Proverb "people take food as day", which explains the importance of food to people, with the outbreak of food safety events for several times, food safety becomes increasingly important to people, except for the more strict regulations of additives and preparation processes for processed food, the fact that the source and production date of natural food are marked is also increasingly important.
In the past, the source or the production date of the food is marked on the outer package mostly, but the food in the outer package is easy to replace, so the mark directly marked on the food has more credibility. In the prior art, the way of setting the mark on the food is not only that the sticker is pasted on the outer surface of the food, but the method needs to print the stickers in advance and then paste the stickers one by one, which consumes more working hours and has a need of improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a method for setting marks on food, which is developed to overcome the time-consuming disadvantage of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a system for spraying a mark on a surface of an object, comprising:
a conveying platform, which is provided with a conveying belt;
a main support, which is positioned at the side of the conveying platform;

As further shown in fig. 4 and 5, each recovery unit 33 is connected to the corresponding extension plate 222, the connecting rod 31 and the ink-jet unit 32, and when the ink-jet unit 32 contacts with food and moves up and down, the recovery unit 33 drives the ink-jet unit 32 to recover to the predetermined position. The restoring unit 33 includes a spring 330, a first fixing element 331, a second fixing element 332, and a third fixing element 333, wherein a first end of the spring 330 is fixed on the corresponding extending plate 222 by the first fixing element 331, a middle section of the spring 330 is fixed on the corresponding connecting rod 31 by the second fixing element 332, and a second end of the spring 330 is fixed on the corresponding socket 321 by the third fixing element 333.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, the transverse adjusting assembly 40 is disposed on the transverse bracket 22 and connected to the extending plates 222, and the transverse adjusting assembly 40 can change the positions of the extending plates 222 to adjust the distance between the extending plates 222, so that the distance between the spraying assemblies 30 can be adjusted to meet the width requirements of different foods. In one embodiment, a long groove 223 is formed on the frame 221 in a penetrating manner, the lateral adjustment assembly 40 includes a plurality of adjustment bolts 41, each adjustment bolt 41 penetrates through the long groove 223 and is screwed into the corresponding extension plate 222, and the position of the extension plate 222 can be adjusted by loosening and moving the position of the adjustment bolt 41, so as to adjust the distance between the spraying assemblies 30.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the longitudinal adjusting assembly 50 is disposed on the longitudinal support 51 and connected to the transverse support 22 to adjust the height of the transverse support 22, so that the height of the spraying assembly 30 can be adjusted. In one embodiment, the longitudinal adjustment assembly 50 includes a longitudinal screw 51, a connecting member 52 and a rotating disc 53, the longitudinal screw 51 is rotatably disposed in the longitudinal bracket 51, the connecting member 52 is connected to the frame 221 of the transverse bracket 22 and screwed to the longitudinal screw 51, the rotating disc 53 is disposed on the top side of the longitudinal bracket 51 and fixed to the longitudinal screw 51, when the rotating disc 53 is rotated, the longitudinal screw 51 rotates to move the connecting member 52 up and down along the thread of the longitudinal screw 51, so as to adjust the height of the transverse bracket 22, and further adjust the height of the spraying assembly 30 to match the height required by different foods.
In one embodiment, the lateral adjustment assembly 40 and the longitudinal adjustment assembly 50 can be automated adjustment units without manual manipulation.
In one embodiment, the present invention may be provided with a control computer 60 for controlling the amount of ink ejected from the nozzle assembly 30 and the characters or patterns to be sprayed, and for controlling the automated lateral adjustment assembly 40 and the longitudinal adjustment assembly 50.
Referring to fig. 9A to fig. 12B, the operation and flow of the present invention will be described by using the egg 70 as an example, but not limited thereto, the present invention can also be used to spray characters or patterns on other foods.
Referring to fig. 9A and 9B, eggs 70 to be painted with characters or patterns are placed on the conveyor belt 11, the height of the painting assembly 30 is adjusted to be suitable for the height of the eggs 70, the initial position of the eggs 70 can be located on the left or right side of the painting assembly 30, not limited to the illustration, the conveyor belt 11 is started to drive the eggs 70 to move towards the lower side of the painting assembly 30, and when the eggs 70 pass through the first sensing unit 12, the control computer 60 can know that food will pass through and prepare for painting operation.
Referring to fig. 10A, 10B, 11A, and 11B, the egg 70 continuously advances and contacts the inkjet units 32, each inkjet unit 32 sprays a predetermined mark 80 on the contacted egg 70, and the inkjet units 32 have a certain length, so that the stepped arrangement can shift the relative positions of the inkjet units 32, and can position the rows of eggs 70 corresponding to the standard egg boxes, and each inkjet unit 32 corresponds to the position of one row of eggs 70. Because each egg 70 has different size and height, the height of the egg 70 has a slight drop, the higher egg 70 pushes the contacted ink jet unit 32 to drive the connecting rod 31 to move upwards to meet the height of the egg 70, and the buffer 323 absorbs the impact force generated when the ink jet unit 32 contacts the egg 70, so as to avoid breaking the eggshell when the egg 70 pushes the ink jet unit 32 to move upwards.
Finally, referring to fig. 12A and 12B, the conveyor belt 11 continues to advance to make all the eggs 70 pass under the inkjet units 32, and the spraying operation of the marks 80 is completed for all the eggs 70, and after the eggs 70 are separated from the inkjet units 32, the inkjet units 32 forced to move upwards are restored to the original height by the restoring unit 33, so as to perform the subsequent spraying operation. Referring to fig. 13A and 13B, the pattern of the mark 80 can be designed according to the requirement, such as the mark 80 shown in fig. 13A as a text, or a Quick Response matrix Code 80A (QRCODE) shown in fig. 13B to be connected to a specific web page, and the specific web page can display the production history, the manufacturing date, the valid period, etc. of the food.
Referring to fig. 14A and 14B, for example, the hami melons 71 are sprayed, since the hami melons 71 are larger than eggs, the positions of the plurality of groups of spraying components 30 can be properly adjusted by the lateral adjustment component 40 to respectively adjust the positions of the rows of the hami melons 71, and the heights of the spraying components 30 can be adjusted in advance by the longitudinal adjustment component 50, so that the initial heights of the spraying components conform to the uniform heights of the hami melons 71, thereby facilitating the operation of spraying marks on the hami melons 71.
In summary, the present invention directly sprays the mark on the object by the spraying component to achieve the purpose of fast spraying, the stepped inkjet unit is used to spray the object (such as boxed eggs) arranged at a smaller distance, the pivoted connecting rod is used to make the inkjet unit move up and down to correspond to the slight height difference of the objects, and the cushion pad is used to prevent the damage of the object surface caused by the impact force generated when the inkjet unit contacts the object.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
