本发明涉及一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层与上、下聚碳酸酯层接合面哑光面采用热贴合方式进行贴合;一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在不同预热器中加热熔融;(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切,本发明生产出来的复合板具有透明度高的特性,同时满足高耐化学性、持久耐用的特点,适用范围广。

一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料制品复合板技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前流通于市场上的复合板主要有金属复合板、木材复合板、彩钢复合板等,各类复合板均有其应用领域及优势,但用于橱柜、浴室浴缸、浴盆及分割玻璃门等与人体直接接触的材料要求具有较佳的友好性;其中塑料制品复合板具有较高的透明度特性而备受青睐,但同时需要其满足高耐化学性、持久耐用的特点,而现有技术中塑料制品复合板无法满足这类要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有较高的透明度,同时满足高耐化学性、持久耐用特点的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层,在所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层。
进一步的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层厚2mm-5mm,双面为哑光面。
进一步的,所述上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层的层厚均为0.5mm-2mm,且裸露面为抛光面,内衬面哑光。
进一步的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层与上、下聚碳酸酯层接合面哑光面采用热贴合方式进行贴合。
一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在不同预热器中加热熔融;
(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;
(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;
(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明方案的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板及制备方法,其生产出来的复合板具有较高的透明度特性,同时满足高耐化学性、持久耐用的特点,适用范围广,具有较高的实用价值。

作为进一步的优选实施例,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1厚2mm-5mm,双面为哑光面4。
作为进一步的优选实施例,所述上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5的层厚均为0.5mm-2mm,且裸露面为抛光面3,内衬面哑光。

实施例一:
在本实施例中,一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1,在所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5,且所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1厚2mm,双面为哑光面4;所述上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5的层厚均为0.5mm,且裸露面为抛光面3,内衬面哑光。
一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在预热温度为900°和100°的预热器中加热熔融;
(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;
(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;
(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切。
实施例二:
在本实施例中,一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1,在所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5,且所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1厚5mm,双面为哑光面4;所述上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5的层厚均为2mm,且裸露面为抛光面3,内衬面哑光。
一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在预热温度为1000°和800°的预热器中加热熔融;
(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;
(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;
(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切。
实施例三:
在本实施例中,一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1,在所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5,且所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1厚3mm,双面为哑光面4;所述上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5的层厚均为1mm,且裸露面为抛光面3,内衬面哑光。
一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在预热温度为800°和850°的预热器中加热熔融;
(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;
(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;
(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切。
本发明的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,其可以应用于浴室浴盆、浴池及分割玻璃门中,复合板两侧的上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5具有较佳的耐化学性能及耐热性能,有效防止浴室中各种洗发水、沐浴露等化学物品的腐蚀,同时位于内层的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1具有极佳的韧性,可保证浴室浴盆、浴池及分割玻璃门的整体稳定性,达到持久耐用的效果;对于透光度需求度不同的用品,可变更聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1、上聚碳酸酯层2、下聚碳酸酯层5表面光泽度,可加深到细砂、中砂至粗砂面。
另外,本发明的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,也可以应用于厨房橱柜门、桌面中,复合板两侧的上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5可保证滴、溅到橱柜门及桌面上的油污不会对桌面造成影响,同时上聚碳酸酯层2和下聚碳酸酯层5的耐高温性能有效满足厨房用品的要求,复合板本体聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层1较高的韧性可保证橱柜门及桌面不会因为厨房的环境影响有较大的变形,延长使用寿命。

1.一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,其特征在于:包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层,在所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板及制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层厚2mm-5mm,双面为哑光面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,其特征在于:所述上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层的层厚均为0.5mm-2mm,且裸露面为抛光面,内衬面哑光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板,其特征在于:所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层与上、下聚碳酸酯层接合面哑光面采用热贴合方式进行贴合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在不同预热器中加热熔融;
(2)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出;
(3)挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型;
(4)聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切。
