Description

Method and device for controlling transportation of material box in impact test
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of software control, in particular to a method and a device for controlling material box transportation in an impact test.
Background
The impact test is an important link in the steel production process, and the toughness and the brittleness of steel subjected to external force impact or action can be determined by executing the impact test, so that the safety and the reliability of steel products can be ensured.
FIG. 1 is a top view of an impact testing system. The system 100 comprises a feeding device 110, an impact test device group 120 and a manual collecting device 130, wherein the impact test device group 120 comprises a plurality of impact test devices such as an impact test device 121, an impact test device 122, an impact test device 123 … … and an impact test device N, and different impact test devices can detect different types of samples. The complete process of the impact test may include a loading process, a testing process, and a blanking process.
In the feeding process, a worker conveys the sample produced in the previous process to the feeding device 110, the feeding device 110 respectively puts the sample into different material boxes 140 according to different types, and then conveys the material boxes 140 containing the sample to the impact test device through a conveying line or manually. Since the different impact test apparatuses have different performance parameters, the types of samples to be tested should be different, and therefore, in this process, a worker needs to visually check the types of samples in each of the cartridges 140 and then place the cartridges 140 on a designated transport line or manually transport the cartridges 140 to a suitable impact test apparatus. However, the feeding process is not supervised, and the conditions of wrong delivery and missed delivery of the sample are easy to occur, so that the accurate judgment of the quality of the sample is influenced.
Similarly, the blanking process also suffers from the problems described above. After the impact test is finished, the tested sample needs to be taken out of the impact testing device and transported to the manual collection device 130, which is the blanking process. For samples that have been tested, there is a pass to fail score, and samples that fail must be transported to the manual collection device 130 so that workers can check the cause of the sample failure, while samples that pass can be transported away from the manual collection device 130. In the prior art, during the blanking process, a worker still needs to distinguish the magazine 140 containing the qualified sample from the magazine 140 containing the unqualified sample by naked eyes and then convey different magazines 140 to corresponding positions. As can be seen, there is no supervision mechanism for distinguishing the qualified samples from the unqualified samples, and the error of the destination for transporting the samples is also easy to occur.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2a schematically shows a top view of an impact testing system to which embodiments of the present application are applicable. As shown in fig. 2a, the impact testing system 200 may include a loading device 210, an impact testing device (e.g., impact testing device 2201, impact testing device 2202, impact testing device 2203 shown in fig. 2 a), and a manual collection device 230. The loading device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202 or the impact testing device 2203) and the manual collecting device 230 are respectively connected with a main path transport line 250 through a branch transport line 240, and the main path transport line 250 and the branch transport line 240 are used for reciprocating transport of cartridges (such as the cartridges 2601 and 2602 in fig. 2 a). One end of the branch transportation line 240 is connected to the main transportation line 250, and the other end is connected to any one of the loading device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203), and the manual collecting device 230.
Further, the impact testing system 200 may further include a first type RFID device 270 and a second type RFID device 280, where the first type RFID device 270 is respectively disposed at the loading device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203), and the manual collecting device 230, and the second type RFID device 280 is respectively disposed at a junction of the main transportation line 250 and each branch transportation line 240.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the first type RFID devices 270 may be consistent with the total number of the feeding devices 210, the impact testing devices 220, and the manual collecting devices 230, for example, 1 feeding device 210, 3 impact testing devices (respectively, the impact testing device 2201, the impact testing device 2202, and the impact testing device 2203), and 1 manual collecting device 230 may be included in the impact testing system 200, and then the number of the first type RFID devices 270 may be 5, and the 5 first type RFID devices 270 may be respectively disposed at the feeding device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203), and the manual collecting device 230.
The number of the second type RFID devices 280 may correspond to the number of the branch transportation lines 240, for example, 5 branch transportation lines may be included in the impact testing system 200, and then, the number of the second type RFID devices may be 5, and the 5 second type RFID devices 280 may be respectively disposed at the intersections of the 5 branch transportation lines and the main transportation line.
Further, in the present embodiment, the manual collection device 230 may be responsible for collecting tested samples and unidentified samples. However, for the tested samples, there is a distinction between pass and fail, and therefore, among other possible system configurations, as shown in FIG. 2b, there is provided a top view of another impact testing system according to embodiments of the present application. The impact testing system 200 may further include a qualified sample recovery device 290 for receiving qualified tested samples output from the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203). Structurally, the qualified sample recovery device 290 may refer to the manual collection device 230, and be connected to the main route transport line through the branch transport line; alternatively, referring to the structure shown in fig. 2b, the qualified sample recovery device 290 may directly receive the qualified tested sample output from the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202 or the impact testing device 2203) via the qualified sample delivery line 2110 (independent of the main transportation line 250 and the branch transportation line 240), that is, the qualified sample delivery line 2110 is connected to the qualified sample recovery device 290 at one end and to the impact testing device 220 at the other end.
