Description

Permanent perming agent composition under acidic condition and perming method
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a permanent perming agent composition under an acidic condition and a perming method.
[ background of the invention ]
At present, the requirement of consumers on a permanent waving agent is higher and higher, the main components of the common permanent waving agent are cysteine and thioglycolic acid, the disulfide bond in hair keratin can be broken only when the pH value of the two components is more than 7 under the alkaline condition, the effect of softening the hair is achieved, the shape of the hair is changed by physical means, such as winding bar and straight plate clip, and the broken disulfide bond is closed again by oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium bromate and the like, so that the hair is permanently deformed, and the permanent waving effect is achieved;
since the alkaline substance can cause damage to the hair at high pH and seriously affect the hand feeling of the hair, people try to develop an acidic perm water for many years, for example, thiolactic acid is used for replacing thioglycolic acid, and the thiolactic acid can break disulfide bonds under acidic conditions, so that the problem that the hair is damaged due to overhigh pH value can be avoided, but the thiolactic acid has much more stimulation to the skin than cysteine and thioglycolic acid and can cause the skin of a client to be inflamed, so that cysteine and thioglycolic acid cannot be replaced all the time.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to solve the problem that alkaline substances can cause damage to hair at high pH and seriously affect the hand feeling of the hair, so people try to develop an acidic perming water for many years, for example, thiolactic acid is used for replacing thioglycolic acid, and thiolactic acid can break disulfide bonds under acidic conditions, so that the hair can be prevented from being damaged due to overhigh pH value, but the thiolactic acid has much more stimulation to skin than cysteine and thioglycolic acid and can cause red swelling of the skin of a client, so that the defects of cysteine and thioglycolic acid cannot be replaced all the time, and the novel permanent perming agent composition under the acidic conditions and the perming method thereof are provided.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the present invention provides a permanent waving agent composition under acidic conditions, the permanent waving agent composition containing at least one acidic composition having a pH value ranging from 2.0 to 6.9.
Further, the hair waving agent composition also contains one or more polymers, wherein the polymers are polymers capable of stably thickening the water phase at the temperature range of 40-140 ℃.
Further, the permanent waving agent composition further contains one or more reducing agents capable of breaking the disulfide bond in keratin.
Further, the permanent wave agent composition also comprises one or more surfactants, and the HLB value of the surfactants is more than or equal to 3.
Further, the polymer is any one of starch, Arabic gum, pectin, seaweed gum, carrageenan, dextrin, carbomer, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylamide, carboxymethyl cellulose, propylene glycol alginate, methyl cellulose, sodium starch phosphate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, casein, sodium polyacrylate, polyoxyethylene and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Further, the reducing agent is cysteine and salts thereof, thioglycolic acid and salts thereof, and the mass percent of the reducing agent is any value of 1-15%.
Further, the surfactant is any one of disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, disodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (3) sulfosuccinate, disodium cocomonoethanolamide sulfosuccinate, monolauryl phosphate, potassium monolauryl phosphate, lauryl alcohol ether phosphate, potassium lauryl alcohol ether phosphate, ammonium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, cocodiethanolamide, cocamidopropyl dimethylamine ethyl lactone, lauramidopropyl dimethylamine ethyl lactone, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, lauramidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium lauryl alcohol (fatty alcohol) sulfate and alkyl (poly) glycoside.
Further, the mass percent of the surfactant is any value of 0.5-20%.
A permanent waving method of permanent waving composition under acidic condition features that said waving composition is directly applied to the surface of hair and heated at 40-140 deg.C for 5-20 min, and then the setting agent (hydrogen peroxide or sodium bromate) is used.
Further, the heating mode comprises heating and shaping the hair by at least one of a straight plate clamp and a hair iron.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a permanent waving method using a permanent waving agent composition under acidic conditions, comprising the steps of:
s100: applying an acidic hair softening agent on hair to soften the hair without staying, directly winding on a winding bar, shaping the hair into a curly hair shape, and heating for 5 to 20 minutes;
s200, applying a shaping agent again to permanently shape the hair, wherein the retention time ranges from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
Further, the soft hair agent in the step S100 is cysteine or thioglycolic acid.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: generally speaking, cysteine and thioglycolic acid react with hair rapidly under the condition of heating, although disulfide bonds can be broken to soften the hair, keratin of the hair can be seriously damaged at the same time, the hair is excessively damaged, strength of the hair is lost, and the styling cannot be maintained for a long time.
