Description

Continuous stamping die
Technical Field
The invention relates to a die structure, in particular to a continuous stamping die.
Background
The stamping die is a special process equipment for processing materials (metal or nonmetal) into parts (or semi-finished products) in cold stamping processing, and is called a cold stamping die (commonly called a cold stamping die). Stamping is a press working method in which a die mounted on a press is used to apply pressure to a material at room temperature to cause separation or plastic deformation of the material, thereby obtaining a desired part.
The progressive die is a cold stamping die which adopts a strip-shaped stamping raw material in a stamping stroke of a press machine and simultaneously completes a plurality of stamping processes on a pair of dies by using a plurality of different stations, and the material strip moves once at a fixed distance every time the dies complete stamping until the product is completed.
When designing a continuous stamping die, station arrangement is firstly carried out according to characteristic parameters such as the shape structure, the overall dimension, the material used and the like of a stamping part. When the shape and structure of the stamping part are complex, more stamping stations need to be arranged; when the overall dimension of the stamping part is larger, a larger feeding step pitch needs to be arranged; when the stamping manufacturability of the material of the stamping part is poor, more special stations or auxiliary stations need to be arranged; various factors such as this result in an increase in the length of the continuous stamping die. If the stamping die reaches a certain length and is limited by the processing capacity of the die manufacturing machine, the stamping die must be processed by adopting a template sectional design processing method.
The template is designed and processed in a segmented mode, and is a very common design method on a continuous stamping die. However, in general, a stamping die designer can squarely design a die plate of a die, and when the die plate needs to be designed in a segmented manner, the traditional design concept is habitually followed, and a dividing line is generally designed to be a straight line perpendicular to the upper edge and the lower edge of the die plate. In order to ensure the strength of the edge of the template, two sides of the boundary are kept at a sufficient distance from the frame openings of the parts on the template, so that the template segmentation is not as simple as the line drawing at will, and the overall arrangement needs to be carried out by combining the station arrangement of the mold. By adopting a conventional template segmentation design idea, when the conditions that a plurality of stations are arranged in an optimal template length boundary area, or stamping parts are obliquely connected according to a certain angle and the like are met, part frame openings on the template are arranged in a criss-cross or oblique staggered mode, a straight line which is perpendicular to the upper edge and the lower edge of the template and can ensure the strength of the edge of the template can be hardly found, and one or more idle work stations have to be specially added for moving away the stamping stations to make a boundary. Therefore, the length of the die is further increased, the weight of the die is increased, the cost of the die is increased, and the station arrangement of the die is also different.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a new continuous stamping die.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The first embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the schematic structural diagram is a sectional design of a die plate of a continuous stamping die when stamping parts are obliquely arranged and connected in the conventional thought. When stamping parts are obliquely arranged and connected, station parts of each station of the die are correspondingly obliquely placed under normal conditions. In the area of the optimal template length boundary line, station parts of each station of the die are distributed in a staggered mode. According to the conventional template segmentation thought, three idle work stations are required to be arranged for finding a boundary perpendicular to the upper edge and the lower edge of the template, so that a first part 1 on a first template A, which is closest to the boundary, and a second part 2 on a second template B, which is closest to the boundary, can be ensured to have enough strength distance from the edges of the respective templates. The strength distance, i.e. the distance between the first part 1 and the second part 2 and the edge of the template, must be sufficient to ensure the strength of the template. Thus, after the sectional design of the templates is carried out according to the conventional thinking, the total length of the two templates is 922mm (including the gap between the two templates).
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present invention is a schematic structural diagram of a sectional design of a continuous stamping die when stamping parts are obliquely arranged and connected. Under the same arrangement condition of the punching process, the scheme only needs to arrange a vacant station, find a slant line 5, the slant extension angle of the slant line 5 is consistent with the slant arrangement angle of the punching part, the slant line 5 passes through the vacant station at a proper position, and simultaneously, the first parts 1 and 2 on the first template A, which are nearest to the slant line 5, have enough strength distance with the edge of the first template A, and the second parts 3 and 4 on the second template B, which are nearest to the slant line 5, have enough strength distance with the edge of the second template B. Two line segments perpendicular to the upper edge and the lower edge of the first template A and the second template B are selected at proper positions and are respectively a first vertical line 6 and a second vertical line 7, the first vertical line 6 is connected with one end of the oblique line 5, the second vertical line 7 is connected with the other end of the oblique line 5, namely the first vertical line 6, the second vertical line 7 and the oblique line 5 are connected into a broken line, and after the broken line is used as a template boundary line for segmentation, the total length of the two templates is 872mm (including a gap between the two templates). Compared with the two templates designed by adopting a conventional thinking segmentation mode, the total length of the two templates is shortened by 50mm, the total weight of the die is reduced by about 30kg, and the die cost is synchronously reduced.
Second embodiment:
when the stamping parts are arranged in a straight direction at large step intervals and are connected, the stamping parts are large in overall dimension and are bent more at the periphery, so that the feeding step intervals are large when the stamping parts are arranged in a work station, and the arrangement positions of the station parts are dense. When the template needs to be segmented, the optimal template length boundary happens to be located in an area with densely arranged station parts.
Fig. 5 and 6 are schematic structural diagrams of a sectional design of a die plate of a continuous stamping die in a conventional thought when stamping parts are arranged and connected in a straight direction at large pitches. According to the conventional template segmentation idea, a blank station needs to be arranged to find a boundary perpendicular to the upper and lower edges of the template, so as to ensure that a first part 1 on the first template a, which is closest to the boundary, and a second part 2 on the second template B, which is closest to the boundary, have sufficient strength distances from the edges of the respective templates. Therefore, after the templates are designed according to the conventional thought, the total length of the two templates is 1012mm (including the gap between the two templates), and most of the empty work station for template segmentation is idle, so that the empty work station appears to swing and is not harmonious.
Fig. 7 and 8 are schematic structural diagrams of the sectional design of the die plate of the continuous stamping die when the stamping parts are arranged and connected in a straight direction at large intervals. In the distribution position of the station parts of each station, two regions which are relatively at diagonal positions are provided with gaps, a line which is perpendicular to the upper edge and the lower edge of the template is selected from the two gap regions and is respectively a first vertical line 6 and a second vertical line 7, and a diagonal line 5 which forms a certain angle with the upper edge and the lower edge of the template is connected with the first vertical line 6 and the second vertical line 7 to form a broken line which is the boundary of the first template A and the second template B, so that the first parts 1 and 2 on the first template A, which are closest to the broken line, are ensured to have enough strength distance with the edge of the first template A, and the second parts 3 and 4 on the second template B, which are closest to the broken line, are ensured to have enough strength distance with the edge of the second template B. Thus, the template segmentation is designed according to the idea of the scheme, no extra empty work station is needed, and the total length of the two templates after the segmentation is only 838mm (including the gap between the two templates). Compared with the two templates designed by adopting a conventional thinking segmentation mode, the total length of the two templates is shorter by 174mm, the total weight of the die is lighter by about 150kg, and the cost of the die is greatly reduced.
In both embodiments, the form material can be purchased as a single block and cut to separate at the parting line location during the process, which further reduces the cost of the mold.
In the invention, when the frame openings of the parts are distributed in a staggered manner in the area of the boundary line of the optimal length of the template and a boundary line vertical to the upper edge and the lower edge of the template cannot be found, a broken line penetrating between the frame openings of the parts can be found to be used as the boundary line, and certainly, two sections of templates taking the broken line as the boundary line also have enough strength, namely, the frame openings of the parts have a certain distance to the edge of the template.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
