Background
With the development of modern electric power, the workload of repairing, testing and replacing devices such as disconnecting switches and circuit breakers in the transformer substation is more and more. In the machine, the pin is mainly used for assembly positioning and can also be used for connecting and shearing overload connection in a release-level safety device. Pins such as cotter pins, cylindrical pins, expanding pins, and taper pins, which are commonly used tools, are widely used, and the disassembly of a large number of such pins is required for the inspection of devices such as disconnecting switches and circuit breakers. Under the influence of the environment and the position of an operation site, the pin is difficult to disassemble or can be disassembled only by consuming a large amount of labor and time, and the time for disassembling a rusted pin or a pin with a poor position is 1.5-2 hours, so that the working efficiency is obviously reduced, the power failure time of equipment is prolonged, the economic benefit is influenced, and the reliability and the safety of power supply are also reduced.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vertical portion of the device body has a through dovetail groove at a lower portion of the same side surface extending out of the horizontal portion, and the same side surfaces of the left and right magnetic bases have dovetail plugs corresponding to the dovetail grooves.
As another preferable aspect of the present invention, the upper side rod has a rod portion on an upper side of the screw portion and a worm portion on an upper side of the rod portion; the motor drives a worm wheel in transmission connection with the worm part of the upper side rod.
As a modification of the two preferable schemes, the material of the tool assembly is alloy tool steel, and the material of the device body, the connecting piece, the upper rod and the lower rod is 45 steel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the upper side rod and the lower side rod are movably connected through the connecting piece, the lower end of the lower side rod is in threaded connection with the pin pulling assembly or the pin punching assembly, the upper side rod is driven upwards or downwards relative to the device body through forward or reverse rotation of the upper side rod, and therefore upward force is applied to the pin pulling assembly or downward force is applied to the pin punching assembly, and the pin pulling or pin punching function is achieved very conveniently.
2. The upper side rod is driven by the motor to rotate through the worm gear, the operator can control the lifting of the upper side rod only by controlling the switch of the motor, the operation personnel do not need to twist manually or by means of other tools, and time and labor are saved when the cotter pin or the shaft pin is disassembled.
3. The left magnetic base and the right magnetic base can be adjusted in a horizontal sliding mode along a dovetail groove of the device body to adapt to various tool planes for disassembling objects, and the supporting area of the pin disassembling device is further guaranteed.
4. The upper side rod is provided with a polished rod part to ensure that when the motor drives the upper side rod to transmit upwards, the split pin is completely detached, if the motor works continuously, the upper side rod top can transmit the polished rod part which enables the worm wheel to rotate to the upper side rod, so that the excessive upward transmission of the upper side rod is avoided, and meanwhile, the screw rod part of the upper side rod is prevented from colliding.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multifunctional electrical device pin remover according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a device body 1, a left magnetic base 2, a right magnetic base 3, a pull pin assembly 4, a lower side rod 5, a connecting piece 6, an upper side rod 7, a worm wheel 8 and a motor 9. The device body 1 is provided with a vertical part, the upper end of the vertical part transversely extends out of a horizontal part, the lower part of the same side surface of the vertical part extending out of the horizontal part is provided with a penetrating dovetail groove 11, and the same side surfaces of the left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3 are respectively provided with a dovetail plug 31 corresponding to the dovetail groove 11. The left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3 can slide horizontally along the dovetail groove 11 of the device body 1 to be adjusted to adapt to the tool planes of various disassembling objects, and the supporting area of the pin disassembling device is further ensured. The pin dismounting device is further provided with a motor 9, the motor 9 is fixedly arranged on the device body 1 through a motor frame 10, and the motor 9 drives a worm wheel 8 in transmission connection with a worm part 71 of the upper side rod. The upper side rod 7 is driven by the motor 9 to rotate through the worm gear, and the operator can control the lifting of the upper side rod only by controlling the switch of the motor, so that the operation is not only free from manual operation or twisting by other tools. The upper side rod 7 is provided with a polished rod part 72 to ensure that when the motor 9 drives the upper side rod 7 to drive upwards, the split pin is completely detached, and if the motor 9 continuously works, the upper side rod 7 pushes the polished rod part 72 which enables the worm wheel to rotate to the upper side rod 7, so that excessive upward driving of the upper side rod 7 is avoided, and meanwhile, the screw part of the upper side rod 7 is prevented from being collided. The upper side rod 7 is provided with a lower side rod 5 below, the upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5 are both provided with large head ends with diameters larger than the diameter of the rod body, a connecting piece 6 is arranged between the upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5, the connecting piece 6 is a frame body with two ends penetrating through, the upper side and the lower side of the connecting piece 6 are provided with through unthreaded holes, and the large head ends of the upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5 are oppositely sleeved on the connecting piece 6 through the unthreaded holes. And a tool assembly is sleeved below the lower side rod 5 in a threaded manner, and the tool assembly is a pin pulling assembly 4 for detaching a cotter pin or a pin punching assembly 41 for impacting a pin outwards. The upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5 are movably connected through the connecting piece, the lower end of the lower side rod 5 is in threaded connection with the pin pulling assembly 4 or the pin punching assembly 41, the upper side rod 7 is driven upwards or downwards relative to the device body 1 through forward or reverse rotation of the upper side rod 7, therefore, upward force is applied to the pin pulling assembly 4 or downward force is applied to the pin punching assembly 41, and the pin pulling or pin punching function is achieved.
One preferable manufacturing process of the connecting piece 6 is as follows: a metal plate is prepared, cut into a regular rectangle, and two parallel light holes are punched on the metal plate. Subsequently, the upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5 are respectively sleeved on the metal plates, then the metal plates are folded into a frame body with two ends penetrating through by a bending machine, and the metal plates are welded by arc welding at the joint.
As a preferable material selection scheme in the embodiment, the pulling pin assembly 4 is made of alloy tool steel, and the device body 1, the connecting piece 6, the upper side rod 7 and the lower side rod 5 are made of 45 steel.
When the technical scheme of the invention is used, an operator firstly adjusts a proper distance gap between the left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3 along the dovetail groove 11 on the device body 1, so that the pin remover is stably arranged on the surface of a metal tool to be removed, and then switches on the left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3; secondly, the front hook of the pin pulling assembly 4 hooks the cotter pin; then the motor 9 is started to rotate clockwise, and finally the cotter pin is pulled out.
Example two
Based on the technical solution of the first embodiment, the structure of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 3, in which the pulling pin assembly 4 is replaced by a punching pin assembly 41 for impacting the pin outwards, and the punching pin assembly is made of 45 steel.
When the technical scheme of the invention is used, an operator firstly adjusts the gap distance between the left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3, and places a mechanism provided with a shaft pin, such as a disconnecting link, on the left magnetic base 2 and the right magnetic base 3; secondly, aligning the shaft pin of the mechanism with the head of the punch pin assembly 41; then the starting motor 9 rotates anticlockwise, manual force application is not needed, the shaft pin can be detached, and detaching efficiency of the shaft pin is greatly improved.

the pin disassembling device is further provided with a motor (9), and the motor (9) drives the upper side rod (7) to rotate.
