Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent parking charging management system, which comprises a vehicle-mounted tag, a geomagnetic sensor, a radio frequency reader-writer and a management server, wherein the vehicle-mounted tag is provided with a unique private key; broadcasting a public key by the vehicle-mounted tag; when the geomagnetic sensor detects that the vehicle stops, the geomagnetic sensor receives the public key, the management server verifies the public key, and after the public key passes the verification, the management server returns an intelligent contract address to the vehicle-mounted label; the vehicle-mounted tag encrypts a preset plaintext by using a private key to obtain a ciphertext; when the radio frequency reader-writer successfully decrypts the ciphertext by adopting the public key, returning a verification message to the vehicle-mounted tag; the vehicle-mounted label establishes communication connection with the management server and calls an intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address; and the management server deducts the parking fee from the preset payment account according to the intelligent contract and stops deducting the parking fee when the geomagnetic sensor detects that no vehicle exists on the parking space. The invention can realize automatic timing and automatic fee deduction, and avoid human participation.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the intelligent parking charging management system comprises a vehicle-mounted tag, a geomagnetic sensor, a radio frequency reader-writer and a management server, wherein the vehicle-mounted tag is mounted on a vehicle, the geomagnetic sensor is mounted on a parking space, the radio frequency reader-writer is in signal connection with the geomagnetic sensor, the management server is in signal connection with the radio frequency reader-writer, and the vehicle-mounted tag is provided with a unique private key; the vehicle-mounted tag is used for broadcasting a public key; the geomagnetic sensor is used for detecting whether a vehicle is parked on a parking space or not, and receiving a public key broadcasted by the vehicle-mounted tag when the vehicle is parked; the management server is used for acquiring the public key, verifying whether the public key is legal or not, and returning an intelligent contract address to the geomagnetic sensor when the verification result is legal, so that the geomagnetic sensor sends the intelligent contract address to the vehicle-mounted label; the vehicle-mounted tag is also used for encrypting a preset plaintext by using the private key to obtain a ciphertext after receiving the intelligent contract address, and sending the ciphertext to the geomagnetic sensor; the radio frequency reader-writer is used for acquiring the ciphertext, decrypting the ciphertext by using the public key and returning a verification message to the geomagnetic sensor when decryption is successful so that the geomagnetic sensor sends the verification message to the vehicle-mounted tag; the vehicle-mounted label is also used for establishing communication connection with the management server when the verification message is received, and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address through the communication connection; the management server is further used for deducting parking fees from a preset payment account according to the intelligent contract and stopping deducting the parking fees when the geomagnetic sensor detects that no vehicle exists in the parking space.
Preferably, the vehicle-mounted tag is further configured to send a heartbeat packet to the geomagnetic sensor at regular time when receiving the verification message; the geomagnetic sensor is also used for generating alarm information when the heartbeat packet is not received at the set time and the vehicle is detected to stop; the radio frequency reader-writer is also used for acquiring the alarm information and sending the alarm information to third-party equipment and the management server; and the management server is also used for stopping deducting the parking fee when the warning information is received.
Preferably, the vehicle-mounted tag is specifically configured to detect whether the vehicle is in a stationary state, and broadcast the public key only when the vehicle is in the stationary state.
Preferably, the geomagnetic sensor is specifically configured to enter an awake state from a sleep state every predetermined time and detect whether a vehicle is parked in a parking space.
Preferably, the preset plaintext is current time information.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent parking charge management system includes an in-vehicle tag 10 mounted on a vehicle, a geomagnetic sensor 20 mounted on a parking space, a radio frequency reader/writer 30 signal-connected to the geomagnetic sensor 20, and a management server 40 signal-connected to the radio frequency reader/writer 30. The in-vehicle tag 10 has a unique private key.
The in-vehicle tag 10 is used to broadcast a public key. In order to reduce power consumption, in the present embodiment, the in-vehicle tag 10 is specifically configured to detect whether the vehicle is in a stationary state, and broadcast the public key only when the vehicle is in the stationary state.
The geomagnetic sensor 20 is configured to detect whether a vehicle is parked in a parking space, and receive the public key broadcast by the vehicle-mounted tag 10 when the vehicle is parked. In order to reduce power consumption, in the present embodiment, the geomagnetic sensor 20 is specifically configured to enter the wake-up state from the sleep state every predetermined time and detect whether or not a vehicle is parked in the parking space.
