Referring to fig. 6, the toner dispensing apparatus is further provided with a rotating device 25, the rotating device 25 is arranged at the lower side of the toner storage barrel and comprises a fixing plate 251, a fixing bottom plate 253, a rotating shaft 252, a latch 255 and a spring catch 256, the latch 255 is fixed with the rotating shaft 252, the fixing plate 251 and the fixing bottom plate 253 are respectively fixed at two sides of the latch 255, the latch 255 penetrates into the toner dispensing apparatus and drives the toner dispensing apparatus to move together with the movement of the rotating shaft 252, the spring catch 256 is used for locking the rotating device, and in order to prevent the rotating device from rotating too fast, a buffer seat 254 is particularly arranged, so that the rotating process of the whole apparatus is more natural.
The invention has the advantages that:
1) the automatic conveying of the oil ink powder is realized, manual addition is not needed, and the harm of the dust of the oil ink powder to human bodies is isolated;
2) the oil toner is weighed automatically according to the presetting, so that the addition amount of the oil toner is accurate in the preparation process;
3) the raw materials are also accurately weighed, so that the addition of the raw materials in the preparation process is also accurate and correct;
4) be provided with revolution mechanic, can clear up the remaining printing ink powder in the printing ink powder storage card fast, need not to store the bucket with whole printing ink powder and dismantle.

Claims (8)

1. A pcb board ink batching device is characterized by comprising a batching device, a stirring device and a profile frame, wherein the profile frame is of a rectangular structure, a main control board is arranged on the profile frame, and the main control board controls the batching device and the stirring device to operate; the upper end of the section bar frame is provided with the batching device, and the lower end of the section bar device is provided with the stirring device; the mixing device comprises an oil and ink powder mixing device, a raw material mixing device and a diffusion oil mixing device, wherein an ink powder weighing device is arranged on the oil and ink powder mixing device, the oil and ink powder weighing device is arranged at the lower end of the ink powder mixing device and is abutted against a feeding port of the stirring device, the ink powder weighing device comprises a weighing cup and a valve, the valve comprises a feeding valve and a discharging valve, the discharging valve is arranged at the lower part of the weighing cup and is right opposite to the feeding port of the stirring device, and the feeding valve is arranged at the upper part of the weighing cup; when the quality of the ink powder in the weighing cup reaches a set value, the feeding valve is closed, the discharging valve is opened, the ink powder is fed into the stirring device, the oil ink powder, the raw materials and the diffusion oil are stirred by the stirring device, and the mixture is uniformly mixed and then is transmitted to other structures for treatment.

The pcb panel ink batching device according to claim 1, wherein a discharging valve is arranged at the lower part of the weighing cup, the discharging valve comprises a weighing bottom plate, a weight inductor, a discharging gate and a discharging nozzle from top to bottom in sequence, one end of the discharging nozzle is connected with a weighing cylinder seat, and a cylinder is arranged beside the weighing cylinder seat; the discharging gate is driven by the cylinder to displace to a certain degree, so that the through holes are blocked and opened.

The pcb panel ink dosing device of claim 1, further comprising an ink powder storage barrel and a stirring motor, wherein the ink powder storage barrel is disposed at an upper portion of the ink powder weighing device, a lower end of the ink powder storage barrel abuts against the feeding valve, and the ink powder storage barrel is fixed on the profile frame; the stirring motor goes deep into the printing ink powder storage bucket from printing ink powder storage bucket upper end in, stirs the inside printing ink powder of printing ink powder storage bucket and handles.

The pcb ink compounding device of claim 1, wherein the material compounding device comprises a suction machine, a material valve and a material conveying pipe, the material conveying pipe is connected to the feeding port of the stirring device, the suction machine is used for sucking the external material and then discharging the material into the stirring device through the material conveying pipe, the material valve is disposed at a connection position of the suction machine and the material conveying pipe, and the material valve controls a feeding rate of the material.

The pcb panel ink dosing unit of claim 1, wherein the diffusion oil dosing unit includes a diffusion oil barrel disposed at a lower portion of the profile frame, and a peristaltic pump disposed at an upper portion of the profile frame, an outlet of the peristaltic pump being connected to a feed port of the stirring device, the peristaltic pump absorbing diffusion oil from the diffusion oil barrel and then transferring the diffusion oil into the stirring device.

The pcb ink dosing device of claim 1, wherein the stirring device comprises a cover plate, a stirring cylinder and a support, the cover plate is provided with a feed port, and the cover plate is arranged beside the feed port; the cover plate comprises a guide rail, a cylinder, a baffle and a movable door, the cylinder is fixedly connected with the movable door through a cylinder fixing plate, the guide rail is fixed on two sides of the feed port, and the baffle is arranged on the other side of the feed port; the cylinder drives the cylinder fixing plate to move along the guide rail, so that the movable door is abutted to the baffle.

The pcb ink dosing device of claim 6, wherein the support is located at a lower end of the agitator barrel, the support being, in order from top to bottom, a weighing platen, a weighing sensor and a connecting plate; the weighing sensor is used for sensing the mass of the whole stirring cylinder, when a set value is reached, the weighing sensor sends a signal to the main control board, and the main control board controls the raw material valve to be closed and stops feeding; a plurality of weighing inductors are arranged on the connecting plate; the support piece is equipped with a plurality ofly, the lower extreme of support piece still is provided with the gyro wheel that makes things convenient for agitating unit to remove.

The pcb board ink dosing unit of claim 1, wherein, still be provided with rotary device on the oily toner dosing unit, rotary device establishes the downside at the printing ink powder storage bucket, including fixed plate, PMKD, rotation axis, bolt and spring catch, the bolt dish is equipped with the rotation axis, fixed plate and PMKD fix the both sides at the bolt respectively, the bolt penetrates on the printing ink powder dosing unit, along with the motion of rotation axis drives oily toner dosing unit and moves together, the spring catch is used for locking rotary device.
