Description

Mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compounded dispersible oil suspension and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of herbicides, and in particular relates to a mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compounded dispersible oil suspension and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pesticide dispersible oil suspending agent is a liquid preparation with active ingredients stably suspended in a liquid incompatible with water, and is used by diluting and blending with water and then spraying weeds. The pesticide dispersible oil suspending agent has the advantages of safety, environmental protection, good pesticide effect, good adhesiveness, strong spreadability, strong rain erosion resistance and the like, and becomes a hotspot for the development of pesticide formulations in the last 10 years.
The dispersing medium of the pesticide dispersible oil suspending agent comprises vegetable oil, mineral oil, higher aliphatic hydrocarbon, polyalcohol and the like. Like the aqueous suspension concentrate, the pesticide dispersible oil suspension concentrate is also a highly dispersed multiphase system, the thermodynamic stability and the kinetic stability are poor, the pesticide dispersible oil suspension concentrate takes oil as a dispersion medium, the oil has different performance from water, the density of the oil is lower than that of the water, if the pesticide dispersible oil suspension concentrate is directly added into the water, the oil can float on the water surface, the dispersion of the pesticide in the water can be seriously influenced, and therefore, different from the aqueous suspension concentrate, a certain amount of emulsifier needs to be added into the oil suspension concentrate in the processing process.
The pesticide emulsifier plays a role in original incompatible two-phase liquid, so that one phase of liquid is stably dispersed in the other phase by tiny oil droplets to form transparent or semitransparent emulsion, and the auxiliary agent with the characteristic is called as the emulsifier. Emulsifiers are measured by their HLB value (hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance) to determine the degree of hydrophilicity or lipophilicity. Hydrophilic emulsifier with HLB value of 8-18, such as Tween, water soluble monovalent metal soap, lecithin, and vegetable gum, and can form O/W type emulsion; lipophilic emulsifiers with an HLB value of between 3 and 8, such as higher alcohols, Span (Span) type, divalent metal soaps, etc., can form W/O type emulsions. In the using process of the emulsifier, the emulsifier can be used through the compatibility of the emulsifiers with different HLB values, so that a better emulsifying effect can be obtained.
The dispersible oil suspension concentrate compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam is a pesticide preparation which is widely applied at present and aims at annual weeds in wheat fields. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN107156163A discloses a herbicidal composition containing mesosulfuron and florasulam, which comprises 4 parts of mesosulfuron, 2 parts of florasulam, 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 1 part of sodium benzoate, 0.5 part of organosilicon, and solvent oil in an amount up to 100 parts. The preparation method of the weeding composition of mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam comprises the following steps: pumping the raw materials into a preparation kettle, mixing and stirring, primarily grinding by a colloid mill, finely grinding by a sand mill, filtering after sampling and analyzing to be qualified, metering, packaging and warehousing.
Through the process, the pesticide preparation for annual weeds in the wheat fields can be prepared. However, under the influence of the emulsifier, the emulsion obtained by diluting the methyldisulfuron and florasulam compounded dispersible oil suspending agent with water is not uniform, so that the concentrations of the active ingredients methyldisulfuron and florasulam in the obtained emulsion are not uniform, the active ingredients sprayed on the surfaces of weeds are not uniform, the active ingredients on the surfaces of some weeds are too low to kill, and the expected weeding effect cannot be achieved in actual use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the first purpose of the invention is to provide a mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compounded dispersible oil suspending agent which has the advantage that after being diluted with water, the oil suspending agent is uniformly dispersed in the water.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam.
In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a mesosulfuron and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5% of mesosulfuron-methyl, 0.5-2% of florasulam, 3-10% of compound emulsifier, 10-20% of dispersant, 1-5% of thickener, 1-5% of wetting agent and solvent oil, wherein the balance is up to 100%; the compound emulsifier is prepared from a hydrophilic emulsifier, a lipophilic emulsifier and methyl oleate, wherein the weight ratio of the hydrophilic emulsifier to the lipophilic emulsifier is 1:3-3.5: 0.5.
