Abstract
本发明公开了一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料,将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、泛酸、叶酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、白砂糖等各种原料按比例混合在容器中,混合均匀,既得本发明成品。本发明制备的B族维生素组合物固体饮料营养丰富,功能多样,涵盖了人体所需的大部分B族维生素,该复合维生素既能保健,又能提高人体抵抗力,所采用VB比例,精确设计,有效提高了成人对VB的综合利用,从而提高了保健价值。本固体饮料通过柠檬酸钠、低聚果糖和白砂糖等调节口味,可在不影响破坏营养的基础上有效改善味道,口感较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品、医药技术领域,具体地,涉及一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料。
背景技术
维生素是维持身体健康所必需的一类有机化合物。这类物质在体内既不能是构成身体组织的原料,也不是能量的来源,而是一类调节物质,在物质代谢中起重要作用。
维生素B族有十二种以上,被世界一致公认的有九种,全是水溶性维生素,在体内滞留的时间只有数小时,必须每天补充。维生素B包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸等。这些B族维生素是推动体内代谢,把糖、脂肪、蛋白质等转化成热量时不可缺少的物质。如果体内维生素B的含量充足,就可以缓解紧张、忧虑的情绪,并且可以提高对于噪音的承受力。有助于胃肠蠕动,缓解便秘的症状。所有的维生素B必须同时发挥作用,称为VB的融合作用。单独摄入某种VB,由于细胞的活动增加,从而使对其它VB的需求跟着增加,所以各种VB的作用是相辅相成的。因此补充VB使用复合维生素B具有很好的效果。
维生素饮料是指通过调整饮料中营养素(营养成分为各种维生素组成)的成分和含量比例,在一定程度上调节人体功能的饮料,现在消费者也称为维生素饮料。从目前的市场行情来看,维生素功能饮料国内品牌力量薄弱,国外品牌价格居高不下,造成消费者爱喝却喝不起的现象,近年来,功能饮料国内品牌成长迅速。相信不远的将来,在市场份额上,国内维生素功能饮料必将赶超国外维生素功能饮料。尤其是那些富含维生素、矿物质、氨基酸等营养成分的固体饮料,可以及时补充人体代谢所需营养,将成为人们生活中离不开的好伴侣。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料。本发明所公开的一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料营养丰富,功能多样,涵盖了人体所需的大部分B族维生素,其中的活性成分均为人体必须的物质,该复合维生素既能保健,又能提高人体抵抗力,所采用VB比例,精确设计,充分考虑了日常饮食中的正常摄取量,符合人体需要,有效提高了成人对VB的综合利用,从而提高了保健价值。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料,该组合物含有以下活性成分:
维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、泛酸、叶酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、白砂糖。
进一步的技术方案中,所述配方由以下重量份数的原料组成:维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B2 0.6-1.85mg、维生素B6 0.2-0.6mg、维生素B12 0.02-0.15mg、泛酸0.1-0.25mg、叶酸0.02-0.15mg、柠檬酸11.2-19.5mg、柠檬酸钠3-8mg、麦芽糊精0.3-0.6mg、低聚果糖2-8mg、白砂糖50-120mg。
进一步的技术方案中,所述配方由以下重量份数的原料组成:维生素B1 0.5-1mg、维生素B2 0.8-1.2mg、维生素B6 0.2-0.5mg、维生素B12 0.02-0.06mg、泛酸0.1-0.2mg、叶酸0.02-0.04mg、柠檬酸12-15mg、柠檬酸钠4-6mg、麦芽糊精0.4-0.5mg、低聚果糖5-7mg、白砂糖80-100mg。
本发明方案的技术原理为:
(1)维生素B1:又称硫胺素或抗神经炎素,由嘧啶环和噻唑环结合而成。维生素B1能够促进血液循环,辅助盐酸制造及血流形成,有助于脑功能发挥,对能量代谢、生长、食欲、学习能力均起着积极的作用,且能够帮助人体抵抗衰老及烟酒对人体的不利影响。
(2)维生素B2:又叫核黄素,是红细胞形成、抗体制造、细胞呼吸作用及生长必须的一种维生素。能够缓解眼睛疲劳,预防白内障,辅助糖类、脂肪、蛋白质的代谢。
