when the running time of the second mode reaches a set time, exiting the second mode;
adjusting the angle of a wind guide strip of an indoor unit of the air conditioner to a target angle and/or adjusting the rotating speed of a fan to a target rotating speed.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner of the present invention, the control method of an air conditioner includes the steps of:
step S10, acquiring system state information of the air conditioner in a first mode;
step S20, determining that the system state information meets the operation condition of a second mode, and controlling the air conditioner to be switched from the first mode to the second mode;
and step S30, operating according to the operating parameters corresponding to the second mode, and increasing the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner to a set temperature so as to sterilize the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner operates in the first mode and the current time satisfies the trigger condition of the second mode, the step S10 is executed. Wherein the first mode can be set to a cooling mode and/or a dehumidifying mode, and the second mode can be set to a high-temperature sterilizing mode. When the air conditioner is switched from the first mode to the second mode, the air conditioner needs to be switched from the cooling state to the heating state so as to raise the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger to the effective sterilization temperature. When the system pressure difference is larger, the phenomena of tangential noise increase of the four-way valve, damage of the four-way valve, burning of the compressor and the like can be caused, and the service life of the air conditioner is shortened. Therefore, system state information of the air conditioner in the first mode may be obtained, wherein the system state information may include a system pressure difference and/or a system temperature difference.
Specifically, when the air conditioner operates in the first mode and it is detected that the current time of the air conditioner satisfies the trigger condition of the second mode, the system high pressure and the system low pressure of the air conditioner in the first mode may be obtained, and then a difference value between the system high pressure and the system low pressure is used as the system pressure difference. It is understood that, in order to obtain the system high pressure and the system low pressure, the air conditioner system is provided with a pressure detection sensor for detecting the system high pressure and the system low pressure of the air conditioner system. And/or acquiring a system condensation temperature and a system evaporation temperature of the air conditioner, then taking a difference value between the system condensation temperature and the system evaporation temperature of the air conditioner as the system temperature difference, and taking the system temperature difference and/or the system pressure difference as the system state information.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner operates in the first mode, whether the air conditioner currently satisfies the trigger condition of the second mode may be monitored in real time. The trigger condition of the second mode may be set to receive a start instruction of the second mode and/or that the current time is a preset second mode start time. The second mode starting time can be set by a user in a self-defined mode or can be set automatically by the system. For example, the system may set the air conditioner to trigger the second mode when the accumulated operation time length is greater than a preset time length threshold (one week, one month, or 3 months, which is not specifically limited by the embodiment).
Further, after the system state information is acquired, whether the system state information meets the starting condition of the second mode is judged. When the system state information meets the starting condition of the second mode, the air conditioner is directly controlled to be switched from the first mode to the second mode, then the operation parameters corresponding to the second mode are obtained, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the operation parameters corresponding to the second mode, so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be increased to the sterilization temperature when the air conditioner operates according to the operation parameters corresponding to the second mode, and the air conditioner is sterilized.
In particular, the start condition of the second mode may include that the system pressure difference is less than a preset pressure difference and/or the system temperature difference is less than a preset temperature difference. And when the system pressure difference is smaller than the preset pressure difference and/or the system temperature difference is smaller than the preset temperature difference, judging that the system state information of the air conditioner meets the starting condition of the second mode, so that the air conditioner is controlled to jump to the second mode to operate, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the operating parameters corresponding to the second mode, so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is increased.
Optionally, when the air conditioner is operated in the second mode, a prompt that the air conditioner is operating in the second mode may be output. When the second mode is operated, the temperature of the air conditioner is higher, so that the effect of avoiding the user from being burnt can be achieved by outputting the prompt information.