Based on the impact test system shown in fig. 2a and 2b, fig. 3 exemplarily shows a flow chart corresponding to a method for controlling the transport of a cartridge in an impact test provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and step 301, controlling the first type of RFID device to add attribute information to the material box located in the coverage area.
And 302, detecting the attribute information carried by the material box in the coverage range through the second type RFID device, and controlling the branch transportation line to move the material box to the target device if the attribute information carried by the material box meets the material box requirement of the target device corresponding to the second type RFID device.
By adopting the control method for the transportation of the material box, the first type of RFID device is arranged at the feeding device, the impact test device and the manual collecting device, and the second type of RFID device is arranged at the junction of the main path transportation line and each branch transportation line. Adding attribute information to the material boxes within the coverage range by utilizing the first class of RFID devices, so that the material boxes can be distinguished through different attribute information carried by the material boxes; and detecting the attribute information carried by the material box positioned in the coverage range by using the second type RFID device, and controlling the branch transportation line to move the material box to the target device if the attribute information carried by the material box meets the material box requirement of the target device corresponding to the second type RFID device according to the detection result. Compared with unsupervised material box transportation in the prior art, the material box transportation system has the advantages that the first type of RFID device and the second type of RFID device are arranged, the transportation process of the material box is supervised, the material box can be controlled to be conveyed to the target position corresponding to the attribute information by combining the attribute information carried by the material box, so that the conditions of mistaken delivery and missed delivery of the material box can be avoided, the transportation time of the material box is greatly saved, and the automation degree of the impact test system can be further improved.
Specifically, the loading state of the cartridge may be detected before step 301 is performed. The loading state refers to the state whether the material box is full of samples, and if the material box is full of samples, the loading state of the material box is the full state; if no sample is present in the cartridge, the loaded state of the cartridge is an empty state.
In step 301, the manner in which the first type RFID device adds attribute information to the cartridge differs depending on the loading state of the cartridge. The attribute information added to the cartridge may be an identifier of the target device, or may be other attribute information, such as information of a sample contained in the cartridge, which is not limited in particular.
For a material box with a full-box loading state, the first type of RFID device can be controlled to add attribute information to the material box according to the type of a sample contained in the material box.
In the embodiment of the present application, the magazine with the full-magazine loading state may include the following three situations:
in the first case, in the feeding process, the feeding device is in a state when the sample to be tested is filled in the material box, and at this time, the loading state of the material box can be regarded as a full box state.
In the second case, after the impact test is completed, the impact test apparatus is in a state in which the cartridge is filled with the tested sample, and at this time, the loaded state of the cartridge can be regarded as a full state.
And the situation is that before the impact test, the impact test device needs to identify the sample to be tested, if the sample to be tested is identified to meet the standard of the impact test, the impact test can be carried out, if the sample to be tested is not identified to meet the standard of the impact test, the unidentified sample needs to be put into the material box, and when the unidentified sample is filled in the material box, the loading state of the material box can be regarded as a full box state.
In view of the first situation, if the type of the sample contained in the material box is the sample to be tested, the first type of RFID device is controlled to add attribute information to the material box according to the attribute of the sample to be tested and the corresponding relationship between the preset sample attribute and each impact test device.
In particular, the samples to be tested contained in the cartridge may be samples of the same sample nature. The samples to be tested with the same property can be subjected to impact test by the same impact test device, and the samples to be tested with different properties can be subjected to impact test by different impact test devices.
In the impact test, samples to be tested with different production temperatures need to be tested, so in the embodiment of the present application, the sample property of the sample to be tested may be the production temperature of the sample to be tested.
Taking the sample property as the production temperature as an example, as shown in table 1, it is an example of the correspondence relationship between the sample property and each impact test apparatus.
Table 1: example of correspondence between sample Properties and impact test apparatuses
Production temperature Impact test device
0℃ Impact test device 2201
100℃ Impact test apparatus 2202
200℃ Impact test device 2203
As can be seen from table 1, when the production temperature of the sample to be tested is 0 ℃, the sample to be tested can be subjected to the impact test by the impact test device 2201 corresponding to the impact test device 2201; when the production temperature of the sample to be tested is 100 ℃, the sample to be tested corresponds to the impact test device 2202, and the impact test device 2202 can perform impact test on the sample to be tested; when the production temperature of the sample to be tested is 200 ℃, the sample to be tested can be subjected to an impact test by the impact testing device 2203 corresponding to the impact testing device 2203.
