The distance from the lower end face of the first permanent magnet block 10 to the lower end face of the anti-skid pad block is larger than the diameter of the road wheel 6.
A longitudinal beam 2 is fixedly connected between the upper end of the upper front support column 13 and the upper end of the rear support column 12 of the side support frame 1.
