Description

A spray arm and cleaning machine for cleaning machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dish washing machines, and particularly relates to a spray arm for a cleaning machine and the cleaning machine.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, the dish washing machine is used as a kitchen household appliance and is more and more introduced into families. The current market of dish-washing machines generally includes three types, namely table type, cabinet type and trough type, wherein the table type dish-washing machine is an integral independent structure and is generally placed on a table top for use; the cupboard type dishwasher is also a separate structure, but needs to be embedded into a kitchen cabinet for use; the sink dishwasher is combined with a water tank and is generally installed in a kitchen cabinet for use.
The above-mentioned various types of dish washers generally achieve a washing action by a water pump lifting up water and spraying it toward dishes in a washing space. Chinese utility model patent "a spray arm and applied and cleaning machine with this spray arm" as applicant's prior application, its patent number is ZL201721042136.4, and the publication number of granting is CN208243536U, discloses a spray arm and includes the spray arm body, thereby this spray arm body inside cavity forms the chamber that catchments, set up the apopore that is linked together with the chamber that catchments on the upper surface of spray arm body, still be provided with the gas filling mouth on the upper surface of spray arm body, this gas filling mouth with the chamber that catchments is linked together. Spray arm is length fixed in this patent, and not telescopic, just carries out the circumference rotation around the centre of a circle, and the swept area of spray arm spun water is also circular, because the dish washer inner chamber is the cube, so the unclean condition can appear wasing in four angles in water tank bottom, washs promptly and has the dead angle to exist.
The Chinese utility model patent of the applicant previously applied discloses a spray arm and a cleaning machine applying the spray arm, the patent number of which is ZL 201721289180.5, and the publication number of which is CN208610787U, and the spray arm comprises a main spray arm, the main spray arm is hollow and is formed with at least two shunt channels, and the end surface of the main spray arm is provided with at least two water outlet holes respectively communicated with the corresponding shunt channels; and at least two auxiliary spraying arms which are respectively rotatably arranged on the corresponding water outlet holes and communicated with the water outlet holes, and the auxiliary spraying arms are provided with water spraying holes and can rotate under the action of water flow sprayed from the water spraying holes. According to the patent, at least two auxiliary spray arms are arranged on the main spray arm, so that the spray area can be effectively enlarged, the cleaning rate is improved, the auxiliary spray arms rotate completely under the action of water flow sprayed by the water spray holes, when the auxiliary spray arms do not move to a dead angle, the auxiliary spray arms and the main spray arm form the maximum spray area, when the auxiliary spray arms move to the dead angle, the auxiliary spray arms rotate to deviate from the length direction of the main spray arm, the spray area is reduced on the contrary, the dead angle cannot be effectively sprayed, and the reliability is poor.

Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a spray arm for a cleaning machine, which can reliably extend and retract to increase the cleaning area, in view of the current situation of the prior art.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a cleaning machine with a reliably telescopic spray arm to achieve the purpose of increasing the cleaning area.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning machine capable of sufficiently cleaning corners of a tank having a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section by accurately extending and retracting a spray arm.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a spray arm for a cleaning machine, comprising:
the main spraying arm is internally provided with a main flow passage, and the main spraying arm is provided with a water inlet channel for supplying water to flow into the main flow passage;
the auxiliary spray arm is movably connected to the main spray arm, a sub-runner in fluid communication with the main runner is arranged in the auxiliary spray arm, and at least one of the auxiliary spray arm and the main spray arm is provided with a spray hole for spraying water flow;
the method is characterized in that:
the main spray arm is internally provided with a chamber which is not communicated with the main runner and the water inlet channel;
the auxiliary spray arm can be arranged on the main spray arm in a reciprocating manner along the length direction of the main spray arm;

The fixing member may be in the form of a bracket or a connecting ring, but preferably, the fixing member is an elliptical connecting ring located in the water inlet passage, and the input end of the linkage assembly is movably limited on the connecting ring along the circumferential direction of the connecting ring. Therefore, the input end of the linkage assembly drives the auxiliary spraying arm to move back and forth along the length direction of the main spraying arm in the process of moving along the circumferential surface of the connecting ring.
The auxiliary spray arm can move relative to the main spray arm in various ways, the auxiliary spray arm can be sleeved outside the main spray arm or inserted into the main spray arm, and a telescopic mechanism can also be adopted, but preferably, the auxiliary spray arm is connected with the main spray arm through a telescopic pipe capable of stretching along the length direction of the main spray arm, and a branch channel of the auxiliary spray arm is in fluid communication with the main channel through a water flow channel in the telescopic pipe.
In order to increase the spraying area, the number of the auxiliary spraying arms is two, the auxiliary spraying arms are respectively arranged at two ends of the main spraying arm, each auxiliary spraying arm corresponds to one group of linkage assemblies, and the two groups of linkage assemblies are arranged oppositely.
The linkage assembly has various structural forms, such as a sliding form that a sliding groove is matched with a sliding block, a form that a sliding way is matched with a ball in a rolling way, and other forms, but preferably, the linkage assembly comprises