Optionally, as an embodiment, when it is determined that the system state information does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, the air conditioner may be controlled to stop for n minutes and then enter the second mode. Alternatively, the step S10 is executed after stopping for n minutes.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the air conditioner meets the trigger condition of the second mode, the system state information of the air conditioner in the first mode is acquired first, and then when the system state information meets the operating condition of the second mode, the air conditioner is controlled to be switched from the first mode to the second mode, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the operating parameters corresponding to the second mode, so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is increased to the sterilization temperature, and the air conditioner is sterilized. Whether the air conditioner enters the second mode or not can be judged according to the system state information of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner jumps from the first mode to the second mode only when the system state information of the air conditioner meets the starting condition of the second mode, so that the phenomena of increase of tangential noise of the four-way valve, damage of the four-way valve, burning of the compressor and the like caused by jumping to the second mode when the air conditioner does not meet the starting condition of the second mode are avoided, and the effect of prolonging the service life of the air conditioner is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, based on the foregoing embodiment, in another embodiment, after the step S10, the method further includes:
and step S40, determining that the system state information does not meet the operating condition of the second mode, and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to preset adjusting parameters so as to adjust the system state information of the air conditioner to meet the operating condition of the second mode.
In this embodiment, when the system status information does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, the occurrence of phenomena such as increase of tangential noise of the four-way valve, damage of the four-way valve, and/or burning of the compressor caused by directly jumping from the first mode to the second mode is avoided. The air conditioner can be controlled to operate according to preset adjusting parameters so as to adjust the system state of the air conditioner. And then, when the accumulated running time of the air conditioner according to the preset adjusting parameter is longer than or equal to the first time, the system state parameter is obtained again, and whether the system state parameter meets the starting condition of the second mode or not is judged. And if so, controlling the air conditioner to jump to a second mode, otherwise, continuously controlling the air conditioner to operate based on preset adjusting parameters.
It can be understood that the first duration is a preset duration threshold, and the duration required for adjusting the system state can be set by a manufacturer in a self-defined manner according to different models. For example, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or the like may be set.
Specifically, when it is determined that the air conditioner system state information does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, the operating frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner may be controlled to be adjusted from a current operating frequency to the target frequency operation, wherein the target operating frequency is less than the current operating frequency; and/or controlling an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to be adjusted from a current opening degree to the target opening degree, wherein the target opening degree is larger than the current opening degree. So that the air conditioner can reduce the system temperature difference and the system pressure difference when operating according to the target frequency and/or the target opening degree. Alternatively, the amount of air supplied may be increased to reduce the system pressure difference.
Optionally, in another real-time manner, when it is determined that the system state information does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, the air conditioner may be directly controlled to stop for n minutes, and then it may be determined whether the system state information satisfies the starting condition of the second mode.
Alternatively, the target frequency and the target opening degree may be preset fixed frequencies and fixed opening degrees, or may be obtained in the following manner.
Acquiring a preset frequency adjusting parameter, and determining the target frequency according to the preset frequency adjusting parameter and the current operating frequency; and/or acquiring a preset opening adjusting parameter, and determining the target opening according to the preset opening adjusting parameter and the current opening.
Specifically, when the state information of the air conditioner system does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, a preset frequency adjustment parameter m may be obtained first1And/or the opening degree regulating parameter n1Then, the target frequency M is calculated according to the following formula 1, and/or the target opening N is calculated according to formula 2:
M=m1·F (1)
N=n1·K (2)
wherein F is the current operating frequency of the air conditioner, and K is the current opening degree of the air conditioner; the frequency adjusting parameter m is smaller than 1 and larger than 0, and the opening degree adjusting parameter n is larger than 1.
Alternatively, as another embodiment, the target frequency M may be calculated according to the following formula 3, and/or the target opening N may be calculated according to formula 4:
M=F-m2 (3)
N=K+n2 (4)
wherein F is the current operating frequency of the air conditioner, and K is the current opening degree of the air conditioner; and the frequency adjusting parameter m and the opening degree adjusting parameter n are both larger than 0.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the system state information does not satisfy the operating condition of the second mode, the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to preset adjustment parameters to adjust the system state of the air conditioner, so that when the system state parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted to satisfy the starting condition of the second mode, the air conditioner is controlled to jump from the first mode to the second mode, thereby avoiding the phenomena of increase of tangential noise of the four-way valve, damage of the four-way valve, and/or burning of the compressor, and the like, and achieving the effect of prolonging the service life of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 4, based on any one of the above embodiments, in a further embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S50, in the second mode, determining the difference value of the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner in the first mode and the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner in the second mode;
step S60, determining the adjustment parameter of the air supply parameter of the air conditioner according to the difference value;
and step S70, adjusting the air supply quantity and/or the air supply angle of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the adjusting parameters.