(3)维生素B6:是一种含吡哆醇或吡哆醛或吡哆胺的B族维生素,能够协助维持身体内钠钾平衡,促进红细胞的形成,增强机体免疫力,防止动脉硬化,阻止肾结石的形成,控制DNA的细胞增长和分裂、RNA等遗传物质的合成等。
(4)维生素B12:又叫钴胺素,主要生理功能是参与制造骨髓红细胞,防止恶性贫血,防止大脑神经受到破坏。
(5)泛酸(维生素B5):是辅酶的重要组成元素,参与肾上腺激素的制造及抗体的形成,协助其他维生素的利用及糖类、脂肪、蛋白质能量的转化,防止贫血,维持消化道正常功能。
(6)叶酸(维生素B9):是细胞分裂、生长不可缺少的维生素,所有生长发育或新陈代谢旺盛的组织均需要有足够的叶酸供应。供应不足,细胞的再生就受到阻碍,导致巨幼红细胞贫血;除此之外,还会引起生长不良、头发变灰、舌头发炎、肠胃不适、智力退化。孕妇缺乏叶酸可引起早产、流产及新生儿低出生体重。怀孕早期缺乏叶酸是引起胎儿神经管畸形的主要原因。另外,叶酸还能减缓老年痴呆症的发生。
(7)低聚果糖:低聚果糖除具有一般功能性低聚糖的物理化学性质外,能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;且口味纯正香甜可口,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感。
(8)柠檬酸钠:柠檬酸钠用于清凉饮料可缓和酸味,改进口味。在酿造中加入本品,可促进糖化作用。在冰糕和冰淇淋制造中,柠檬酸钠可用作乳化剂和稳定剂。柠檬酸钠还可用作乳制品的防止酸败剂,加工干酪和鱼肉制品等的增黏剂,以及食品的甜味矫正剂等。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所公开的一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料营养丰富,功能多样,涵盖了人体所需的大部分B族维生素,其中的活性成分均为人体必须的物质,该复合维生素既能保健,又能提高人体抵抗力,所采用VB比例,精确设计,充分考虑了日常饮食中的正常摄取量,符合人体需要,有效提高了成人对VB的综合利用,从而提高了保健价值。
(2)口味较好,通过柠檬酸钠、低聚果糖和白砂糖等调节口味,可在不影响破坏营养的基础上有效改善味道,口感较好。
(3)本发明配方中的各种成分较为常见,容易获得,制备成本较低,适合工业化生产。

实施例1
在容器中里加入维生素B1 0.5mg、维生素B2 1mg、维生素B6 0.3mg、维生素B120.02mg、泛酸0.1mg、叶酸0.02mg、柠檬酸15mg、柠檬酸钠5mg、麦芽糊精0.5mg、低聚果糖7mg、白砂糖100mg。将上述各种原料按比例混合在容器中,混合均匀,既得本发明成品。
实施例2
在容器中里加入维生素B1 0.8mg、维生素B2 0.8mg、维生素B6 0.3mg、维生素B120.15mg、泛酸0.1mg、叶酸0.03mg、柠檬酸11.5mg、柠檬酸钠5mg、麦芽糊精0.5mg、低聚果糖3mg、白砂糖60mg。将上述各种原料按比例混合在容器中,混合均匀,既得本发明成品。
实施例3
在容器中里加入维生素B1 1.2mg、维生素B2 1.8mg、维生素B6 0.5mg、维生素B120.05mg、泛酸0.15mg、叶酸0.15mg、柠檬酸11.2mg、柠檬酸钠5mg、麦芽糊精0.5mg、低聚果糖5mg、白砂糖80mg。将上述各种原料按比例混合在容器中,混合均匀,既得本发明成品。
如上所述,便可以较好地实现本发明。
Claims (3)
1.一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料,其特征在于,该组合物含有以下活性成分:维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、泛酸、叶酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、白砂糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B2 0.6-1.85mg、维生素B6 0.2-0.6mg、维生素B12 0.02-0.15mg、泛酸0.1-0.25mg、叶酸0.02-0.15mg、柠檬酸11.2-19.5mg、柠檬酸钠3-8mg、麦芽糊精0.3-0.6mg、低聚果糖2-8mg、白砂糖50-120mg。
3.根据权利要求1至2任意一项所述的一种B族维生素组合物固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:维生素B1 0.5-1mg、维生素B2 0.8-1.2mg、维生素B6 0.2-0.5mg、维生素B12 0.02-0.06mg、泛酸0.1-0.2mg、叶酸0.02-0.04mg、柠檬酸12-15mg、柠檬酸钠4-6mg、麦芽糊精0.4-0.5mg、低聚果糖5-7mg、白砂糖80-100mg。