The management server 40 is configured to acquire the public key and verify whether the public key is legitimate, and when the verification result is legitimate, return the intelligent contract address to the geomagnetic sensor 20, so that the geomagnetic sensor 20 sends the intelligent contract address to the vehicle-mounted tag 10. The management server 40 records a plurality of public keys in advance, if the public key broadcast by the vehicle-mounted tag 10 is one of the public keys recorded by the management server 40, the verification result is legal, otherwise, the verification result is illegal. The intelligent contract address is an access address of the intelligent contract on the Ethernet.
The vehicle-mounted tag 10 is further configured to encrypt a preset plaintext by using a private key to obtain a ciphertext after receiving the intelligent contract address, and send the ciphertext to the geomagnetic sensor 20. The vehicle-mounted tag 10 receives the intelligent contract address, and the verification result of the public key is legal. The preset plain text may be arbitrary information, such as current date information.
The radio frequency reader-writer 30 is configured to obtain the ciphertext and decrypt the ciphertext with the public key, and when decryption is successful, return a verification message to the geomagnetic sensor 20, so that the geomagnetic sensor 20 sends the verification message to the vehicle-mounted tag 10. If the radio frequency reader-writer 30 can successfully decrypt the ciphertext by adopting the convention, the private key is legal, otherwise, the private key is illegal. The verification message indicates that the ciphertext was successfully decrypted or that the private key is legitimate.
The vehicle-mounted tag 10 is also used for establishing a communication connection with the management server 40 when receiving the verification message, and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address through the communication connection. Wherein the onboard tag 10 executes the smart contract by the node on the blockchain by sending a payment request to the node on the blockchain.
The management server 40 is further configured to deduct a parking fee from the preset payment account according to the smart contract, and stop deducting the parking fee when the geomagnetic sensor 20 detects that there is no vehicle in the parking space. The charging mode of the parking fee is described in the intelligent contract, and the management server 40 can accurately deduct the parking fee according to the intelligent contract and simultaneously store the payment certificate in the block chain.
In order to improve the reliability of the payment of the parking fee, in the present embodiment, the in-vehicle tag 10 is further configured to periodically send a heartbeat packet to the geomagnetic sensor 20 when receiving the verification message; the geomagnetic sensor 20 is further configured to generate warning information when the heartbeat packet is not received at a predetermined time and a vehicle is detected to stop; the radio frequency reader-writer 30 is further configured to acquire alarm information and send the alarm information to the third-party device and the management server 40; the management server 40 is also configured to stop deducting the parking fee when the warning information is received. The third-party device is, for example, a mobile phone of a parking manager, and the parking manager can perform manual charging management after receiving the warning information.

An intelligent parking charging management system is characterized by comprising a vehicle-mounted tag installed on a vehicle, a geomagnetic sensor installed on a parking space, a radio frequency reader-writer in signal connection with the geomagnetic sensor and a management server in signal connection with the radio frequency reader-writer, wherein the vehicle-mounted tag is provided with a unique private key;
the vehicle-mounted tag is used for broadcasting a public key;
the geomagnetic sensor is used for detecting whether a vehicle is parked on a parking space or not, and receiving a public key broadcasted by the vehicle-mounted tag when the vehicle is parked;
the management server is used for acquiring the public key, verifying whether the public key is legal or not, and returning an intelligent contract address to the geomagnetic sensor when the verification result is legal, so that the geomagnetic sensor sends the intelligent contract address to the vehicle-mounted label;
the vehicle-mounted tag is also used for encrypting a preset plaintext by using the private key to obtain a ciphertext after receiving the intelligent contract address, and sending the ciphertext to the geomagnetic sensor;
the radio frequency reader-writer is used for acquiring the ciphertext, decrypting the ciphertext by using the public key and returning a verification message to the geomagnetic sensor when decryption is successful so that the geomagnetic sensor sends the verification message to the vehicle-mounted tag;
the vehicle-mounted label is also used for establishing communication connection with the management server when the verification message is received, and calling the intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address through the communication connection;