In this embodiment, a difference between the set temperature in the first mode and the temperature generated by the air conditioner in the second mode may be obtained, a temperature interval corresponding to the temperature difference is determined, an adjustment parameter of an air supply parameter associated with the temperature interval is obtained, and an air supply amount and/or an air supply angle of an indoor unit of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the adjustment parameter. Since the influence on the user comfort is increased as the temperature difference is increased, the air blowing amount is decreased as the air blowing angle is deviated from the user as the temperature difference is increased.
In this embodiment, a difference between temperatures generated by the air conditioner in the first mode and the second mode is determined, then an adjustment parameter of an air supply parameter of the air conditioner is determined according to the difference, and an air supply amount and/or an air supply angle of an indoor unit of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the adjustment parameter. The air supply quantity and the air supply angle of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be adjusted through the temperature difference value, so that the phenomenon that the user feels uncomfortable due to the fact that the user is directly blown by wind with large temperature change is avoided. Thus, the effect of improving the comfort of the air conditioner is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, based on any one of the above embodiments, in a further embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S31, determining an adjusting parameter of the air conditioner according to the difference value between the temperature generated by the current air conditioner action and the set temperature of the second mode;
step S32, adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the adjustment parameters to increase the temperature generated by the air conditioner to a set temperature, wherein adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the adjustment parameters includes: reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan; and/or reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; and/or increase the compressor operating frequency.
In this embodiment, the temperature generated by the current air conditioner action and the set temperature corresponding to the second mode may be obtained first, where the set temperature may be preset, and the effective sterilization temperature meeting the sterilization requirement may be set to 56 ℃.
After the temperature generated by the current air conditioner action and the set temperature are obtained, the temperature difference between the temperature generated by the current air conditioner action and the set temperature can be calculated, and then the difference interval where the temperature difference is located is determined. And further acquiring an adjusting parameter corresponding to the difference interval. Each of the difference intervals may correspond to different adjustment parameters.
After the adjustment parameters are obtained, the current operation parameters of the air conditioner can be adjusted according to the adjustment parameters so as to increase the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner to the set temperature. Adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the adjustment parameters may include reducing the rotating speed of an indoor fan; and/or reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; and/or increase the compressor operating frequency.
Illustratively, the adjustment parameter includes a frequency adjustment parameter, and the step of increasing the operating frequency of the compressor according to the frequency adjustment parameter includes:
A. acquiring current operating frequency;
B. calculating the final frequency F according to the current operating frequency F and the frequency adjusting parameter QZIts specific calculation formula may be FZ=F+Q。
C. Adjusting the operating frequency to a final frequency FZ。
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, as another implementation manner, the step S30 includes:
step S33, acquiring environment information, and determining adjustment information of a second mode according to the environment information;
and step S34, controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the adjustment information to increase the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner to a set temperature, wherein different environmental information corresponds to different adjustment information.
In this embodiment, environmental information may be obtained first, where the environmental information includes an outdoor temperature, a current season, or an indoor temperature.
When the environment information is the outdoor temperature or the indoor temperature, the temperature interval corresponding to the outdoor temperature or the indoor temperature can be determined, then the adjustment information corresponding to the preset temperature interval is obtained, and the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the adjustment information so as to increase the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner to the set temperature.
When the environmental information is the current season, the adjustment information corresponding to the current season can be determined according to the preset adjustment information corresponding to different seasons, and then the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the adjustment information, so that the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner is increased to the set temperature.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, how to adjust the air conditioner can be determined according to the temperature difference or the environmental information, so that the operation parameters of the air conditioner can be adjusted in a targeted manner, and thus, the phenomenon that power redundancy or surplus easily occurs when the air conditioner is adjusted according to fixed adjustment parameters is avoided, and the effect of improving the sterilization effect of the air conditioner while saving the energy consumption of the air conditioner is achieved.
