A method 100 for preserving a decorative piece according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a storage method 100 of a decoration according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: s1, coating a glue layer 300 on one side, which is required to be connected with the attaching area, of the decorative piece 200 in the working area; s2, folding the decoration piece 200 to enable one sides of the decoration piece 200 coated with the glue layers 300 to be mutually adhered and coated by the other side of the decoration piece 200; s3, the folded garnish 200 is placed in the housing mechanism 400 and sealed for storage.
In other words, the storage method 100 of the decoration according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps: firstly, in a working area, the adhesive layer 300 is coated on the decoration 200, the adhesive layer 300 is positioned on one side of the decoration 200 facing the attachment area, the decoration 200 can be connected with the attachment area through the adhesive layer 300, the decoration 200 coated with the adhesive layer 300 is folded, one side of the decoration 200 coated with the adhesive layer 300 is mutually adhered and is coated by the other side of the decoration 200, and finally, the folded decoration 200 is placed into the accommodating mechanism 400 for sealed storage, so that the storage time is prolonged. When the garnish 200 is required to be used, the garnish 200 can be attached as required by taking out the garnish 200 from the housing mechanism 400 and then opening the garnish 200.
Therefore, according to the storage method 100 of the decoration piece, the decoration piece 200 can be stored, the storage time can be prolonged, transportation is facilitated, construction of the subsequent decoration piece 200 is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the decoration 200 may be wallpaper, a base layer attached to an attachment area, and the like, where the attachment area may be a wall surface.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adhesive layer contains a functional auxiliary agent, the functional auxiliary agent is at least one of a water-proofing agent, a mildew preventive, a flame retardant and a bacteriostatic agent, the functional auxiliary agent is added to enable the decoration 200 (such as wallpaper) to obtain a special function, for example, the water-proofing agent is added to solve the problem that surface decoration materials such as wallpaper get damp again, so as to reduce the risks of mildew and collapse, the flame retardant is added to improve the fire-proof rating, and the mildew preventive is added to improve the mildew-proof rating.
Further, the glue film is formed by glue and functional additive mixing, that is to say, when preparing the glue film, can with glue and functional additive mixing can, when coating the glue film to decoration 200, can be simultaneously with glue and functional additive coating to decoration 200. Specifically, step S1 may include: s11, adding a functional auxiliary agent into the glue, and uniformly mixing the glue and the functional auxiliary agent to obtain a glue layer, which is convenient for glue layer preparation and operation; s12, coating a glue layer on the side of the decoration 200 to be connected with the attaching area in the working area.
Optionally, the volume ratio of the functional additive to the glue is 1: 10-1: 10000.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, in step S1, the glue layer is filled with one side of the decoration 200.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the invention, step S1 includes: s11', in the working area, coating a water layer 500 on one side of the decoration 200, which is required to be connected with the attaching area, wherein the water layer 500 contains a functional auxiliary agent, and the functional auxiliary agent is at least one of a waterproof agent, a mildew preventive, a flame retardant and a bacteriostatic agent; s12', applying a glue layer on at least two opposite edges of the water-applied side of the decoration 200. That is, the functional aid is first added to water, and then the water to which the functional aid is added is applied to one side of the decoration 200, and then the glue layer is applied on at least two oppositely disposed edges of one side of the decoration 200 having the coated water layer 500. When the decoration 200 is formed in a strip shape, the glue layer can extend along the length direction of the decoration 200, so that subsequent folding and construction are facilitated.
Further, the volume ratio of any one of the functional additives in the water layer 500 to water is 1: 10-1: 10000.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water repellent agent is methylhydroxysiloxane or hydroxymethylsiloxane and the flame retardant agent is a water-based flame retardant agent.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the working area is an independent space arranged in the construction area adjacent to the decoration 200, the decoration 200 can be transported to the construction area after being stored according to operation, and the decoration 200 does not need to be glued in the construction area, so that the gluing effect is ensured, the decoration can be prepared in advance, the construction period is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S1, the glue layer 300 is filled with one side of the decoration 200. It should be noted that, according to the attachment requirements of the decoration piece 200 in different attachment areas, corresponding glue layers may be coated at the corresponding positions of the decoration piece 200.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the deco 200 is folded at least once in step S2. After the decoration 200 is folded at least once, the sides with the glue layers 300 are mutually bonded, and the exposed side is not provided with the glue layer, so that the decoration 200 can be conveniently stored. When the decoration is needed, the folded parts are unfolded, and the adhesive layers which are mutually bonded can be easily separated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S2, the garnish 200 is folded a plurality of times and the cross section of the folded garnish 200 has an S-shape extending continuously. That is to say, the decoration 200 can be folded correspondingly according to the material of the decoration and the shape and size of the accommodating mechanism 400, and the S-shaped folding structure can increase the folding times as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the folding effect, thereby reducing the volume of the folded decoration 200 and saving the storage space.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in step S2, the size of the folded decoration 200 is smaller than the size of the receiving mechanism 400, thereby improving the convenience of transportation and preventing the decoration 200 from being damaged during transportation.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of folded ornamental pieces 200 are stored in each receiving mechanism 400, and the plurality of ornamental pieces 200 are laid flat in the receiving mechanism 400. Thus, the number of the housing mechanisms 400 can be reduced, and the plurality of decorative pieces 200 in each housing mechanism 400 are not overlapped with each other, thereby preventing the decorative pieces 200 from being pressed out of the overlapping marks.
Optionally, containment mechanism 400 is a flexible sealed bag. The flexible sealing bag has wide sources and low cost, and can improve the bagging efficiency, reduce the storage space of the accommodating mechanism 400 and reduce the weight of the accommodating mechanism 400.
Further, when the housing mechanism 400 is closed, a vacuum-pumping operation may be performed on the housing mechanism 400. Thus, a vacuum-like environment may be created within the containment mechanism 400, further extending the shelf life of the decorative piece 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the decorative element 200 may be stored in the receiving mechanism 400 for a period of time less than or equal to 5 days, considering the material of the adhesive layer and the possibility of overlapping the decorative element 200 after a long time of stacking.
In summary, according to the storage method 100 of the decoration piece of the embodiment of the present invention, not only the storage of the decoration piece 200 can be realized, but also the storage time can be prolonged, the transportation convenience can be improved, the damage to the decoration piece 200 during the transportation process can be prevented, the occupied space of the construction area can be reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
