The vehicle body 6-1 drives the crawler wheels 6-2 to advance and pulls the cleaning rollers, the width of the crawler wheels 6-2 is larger than the distance between the steps, so that the vehicle body 6-1 moves along the inclined angle of the steps, and the articulated seat 6-4 enables the frame 3 to swing, thereby absorbing the rolling fluctuation of the cleaning rollers on the steps.