Referring to fig. 7, according to any one of the above embodiments, in an implementation manner, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S80, when the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner is greater than the set temperature, determining air supply parameters, frequency parameters and/or opening parameters of the air conditioner according to the difference value between the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner and the set temperature;
and step S90, increasing the air supply quantity of the indoor fan according to the air supply parameter, reducing the running frequency of the compressor according to the frequency parameter and/or increasing the opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening parameter.
In this embodiment, when the temperature generated by the air conditioner action is greater than the set temperature, the air supply parameter of the air conditioner may be determined according to the difference between the temperature generated by the air conditioner action and the set temperature, and the air supply amount of the indoor fan may be increased according to the air supply parameter. Wherein the larger the difference in the temperature is, the larger the air blowing amount is. Thus, the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner can be reduced by increasing the air supply quantity. The frequency parameter and/or the opening parameter can also be determined according to the temperature difference, so that the operation frequency is reduced according to the frequency parameter and/or the opening of the electronic expansion valve is increased according to the opening parameter, and the temperature generated by the action of the air conditioner is reduced. Therefore, the effect of avoiding the phenomenon of overhigh temperature of the air conditioner is achieved.
Referring to fig. 8, in another implementation manner based on any one of the above embodiments, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S100, when the running time of the second mode reaches a set time, exiting the second mode;
and S110, adjusting the angle of a wind guide strip of an indoor unit of the air conditioner to a target angle and/or adjusting the rotating speed of a fan to a target rotating speed.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner operates in the second mode, whether the air conditioner satisfies the exit condition of the second mode may be monitored in real time. Wherein the exit condition of the second mode may include at least one of:
receiving an exit instruction of a second mode;
the running time in the second mode reaches the set time;
the bacteria content on the indoor heat exchanger is less than the preset bacteria content.
It is to be understood that, as one implementation, the air conditioner may receive an exit instruction of the second mode transmitted by the user through the control terminal. The air conditioner can also be provided with a timer, when the air conditioner enters the second mode, the timer starts to time, and when the timing value of the timer is greater than or equal to the exit duration corresponding to the second mode, the running duration of the second mode is determined to be greater than or equal to the exit duration corresponding to the second mode. Wherein the exit time period can be customized by a user or an air conditioner manufacturer, and can be set to [5,60] minutes, for example, in an embodiment, the exit time period can be set to 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 25 minutes, 45 minutes, or the like. The air conditioner can also be provided with a detection device for detecting the bacterial content on the indoor heat exchanger so as to determine whether the bacterial content is less than the preset bacterial content according to the detection result of the detection device.
Further, when the air conditioner satisfies an exit condition of the second mode, the air conditioner may be controlled to exit the second mode. When the air conditioner operates in the second mode, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is increased to disinfect the indoor unit, so that when the air conditioner just exits the second mode, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is still at a higher temperature. In order to avoid the high-temperature hot air direct blowing user, the air conditioner can be controlled to adjust the angle of the air deflector to a target angle. The target angle may be a preset fixed angle, or may be an angle determined by the air conditioner according to the location of the user in the blow prevention mode, that is, an angle corresponding to the blow prevention mode, so as to avoid blowing the user with high-temperature hot air. Alternatively, the third mode may be operated after the air conditioner exits the second mode. Wherein the third mode may be a blow-through prevention mode or a standby mode.
Optionally, when the air conditioner satisfies an exit condition of a third mode, exiting the third mode to operate the air conditioner according to a user setting, wherein the exit condition of the third mode includes at least one of:
the accumulated running time of the third mode is longer than the second time;
the indoor heat exchange temperature is less than the preset temperature.
Optionally, as an implementation manner, after exiting from the second mode, the indoor fan of the air conditioner may be controlled to operate according to the target rotation speed, so as to increase the air output of the air conditioner, thereby achieving the effect of accelerating cooling of the interior of the air conditioner.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the exit condition of the second mode is satisfied, the second mode is exited, and then the air conditioner is controlled to operate in the third mode, so as to avoid high-temperature hot air from directly blowing to a user, thereby achieving the effect of improving the safety and comfort of the air conditioner.
