Description

Object surface marking spray system

The present invention is an object surface marking spraying system, especially a spraying system for spraying a surface on a food surface.

The common saying "people take food for the sky" illustrates the importance of food to people. With the outbreak of several food safety incidents, food safety is becoming more and more important for people, except for stricter additives and production for processed foods. In addition to the relevant laws and regulations of the process, the natural food is marked with its source and production date.

In the past, the source or date of production was marked on the food, most of which was marked on the outer packaging, but the food contained in the outer packaging was easily replaced, so the label directly labeled on the food was more credible. In the prior art, the way of setting the logo on the food is nothing more than sticking the sticker on the outer surface of the food. This method requires pre-printing the sticker and then sticking it one by one, which requires more man-hours and has to be improved.

In view of this, the present invention is directed to a method of setting a mark on a food in order to improve the time-consuming disadvantages of the prior art.

50。In one embodiment, the present invention can be provided with a control computer 60 to control the amount of ink sprayed by the spray assembly 30, and the typeface or pattern being sprayed, as well as the automated lateral adjustment assembly 40 and the longitudinal adjustment assembly 50.

Referring to FIG. 9A to FIG. 12B , the operation mode and the flow of the present invention are described by taking the sprayed egg 70 as an example. However, the present invention can also be used for spraying characters or patterns on the rest of the food.

Referring first to FIGS. 9A and 9B, the egg 70 to be painted or patterned is placed on the conveyor belt 11. At this time, the height of the spray assembly 30 is adjusted to the height of the egg 70, and the initial position of the egg 70 can be located. The left side or the right side of the spray assembly 30 is not limited to the illustration, and the conveyor belt 11 is activated to cause the egg 70 to be driven to move under the spray assembly 30. When the egg 70 passes through the first sensing unit 12, the control computer 60 is informed. There will be food passing through and ready for spraying.

Referring to FIG. 10A, FIG. 10B, FIG. 11A, FIG. 11B, the egg 70 continues to advance and contacts the inkjet unit 32, and each of the inkjet units 32 sprays the contacted egg 70 with a predetermined logo 80, due to inkjet. The unit 32 has a certain length, so that the stepwise arrangement can make the relative positions of the ink jet units 32 staggered, and can correspond to the position of the eggs 70 in the standard egg box, and each ink jet unit 32 corresponds to a row. The location of the egg 70. Moreover, since each egg 70 has a different size, there is a slight drop in height, and the higher egg 70 pushes the inkjet unit 32 that is in contact with it, causing the link 31 to move upward to conform to the height of the egg 70. At this time, the impact force generated when the ink jet unit 32 contacts the egg 70 is absorbed by the cushion pad 323 to prevent the eggshell from being broken when the egg 70 pushes the ink jet unit 32 upward.

Finally, referring to FIGS. 12A and 12B, the conveyor belt 11 continues to advance so that all the eggs 70 pass under the inkjet unit 32, and the operation of spraying the markings 80 for all the eggs 70 is completed, and when the eggs 70 are separated from the inkjet unit 32. Thereafter, the ink jet unit 32 that is forced to move upward is returned to the initial height by the action of the recovery unit 33 to perform a subsequent spraying operation. Referring to FIG. 13A and FIG. 13B, the aspect of the identifier 80 may be designed according to requirements. The identifier 80 of the text may be as shown in FIG. 13A or the quick response code 80A (Quick Response Code) as shown in FIG. 13B. , referred to as QR CODE), to link to a specific web page, the specific web page can display the production history, manufacturing date, expiration date and the like of the food.

Referring to FIG. 14A and FIG. 14B , the spray cantaloupe 71 is taken as an example. Since the cantaloupe 71 is larger than the egg, the lateral adjustment component 40 can be appropriately used to adjust the position of the array spray assembly 30 to respectively arrange the cantaloupe 71. Position, and the longitudinal adjustment assembly 50 can be used to pre-adjust the height of the spray assembly 30 such that its initial height conforms to the average height of the cantaloupe 71 to facilitate the marking of the cantaloupe 71.

In summary, the present invention directly sprays the logo onto the object through the spray coating assembly, and achieves the purpose of rapid spraying, by means of a stepped ink jet unit, for objects arranged at a smaller pitch (for example, boxed eggs). Spraying operation and using the pivoting connecting rod to enable the ink jet unit to generate up and down displacement to meet the slight height difference of each object, and by the cushion setting, to avoid the occurrence of the ink jet unit when it comes into contact with the object. The impact force will damage the surface of the object.

The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way.
