Abstract
The invention provides a warehouse management method and a warehouse management device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a request message for characterizing a demand on a warehouse; acquiring a warehouse state of a current warehouse system; the method and the device for adjusting the warehouse to be distributed from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state respond to the request message, solve the problem of low warehouse turnover rate caused by the fact that the warehouse is fixedly stored after the warehouse is selected according to the requirement in the related technology, and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of warehouse management, in particular to a warehouse management method and device.
Background
The data show that the production cost of a complete production circulation process accounts for only 72% of the total logistics process cost, and 63% of the cost of other parts is consumed in the warehousing link. However, in the related art, the requirement of the client for warehousing still stays in a fixed mode, namely, the warehouse is fixedly stored after being selected according to the condition of the client, and no optimal selection or dynamic selection exists, so that the selection and solidification of the client for the warehouse are caused, and the cost is relatively high. Moreover, the order delivery destinations of customers are diversified, the transportation cost is increased by fixed warehouse selection, and the multi-warehouse selection is inconvenient to manage, so that the turnover rate is reduced.
In view of the above problems in the related art, no effective solution exists at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a management method and a management device for a warehouse, which are used for at least solving the problem of low warehouse turnover rate caused by the fact that a storage warehouse is fixedly stored after the warehouse is selected according to requirements in the related art.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of managing a warehouse, including: receiving a request message for characterizing a demand on a warehouse; acquiring a warehouse state of a current warehouse system; adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state in response to the request message
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a management apparatus of a warehouse including: the receiving module is used for receiving a request message for representing the requirement of the warehouse; the acquisition module is used for acquiring the warehouse state of the current warehouse system; and the adjusting module is used for responding to the request message and adjusting the warehouse to be distributed from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
According to the method and the device, after the request message for representing the requirement on the warehouse is received, the warehouse state of the current warehouse system is obtained, and then the warehouse to be distributed is adjusted from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state in response to the request message, so that the warehouse can be adjusted in real time according to the requirement, the warehouse in the warehouse system is solidified, the problem that the warehouse turnover rate is low due to the fact that the warehouse is fixed after the warehouse is selected according to the requirement in the related technology is solved, and the warehouse management efficiency is improved.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1
In this embodiment, a management method of a warehouse is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a management method of a warehouse according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, receiving a request message for representing the requirement of the warehouse;
step S104, acquiring the warehouse state of the current warehouse system;
and step S106, responding to the request message, and adjusting the warehouse to be distributed from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
Through the steps S102 to S106, after receiving the request message for representing the requirement on the warehouse, the warehouse state of the current warehouse system is obtained, and then the warehouse to be allocated is adjusted from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state in response to the request message, so that the warehouse can be adjusted in real time according to the requirement, and the warehouse in the warehouse system is solidified, thereby solving the problem in the related art that the warehouse turnover rate is low because the warehouse is fixed after the warehouse is selected according to the requirement, and improving the efficiency of warehouse management.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the method of this embodiment may further include:
step S100, before receiving a request message for representing the requirement of the warehouse, making statistics on warehouse information, wherein the warehouse information at least comprises one of the following information: warehouse type, warehouse location, equipment capabilities, available space, available time window, distribution coverage.
It should be noted that the warehouse types at least include: a normal temperature warehouse, a freezer, a refrigerator, and a constant temperature warehouse; the equipment capability refers to whether the capability of the warehouse equipment can store fresh products or dangerous goods, the number of warehouses, the equipment capability and warehousing personnel.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the method of this embodiment may further include:
step S101, before receiving a request message for representing the requirement of a warehouse, counting order information stored in a warehouse system; wherein the order information includes at least one of: the type of goods, the space required by the goods, the total weight of the goods, the distribution coverage range and the time period for using the warehouse.
It should be noted that the cargo categories at least include: normal temperature type, refrigeration type, freezing type and dangerous goods type. In addition, the order information may also be labeled with the importance level of the demand, such as temperature being the most important, the importance level being 1, distribution coverage being the second, the level being 2, and so on.
Through the step S100 and the step S101, various information in the warehouse system can be uniformly classified and managed, and the efficiency is improved conveniently and subsequently when the warehouse to be distributed is adjusted.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method of this embodiment may further include:

step S208, whether available warehouse space exists; in the case where there is no available warehouse space, step S206 is performed, and in the case where there is available warehouse space, step S208 is performed;
step S210, overall calculation of available warehouses;
step S212, a warehouse intelligent recommendation result is given;
step S214, dynamically tracking order information after confirming warehousing;
and S216, dynamically tracking the information of the goods which are delivered from the warehouse, and updating the available space of the warehouse.
After the calculation of the allocation result is completed, the manual correction may be performed.
By the method, the warehouse can release the information of the warehouse through the system platform: storage capacity, remaining space, etc. The utilization rate of the warehouse can be greatly improved, and the income is increased. The warehouse user, namely the client, can find a proper warehouse through the platform, and flexibly select the warehouse. Customers can also optimize the delivery range of the customers through the platform, and the transportation cost is saved. The storage space can also reserve the demand, realizes the seamless connection of time.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

In this embodiment, a management apparatus for a warehouse is further provided, and the apparatus is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of which has been already made is omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a management apparatus of a warehouse according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes: a receiving module 22, configured to receive a request message for characterizing a demand on the warehouse; an obtaining module 24, configured to obtain a warehouse status of a current warehouse system; and an adjusting module 26, configured to adjust the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system according to the warehouse status in response to the request message.
Optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment may further include: a first statistics module, configured to perform statistics on warehouse information before receiving a request message for characterizing a demand on a warehouse, where the warehouse information includes at least one of: warehouse type, warehouse location, equipment capabilities, available space, available time window, distribution coverage.
Optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment may further include: the second statistical module is used for counting the order information warehoused to the warehouse system before receiving the request message for representing the requirement on the warehouse; wherein the order information includes at least one of: the type of goods, the space required by the goods, the total weight of the goods, the distribution coverage range and the time period for using the warehouse.
Optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment may further include: and the third statistical module is used for performing statistics on the total cost, the warehouse usage cost and the equipment usage cost of each to-be-distributed order in the warehousing orders in the to-be-distributed warehouse after the to-be-distributed warehouse is adjusted from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
Optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment may further include: and the recording module is used for recording the information of the distributed warehouse after the warehouse to be distributed is adjusted from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, receiving a request message for representing the demand on the warehouse;
s2, acquiring the warehouse state of the current warehouse system;
and S3, responding to the request message, and adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, receiving a request message for representing the demand on the warehouse;
s2, acquiring the warehouse state of the current warehouse system;
and S3, responding to the request message, and adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.

1. A method for managing a warehouse, comprising:
receiving a request message for characterizing a demand on a warehouse;
acquiring a warehouse state of a current warehouse system;
and responding to the request message, and adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the request message characterizing the demand on the warehouse, the method comprises:
counting warehouse information, wherein the warehouse information at least comprises one of the following items: warehouse type, warehouse location, equipment capabilities, available space, available time window, distribution coverage.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the request message characterizing the demand on the warehouse, the method comprises:
counting the order information put into the warehouse system; wherein the order information includes at least one of: the type of goods, the space required by the goods, the total weight of the goods, the distribution coverage range and the time period for using the warehouse.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system based on the warehouse status, the method further comprises:
and counting the total cost, the warehouse use cost and the equipment use cost of each to-be-distributed order in the warehousing orders in the warehouse to be distributed.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after adjusting the warehouse to be allocated from the warehouse system based on the warehouse status, the method further comprises:
information of the allocated warehouse is recorded.
6. An apparatus for managing a warehouse, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request message for representing the requirement of the warehouse;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the warehouse state of the current warehouse system;
and the adjusting module is used for responding to the request message and adjusting the warehouse to be distributed from the warehouse system according to the warehouse state.

8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second statistical module is used for counting the order information warehoused to the warehouse system before receiving the request message for representing the requirement on the warehouse; wherein the order information includes at least one of: the type of goods, the space required by the goods, the total weight of the goods, the distribution coverage range and the time period for using the warehouse.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
