Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite boards, in particular to a sealing process of a honeycomb board without sealing edges.
Background
The honeycomb plate is a plate made by firmly bonding two surfaces of a thicker honeycomb core plate with two thinner back plates and two thinner face plates. The existing honeycomb plate is generally formed by thermally compounding a plurality of layers of directional continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene prepreg tapes and a polypropylene honeycomb core, and is a thermoplastic lightweight honeycomb sandwich structure. The product is widely applied to the fields of new energy van vehicles, buildings, outdoor houses, high-end packaging materials and the like in recent years due to the characteristics of light weight, high strength, environmental protection and recyclability.
In the prior art, there are many related technologies related to the honeycomb panel, and particularly, in order to improve the production efficiency of the honeycomb panel, a continuous production process of the honeycomb panel has been developed, for example, an apparatus and a method for continuously producing a thermoplastic honeycomb panel disclosed in the publication No. CN110143031A, a continuous automatic production line of an aluminum honeycomb composite panel disclosed in the publication No. CN205386974U, and the like, which can continuously produce the honeycomb panel with high efficiency, and make a great contribution to the development of the honeycomb panel industry. However, after the cellular boards are produced, the cellular boards can only be used indoors and are not suitable for outdoor use because the edges of the cellular boards are not sealed.
In addition, in the industry, edge-sealed honeycomb panels are basically prepared as follows: the method comprises the steps of bending the periphery of a back plate into side edges to form an auxiliary frame, punching structural adhesive in the auxiliary frame, manually placing a honeycomb core plate into the auxiliary frame, knotting the structural adhesive on the surface of the honeycomb core plate, adhering a panel to the honeycomb core plate, and finally pressing and fixing by mechanical equipment to be firmly adhered to obtain the edge-sealed honeycomb plate. However, this preparation method generally has the following disadvantages: (1) the thickness of the folded edge is thick, and the process is difficult to realize. (2) The frame on the backplate is difficult to align when the panel bonds, influences product quality easily. (3) The whole process has low production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a sealing process for a honeycomb plate without sealing edges.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a technology for sealing the edge of a honeycomb plate without sealing edges includes customizing an L-shaped section bar comprising a first side plate and a second side plate according to the plate type size of the honeycomb plate without sealing edges, knotting structural adhesive at the periphery and on each side surface of a back plate of the honeycomb plate without sealing edges to enable the first side plate and the second side plate to correspond to the back plate and the side surface of the honeycomb plate without sealing edges respectively, adhering the L-shaped section bar to each side surface of the honeycomb plate without sealing edges respectively, and obtaining the honeycomb plate with the second side plate of the L-shaped section bar as the sealing edge after the sealing is completed.
One side of the second side plate is fixedly connected with the first side plate, and the other side of the second side plate is fixed in the middle of the side face of the edge-sealing-free cellular board.
The thickness of the L-shaped section is 0.8-1.5 mm.
In the edge sealing process, a single-end saw or a double-end saw is adopted to cut and customize the L-shaped section bar, and a gluing machine is adopted to uniformly inject structural glue into the edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate.
The edge sealing-free honeycomb plate is a straight plate or a special-shaped bending plate, when the edge sealing-free honeycomb plate is a special-shaped bending plate, grooving and bending of the back plate are needed, glue is knotted and the back plates on two sides of the groove body are connected through the reinforcing piece, and then the L-shaped section bar is customized according to the plate shape size of the special-shaped bending plate to carry out edge sealing.
The reinforcing piece is an L-shaped connecting piece or an aluminum square tube.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. in the whole edge sealing process, the L-shaped section with the specific structure is used for sealing the side face of the honeycomb panel without edge sealing, compared with the prior art, the edge sealing process is easier to realize, the edge sealing efficiency is high, and the quality and uniformity of the product after edge sealing are better.
2. The other side of the second side plate is fixed in the middle of the side face of the honeycomb plate without the edge seal, the honeycomb core plate can be effectively sealed between the panel and the back plate by the second side plate through the structure, and meanwhile, the second side plate does not exceed the surface of the panel, so that the gluing and fixing of the honeycomb plates after the honeycomb plates are installed on the base body in the later period are facilitated, and the attractiveness and the standardization of the honeycomb plates after the honeycomb plates are installed are improved.
3. According to the invention, the L-shaped section with the thickness of 0.8-1.5 mm is used as the edge sealing, so that the sealing property, the stability and the like of the edge sealing are improved.
