certificate;
responding to the ETC message, acquiring encrypted temporary payment information according to the mobile terminal digital certificate, and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal;
receiving an offline fee deduction code displayed by a mobile terminal scanned by ETC lane scanning equipment; the off-line fee deducting code is obtained by converting the mobile terminal according to the temporary payment information received at the last time when the network of the mobile terminal is abnormal;
converting the offline fee deduction code into temporary payment information;
and decrypting the temporary payment information, verifying according to the decrypted temporary payment information, and realizing ETC offline processing after verification is successful.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: responding to the ETC message, and acquiring a user identifier and account information of a corresponding ETC user according to the digital certificate of the mobile terminal; obtaining a deductible amount according to the account information; encrypting the deductible amount, the user identification and the current timestamp to obtain encrypted temporary payment information; and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and correspondingly storing the position information, the timestamp generated by the temporary payment information and the user identification.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: decrypting the temporary payment information to obtain a decrypted deductible amount, a user identification and a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; judging whether the timestamp meets a preset time threshold or not according to a timestamp generated by the last temporary payment information; if the timestamp meets a preset time threshold, determining the position information of the mobile terminal according to the user identification and the timestamp; and verifying according to the position information of the mobile terminal and the deductible amount, and realizing ETC offline processing after successful verification.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: judging the position of the mobile terminal on the highway according to the position information of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is at the entrance position of the expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than a preset expressway bridge cost threshold value from the entrance position of the expressway to the nearest exit position of the expressway, storing information of the entrance position of the expressway; and sending a verification success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for displaying.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the mobile terminal is at the exit position of the expressway, if the pre-deductible amount is not less than the expense of the ETC user for the expressway and the bridge from the pre-stored entrance position of the expressway to the exit position of the expressway, carrying out expense deduction on account information corresponding to the ETC user, and storing the expense deduction record; and sending a fee deduction success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and if the deductible amount is smaller than the preset value, sending account amount information to ETC lane display equipment for display.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and if the timestamp does not meet the preset time threshold, sending the information that the offline fee deducting code fails to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A cardless ETC offline processing method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining ETC messages sent by a mobile terminal of an ETC user at preset time intervals when a network is normal; the ETC message carries a mobile terminal digital certificate;
responding to the ETC message, acquiring encrypted temporary payment information according to the mobile terminal digital certificate, and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal;
receiving an offline fee deduction code displayed by the mobile terminal and scanned by ETC lane scanning equipment; the off-line fee deducting code is obtained by converting the mobile terminal according to the temporary payment information received at the last time when the network of the mobile terminal is abnormal;
converting the offline fee deduction code into temporary payment information;
decrypting the temporary payment information, verifying the decrypted temporary payment information, and realizing ETC offline processing after verification is successful; the ETC offline processing comprises ETC offline gate entering processing and ETC offline fee deduction processing.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining encrypted temporary payment information according to the mobile terminal digital certificate in response to the ETC message and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal comprises:
responding to the ETC message, and acquiring a user identifier and account information of a corresponding ETC user according to the mobile terminal digital certificate;
obtaining a deductible amount according to the account information;
encrypting the deductible amount, the user identification and the current timestamp to obtain encrypted temporary payment information;
and sending the encrypted temporary payment information to the mobile terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the ETC message also carries location information; the method further comprises the following steps: correspondingly storing the position information, the timestamp generated by the temporary payment information and the user identification;

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the verifying according to the location information of the mobile terminal and the pre-deductible amount, and the ETC offline processing is realized after the verification is successful, and the method comprises:
judging the exit/entrance position of the mobile terminal on the expressway according to the position information of the mobile terminal and the position information of the ETC lane scanning equipment;
when the mobile terminal is at the entrance position of the expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than a preset expressway bridge cost threshold value from the entrance position of the expressway to the nearest exit position of the expressway, storing the information of the entrance position of the expressway;
and sending a verification success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for displaying.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the mobile terminal is at an exit position of an expressway, if the deductible amount is not less than the expense of an expressway bridge from a pre-stored entrance position of the expressway to the exit position of the expressway of the ETC user, carrying out fee deduction processing on account information corresponding to the ETC user, and storing the record of the fee deduction processing;
and sending a fee deduction success signal to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and if the deductible amount is smaller than a preset value, sending account amount information to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein after determining whether the timestamp meets a preset time threshold according to the timestamp generated from the last temporary payment information, the method further comprises:
and if the timestamp does not meet the preset time threshold, sending the information that the offline fee deducting code fails to the ETC lane display equipment for display.
8. A cardless ETC offline processing apparatus, comprising:

the fee deduction code conversion module is used for converting the offline fee deduction bar code into temporary payment information;
the verification processing module is used for decrypting the temporary payment information, verifying according to the decrypted temporary payment information and realizing ETC offline processing after verification is successful; the ETC offline processing comprises ETC offline gate entering processing and ETC offline fee deduction processing.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
