Description

Barreled pharmaceutical sludge automatic treatment system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment, and relates to an automatic treatment system for barreled pharmaceutical sludge.
Background
The sludge treatment method mainly comprises landfill, brick making, incineration and the like, the sludge incineration treatment method is the most thorough treatment method, at present, the most advocated method is to mix sludge and coal to prepare sludge coal water slurry for incineration, the sludge treatment is thorough, the sludge drying treatment is omitted, and the energy heat value of a large amount of organic matters in the sludge is fully utilized.
The reason for serious pollution caused by chemical synthesis pharmacy is that the synthesis process is long, the reaction steps are multiple, the extract in each procedure only accounts for very little raw material consumption, usually only a few percent, auxiliary raw materials and the like account for most of the raw material consumption, and most of the raw materials are converted into 'three wastes', so that the 'three wastes' are large in production amount, complex in waste components and serious in pollution harm. In recent years, with the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry in China, a large amount of pharmaceutical sludge is generated. The pharmaceutical sludge has complex components, contains a large amount of refractory organic matters and toxic and harmful substances, has large environmental risk, and has become one of the environmental problems concerned about how to properly treat. Among various sludge treatments, industrial sludge with high heavy metal content and pharmaceutical factory sludge are difficult to treat. The main components of the wastewater generated in different stages of a pharmaceutical factory are different, and the quality of the wastewater generated by producing different medicines is also different, so that the finally formed sludge has different components and is not easy to control, most of the sludge belongs to dangerous waste sludge, and the pharmaceutical sludge treatment difficulty is high at present.
As the raw materials of the chemical synthesis pharmacy mainly comprise organic matters such as saccharides and starch, a plurality of processes need heating, the viscosity of the pharmacy sludge discharged from the machine is extremely high, the pharmacy sludge can be rapidly agglomerated and is difficult to separate, and the treatment difficulty of the pharmacy sludge is increased. At present, pharmaceutical sludge discharged from a machine is packaged in a disposable plastic barrel and sent to a sludge treatment place for unified treatment. At present, a sludge treatment place has no good method, eight sludge clusters and plastic barrels can be greatly unloaded by only manually adopting simple traditional tools through cutting and impacting, and then the sludge clusters and the plastic barrels are respectively smashed, so that the time and the labor are wasted, the treatment place is dirty and smelly, the working environment is severe, the treatment cost is high, and the treatment effect is not good. Therefore, the existing pharmaceutical sludge treatment is a major technical problem in the pharmaceutical industry and the sewage sludge treatment industry, an effective treatment technology is lacked, the pharmaceutical sludge which is not treated completely can bring adverse effects to the environment, and social contradiction can be caused, so the pharmaceutical sludge treatment is also a serious social problem which is compelled to be solved by the attention of all levels of governments and even whole-social scheduling.