In this way, the first type of RFID device can add attribute information to the cartridge according to the production temperature of the sample to be tested and the correspondence as shown in table 1. For example, the production temperature of the sample to be tested contained in the cartridge is 100 ℃, and the attribute information that the first type of RFID device can add to the cartridge is the impact tester 2202, so that the impact tester system transports the cartridge to the impact tester 2202 according to the attribute information.
It should be noted that the sample property of the sample to be tested may be other than the production temperature, and may be determined according to different properties of the sample to be tested required by different impact testing apparatuses.
And aiming at the second situation, if the type of the sample contained in the material box is the tested sample, controlling the first type of RFID device to add attribute information to the material box according to the qualified condition of the tested sample, the preset qualified condition and the corresponding relation of each device.
Specifically, the tested samples contained in the cartridges are qualified and unqualified. For qualified tested samples, the tested samples can be conveyed to a qualified sample recovery device; for a non-qualified tested sample, it needs to be transported to a manual collection device for manual inspection.
That is, as shown in table 2, there is an example of correspondence between the pass cases and the respective devices.
Table 2: one example of correspondence between qualification cases and devices
Qualification situation Corresponding device
Qualified Qualified sample recovery device
Fail to be qualified Manual collection device
As can be seen from table 2, if it is a qualified tested sample, the corresponding qualified sample recovery device, i.e. the qualified tested sample can be transported to the qualified sample recovery device; if the tested sample is unqualified, the corresponding manual collection device, namely the unqualified tested sample can be transported to the manual collection device.
In this way, the first type of RFID device can add attribute information to the cartridge according to the qualification of the tested sample and the correspondence as shown in table 2. For example, a qualified tested sample is contained in the cartridge, and the attribute information which the first type of RFID device can add to the cartridge is a qualified sample recovery device, so that the impact test system conveys the cartridge to the qualified sample recovery device according to the attribute information; the cartridge contains a non-qualified tested sample, and the attribute information that the first type of RFID device can add to the cartridge is a manual collection device, so that the impact testing system can transport the cartridge to the manual collection device according to the attribute information.
And for the third situation, if the type of the sample contained in the material box is an unidentified sample, controlling the first type of RFID device to add attribute information to the material box. That is, for unidentified samples that need to be transported to a manual collection device for manual synthesis, the first type of RFID device adds attribute information to the cartridge, i.e., only the manual collection device, for unidentified samples.
In view of the three situations, the types of the samples contained in the material box can be respectively a sample to be tested, a tested sample and an unidentified sample, the samples to be tested can be subdivided according to different production temperatures, and the samples to be tested at different production temperatures can correspond to different impact test devices; for tested samples, the tested samples can be divided according to the qualification or the non-qualification, the qualified tested samples can correspond to qualified sample recovery devices, and the unqualified tested samples can correspond to manual collection devices; for unidentified samples, a manual collection device may be used. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, for the material box in the full box state, the first type of RFID device can be controlled to add different attribute information to the material box according to the types of the samples contained in the material box and the subdivision of each type.
Aiming at the material box with the loading state being the empty box state, the first type of RFID device can be controlled to add attribute information to the material box according to the requirement condition of the current empty material box.
In the embodiment of the application, the feeding device and each impact test device are required to be provided with the empty box. For example, the loading device needs to load the sample to be tested into an empty magazine, and then, as the number of samples to be tested increases, new empty magazines need to be replenished; impact testing devices require empty cartridges in both cases, one requiring replenishment of empty cartridges containing tested samples and the other requiring replenishment of empty cartridges containing unidentified samples.
Specifically, if the requirement condition of the current empty material box is that the feeding device has the empty material box requirement, the first-class RFID device is controlled to add attribute information to the material box according to the requirement condition that the feeding device has the empty material box requirement. That is, the attribute information added by the first type RFID device to the cartridge at this time may be an identification of the feeding device.
If the requirement condition of the current empty material box is that the impact test device has an empty material box requirement, the first-class RFID device is controlled to add attribute information to the material box according to the requirement condition that the impact test device has an empty material box requirement. That is, the attribute information added to the cartridge by the first type RFID device at this time may be an identifier of the impact testing device.
In step 302, the second type RFID devices are disposed at the intersection of each branch transportation line and the main transportation line, and the other end of each branch transportation line may be connected to any one of the feeding device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203), and the manual collecting device 230, that is, in this embodiment, each second type RFID device corresponds to any one of the feeding device 210, the impact testing device 2201 (or the impact testing device 2202, or the impact testing device 2203), and the manual collecting device 230.