4. The edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate can be a straight plate or a special-shaped bent plate, namely, the edge sealing can be performed on the regular straight plate and the edge sealing can be performed on the irregular special-shaped bent plate, but the prior art is not suitable for edge sealing on the irregular special-shaped plate at all. In addition, when the irregular special-shaped bent plate is subjected to edge sealing, grooving and knotting are needed, and the glue is fixed by the reinforcing piece, so that the special-shaped bent plate after edge sealing has strong stability.
5. The reinforcing piece is an L-shaped connecting piece or an aluminum square tube, and the L-shaped connecting piece or the aluminum square tube is adopted as the reinforcing piece and is suitable for sealing edges of special-shaped bent plates bent by 90 degrees.

Example 1
The embodiment discloses a banding technology of no banding honeycomb panel, this banding technology mainly used to the straight slab banding that does not bend, specifically can be straight slabs such as rectangular plate, trapezoidal plate, triangle-shaped plate, polygonal plate carry out the banding, and its specific process is:
(1) the method comprises the steps of customizing an L-shaped section comprising a first side plate 1 and a second side plate 2 according to the plate size of the edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate, specifically cutting and customizing the L-shaped section by using a single-end saw or a double-end saw, wherein the length of the L-shaped section is respectively matched with the length of each side surface of the edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate, and the thickness of the L-shaped section is 0.8-1.5 mm, preferably 1.2 mm.
(2) The method comprises the steps of knotting structural adhesive around a back plate 4 and on each side face of a non-edge-sealed honeycomb plate, uniformly injecting structural adhesive into the periphery and on each side face of the back plate 4 of the non-edge-sealed honeycomb plate by a glue applicator, enabling a first side plate 1 and a second side plate 2 to correspond to the back plate 4 and the side faces of the non-edge-sealed honeycomb plate respectively after glue application is finished, and respectively adhering L-shaped profiles to each side face of the non-edge-sealed honeycomb plate, namely adhering the L-shaped profiles to each side face of the non-edge-sealed honeycomb plate, so that a honeycomb core plate 5 is sealed among the L-shaped profiles, a face plate 3 and the back plate 4, and obtaining the honeycomb plate with the second side plate 2 of the L-shaped. Because each side surface of the edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate is fixed with one L-shaped section bar, in order to avoid the two ends of the L-shaped section bar from being overlapped with the end parts of the L-shaped section bars on the two adjacent sides of the L-shaped section bar, a right-angled triangle is preferably cut off from the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 at each end of the L-shaped section bar, so that the L-shaped section bars can be uniformly arranged on the side surface of the edge-sealing-free honeycomb plate.
In this embodiment, one side of the second side plate 2 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 1, preferably, the second side plate 2 is integrally formed with the first side plate 1, and the other side of the second side plate is fixed to the middle of the side surface of the edge-seal-free cellular board corresponding to the second side plate, that is, the second side plate 2 does not exceed the surface of the panel 3. Taking the honeycomb panel horizontally placed (the face plate 3 is located below and the back plate 4 is located above), as shown in fig. 1, the lower end face of the second side plate 2 is located above the lower surface of the face plate 3. After the edge-sealed honeycomb plate is fixed on the base body through connectors such as corner connectors and the like, the honeycomb plate and the honeycomb plate are sealed and filled through knotting construction glue. Because the second side plate 2 does not exceed the surface of the panel 3, the surfaces of all the honeycomb plates have no convex parts after installation, thereby being more attractive and practical and being more standard and standard.

according to the verification, the edge sealing process is easier to realize, the edge sealing efficiency is high, and the quality and uniformity of the edge-sealed product are better.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the embodiment discloses an edge sealing process for a non-edge-sealed honeycomb panel, which is mainly used for sealing edges of special-shaped bent panels, wherein the special-shaped bent panels mainly refer to panels with certain angles (right angle, acute angle and acute angle) after straight panels are bent, and the surfaces of the panels are not plane. When the edge is sealed, a groove is required to be formed in the back plate 4 and bent to form a required angle, and the depth and the width of the groove body are determined according to the required bent angle. After grooving, tying a structural adhesive in the groove body and on two sides of the groove body, connecting the back plates 4 on two sides of the groove body by using a reinforcing piece, obtaining a special-shaped honeycomb plate without edge sealing after fixing the special-shaped bent plate, and then customizing the L-shaped section bar according to the steps in the embodiment 1 for edge sealing.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing member is preferably an L-shaped connecting member, the shape and angle of the reinforcing member are related to the bending angle of the special-shaped bending plate, and if the bending angle is an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle, the angle between the two side surfaces of the reinforcing member is also an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle. In addition, when the bending angle is a right angle, an aluminum square tube can be used as a reinforcing piece.