By adopting the technical scheme, the hydrophilic emulsifier and the lipophilic emulsifier are selected to be compounded to form the compound emulsifier, the hydrophilic emulsifier and the lipophilic emulsifier are compounded to play a role in synergy, so that the surface tension of the compounded emulsifier is smaller than that of the emulsifier used alone, the surface performance of the emulsifier is improved, the emulsifying effect of the prepared mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent is better, the interfacial tension of micro-droplets of the dispersible oil suspending agent is greatly reduced after the mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent is diluted by water, the volume of the micro-droplets formed by the mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent in water is smaller, the obtained emulsion is uniform in texture and is kept stable, so that the effective components are uniformly distributed in the emulsion, and the concentration of the effective components is an important factor for weed control, the compound emulsifier is adopted, so that the concentration of the effective components sprayed on the stems and leaves of the weeds is uniform, and the wheat can be well prevented; in the prior art, a single emulsifier or a plurality of emulsifiers with similar HLB values are adopted, so that emulsion formed by diluting the prepared pesticide oil suspension and water is not uniform, active ingredients in the emulsion are not uniformly distributed, the concentration of the active ingredients sprayed on the surfaces of weeds is not uniform, the probability of death of the weeds is reduced, and the control effect on the weeds cannot achieve the expected effect.
Preferably, the hydrophilic emulsifier is polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, and the lipophilic emulsifier is calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and the calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate are compounded to play a role in synergy, so that the surface tension of the compound emulsifier is greatly reduced, and the compound emulsifier with better emulsifying effect is obtained.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the hydrophilic emulsifier to the lipophilic emulsifier is 2:2-3: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the weight ratio of the hydrophilic emulsifier to the lipophilic emulsifier is within the range of 2:2-3:1, the surface tension of the obtained compound emulsifier is minimum, so that the emulsibility of the mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspension agent is better.
As a preferred scheme, the preparation method of the compound emulsifier comprises the following steps:
1) mixing methyl oleate and lipophilic emulsifier and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
2) and adding the hydrophilic emulsifier into the mixture A, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the compound emulsifier.
By adopting the technical scheme, the lipophilic emulsifier is dissolved in the methyl oleate, and then the hydrophilic emulsifier is added, so that the lipophilic emulsifier and the hydrophilic emulsifier are easily mixed uniformly.
Preferably, the solvent oil is vegetable oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with other solvent oils, the vegetable oil is easier to degrade and is beneficial to environmental protection.
As a preferable scheme, the yield of the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by the mesosulfuron-methyl and the florasulam is 15-20g per mu, and the water consumption for dilution is 40 kg.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the dosage of the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam is within the range of 15-20g per mu, a better weed control effect can be obtained.
As a preferable scheme, the dispersible oil suspension agent compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam is applied to stems and leaves of wheat in the 3-leaf stage and weeds in the 2-4-leaf stage.
By adopting the technical scheme, the weed control effect is better in the period, and the toxicity to wheat is not easy to generate.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent comprises the following preparation steps:
1) sequentially adding vegetable oil, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a compound emulsifier, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture B;
2) adding mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam into the mixture B, continuously stirring uniformly, and then putting into a sand mill for grinding to obtain a mixture C;
3) and adding a thickening agent into the mixture C, and continuously stirring until the mixture C is uniform to obtain the mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the vegetable oil, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent and the compound emulsifying agent are stirred and uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture B, namely a solution of the vegetable oil, the mesosulfuron and the florasulam are added to be ground to obtain a mixture C, and the thickening agent is added to be stirred to obtain the mesosulfuron and the florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, the hydrophilic emulsifier and the lipophilic emulsifier are compounded to form the compound emulsifier, the emulsibility of the mesosulfuron-methyl and florasulam compound dispersible oil suspending agent is improved by adding the compound emulsifier, and an emulsion with uniform texture can be formed after the emulsion is diluted by water; when the active ingredient in the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam used per mu is 0.6g, the control effect on gramineous weeds in a wheat field can reach 97.5 percent to the maximum extent, the control effect on broadleaf weeds can reach 98.0 percent to the maximum extent, and under the condition of good control effect on weeds in the wheat field, the dosage of the dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam is reduced, and the environment protection requirement is responded.
(2) The dispersible oil suspending agent compounded by the mesosulfuron and the florasulam can form emulsion with uniform texture after being diluted by water, and oil drops are not easy to form on the surface of the emulsion, so that when weeds in a wheat field are sprayed, active ingredients of pesticides on the surfaces of the weeds are uniformly attached to the surfaces of stems and leaves of the weeds, the weeds are easy to wither, and the wheat field can obtain better control effect.
